Sandy Morris was a wonder to work with from start to finish and was open to both house suggestions and varying levels of difficult criteria. Every house we looked at Sandy was knowledgeable and could offer good council on the quality of the house and future implications of living there. My only advise when working with her is to not be afraid of discussing exactly what you are looking to do with the house as that will help a lot in finding home relevant to your needs.

We listed our home and within a week Covid-19 started shutting things down. People stopped traveling and home sales came to a stand still. Not a good time for sellers nor their realtors. But, Sandy kept advertising and promoting our home. It was sold within the six month contract. Weve used her to sell a home, buy a home and then sell that home. Hopefully, we wont be selling or buying anytime soon. But, when we do, if were in the area, we will use her and Keller Williams again.

Sandy was very flexible with her schedule to help us see houses in an extremely tight market. She made the whole process easier.

When we found out we were moving halfway across the country to Virginia, I did a google search for realtors with VA loan experience. Sandy is on Dave Ramsey’s list of recommended realtors and is very familiar with the VA loan process. We worked with her long-distance to purchase a house and she was very prompt, professional, and motivated to help us find one. She took us on videochat tours of multiple houses until we found what we were looking for. When the time came to sell that home and purchase a new one, once again Sandy was there to help us. It became a complicated ordeal with many delays and bumps in the road-but Sandy never quit working to meet our needs and guide us through the ups and downs. I cannot imagine going through all of that without her help and support. She does her profession great credit, and she is a genuinely good person as well.

Sandy has helped me buy and sell multiple homes over the past several years. She has been anything other than professional, and always on her A-game. I cant imagine trusting another agent the way I trust her.
