Literally the most painless shipping experience I’ve ever had. I thought that I was in the wrong place because there was only one car in the parking lot in front of the building. Turns out it is just a hidden gem! The woman working the counter was patient and kind and made sure I was all taken care of! Will definitely be back.

They legitimately lose all of my packages, and basically do nothing when you call trying to solve the issue.

Not the best managed FedEx Shipping Center. When I went, each one of the three customers that came in had had a QR code for the FedEx label they’d bought, but this center was unable to process those and each was turned away, the staff saying they didn’t have the right scanner. The UPS Store on Seminole is much better maintained.

Very quiet FedEx Office and super friendly staff! When I arrived there was 2 other cars in the parking lot and there was nobody in line. Went in and sent out a package and the lady behind the counter was super accommodating and helpful! I will definitely be using this specific office again for shipping needs!

I suspect the terrible reviews are actually intended for another Charlottesville FedEx office that had a printing place that I struggled to get to laminate something for me. That place is no Kinkos. The service was fine for the items Ive shipped from this FedEx ship Center on Stone Ridge in Charlottesville, VA.

Packages in my community continue to go to the wrong address, other people’s packages delivered to me ; and my packages going to others. Fedex has a very challenging problem reading simple numbers - ie 315 vs 305 ; they have no way of contacting or reporting the issue as they don’t care they are constantly making mistakes.

A package that required a signature was supposedly delivered and they said I signed for it. Total BS! I cannot find the package anywhere and never even saw a fedex truck around the time of its “delivery.”

I had made my copies and cut my paper down to size for five books of my Mother’s poetry and had left them with fedex to bind. They messed them up horribly and I talked to the the manager. He assured me they would fix them. When I picked them up a week later they were perfect and better than I could have ever done them!

I have visited this Fedex office often recently. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. It was my first time to mail a luggage to hotel in advance. One lady there helped to choose one cheapest way and also packaged for me. Strongly recommend their services.

Last pickup 6:45pm (6pm for Ground). No problems once I got there, but the phone number listed is a national FedEx number. I just called the Barracks Rd location, & they were able to tell me the cutoff times for their across-town cousins.

Mechanical Issues, Excellent Staff.The day I visited was an average day, not a weekend. Both register/computers were on the fritz. A visit to ship a document that should have taken less than 10 minutes took nearly 30, just from technical issues. I waited because there was no alternative and my envelope had to go.I will revisit this location as the staff was calm and gracious through the embarrassment of failing technology - which was not their fault at all. Hopefully, things will have improved.

First they said they would pick up the package at a little after 11. Nobody came. So then I called and they said they would pick up the package from 1:30 to 3:30. Nobody came. So then I called and they said they *may* come to pick up the package later in the evening.The package was time sensitive material.Dont use fedex. Ever.

Literally just watch a FedEx delivery guy throw a package onto a porch. Not what Id call ideal treatment of a package.

Insanely rude and unhelpful. The guy at the counter gave me attitude for wanting to pick up my package, this is after I waited at the counter for 15 minutes for anyone to show up. Apparently even though it was on site at the facility, it was in a container that they didnt have the capacity to open, if my package is on site, you should be able to retrieve it for me. I think they just didnt want to go in the back and look for it. Good thing the other store on Barracks sent me to this place to absolutely no avail. On top of being incompetent they were rude and slow. I hope FedEx goes under soon.

If you can avoid this FedEx location please do so. They do not know what they are doing. Forget everything esle, they cant even properly deliver a package to your house but would love to put a note for your to pick it up. I paid for Saturday shipping on my package and waited all morning in my apartment waiting for it. I get a knock on the door and open it, Nope not the Fedex guy..someone else..but there sure was a door tag on my door saying they tried to deliver literally a few minutes ago. The tag says to pick it up after 4 but the location is only open up til 3. Im sure you all can see my confusion. I paid for Saturday shipping, wasted all morning waiting for the package and now I have to wait all day to pick up my package when the location is closed. All I wanna say is get your stuff together. At least train your people on how to properly knock on the door and actually use a door bell (it does not bite) and please make sure to serve the people in the right manner and time.
