Erins approach to therapy and trauma healing has changed my life exponentially for the better. After working with Erin in various settings over the last year and a half, including both group and 1:1 work, I feel a new world of possibility has been opened to me. Challenges that seemed impossible to navigate before now feel manageable. As a result of our work together, my relationships are richer and more genuine. The most demanding project of my professional career was an unprecedented success. My physical health has improved. I dont know where I would be today were it not for our work together, and honestly, I dont want to know! I am a better person for it, and the results speak for themselves in my relationships, career, and health of every kind - mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. And those positive effects have reverberated into the lives of those around me. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Erins expertise to any individual, school, university, or work program. We should all be so lucky to experience the countless benefits of this work when it is approached in earnest, with the most skillful of guides by our side. And that is Erin. Thank you, Erin and TMBP, for all you do - youre amazing!

I have taken ZapChen classes, and been part of a Gather group offered by the Mind Body Project consistently since the Summer of 2020. Erin Henshaw is a knowledgeable compassionate leader in these groups, and creates a safe space for all. Being part of this international group of people has been a wonderful community of support during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Im a long-time client of the Mind Body Project, both for yoga classes and Mindfulness and ZapChen groups. These services have been crucial in helping me reclaim my mental health over the past several years. Erin is such a gem: shes intuitive, thoughtful, caring, gentle, and completely in tune with the needs of those whove experienced trauma. She makes herself wholly available for individual sessions, in addition to the groups she facilitates. Her talents are well utilized in her work; Erin is extremely good at what she does. She has much to offer those who are seeking to learn how to realize true personal understanding, healing, and well-being.

I started attending The Mind Body Project workshops in 2015 and each time Im struck by how practical and useful the experience is, every time. The environment is open, accepting, and non-judgmental. And what is often so great is how honest the facilitators are about where they are in their journey (i.e. they dont have all the answers either!). I can almost always look forward to walking away feeling more grounded and relaxed, accepted and energized, and likely having learned something that I can immediately use in my life.

The Mind Body Project is this holistic space that knows that your mental state is connected to your physical state. You cannot take care of your body when your mental health isnt ready to and vice versa. Its a space of kindness where all your needs are taken into consideration, with people willing to push you to aim higher without you feeling self counscious about it. i had a great time during the workshops I attended and Brittany and Erin are wonderful people who I wish I could have spent more time with

You should know that you have been an inspiration to me about mindfulness.  I have continued to try to bring these concepts to the hospital and, in particular, help give staff techniques they might be able to use while working in busy hospital environments.  I just supported training for another 25 people with a five week (one day a week)  mindfulness course.  The instructor seemed excellent and the staff were so appreciative and motivated to take techniques back to their peers.  It has been good because it started with supporting a small group last year getting some intense training - telling them each that the goal was to develop things that can be used by employees working long shifts - and that group came forward wanting to do this expanded training for more. They have really taken a lead in spreading this work from the ground up.Anyway, they invited me to the last day to discuss their training and what it meant to them (and they were very sweet in thanking me for supporting this) and they asked about why I was motivated to do this.  So I talked about a young woman I know named Erin who really opened my eyes to possibilities with this.  So - you have helped me help others.  Wanted you to know that I appreciate that.

I attended Trauma Release Yoga and New Year Recharge with Erin Lee who is the cofounder of TMBP,which enabled me to look inside of myself and obtain more power to go forward!!!! The unforgettable experiences encourage me to keep talking to myself and appreciate how hard I have been to live my life.
