I went to Neroli Med Spa for a facial and had a lovely experience. The lounge was a great space to relax in before the facial. The lady that performed my facial was sweet and informative. The best part was that they didnt try to upsell a million different products and services. If I asked a question about a potential service, I was given honest feedback on whether or not I needed it. I would absolutely return again and highly recommend to anybody looking for a relaxing treat.

I had my first ever facial, the Pro Collagen Age Defy, with Carrie. It was also my first visit to Neroli, which was beautifully laid out, very clean, and relaxing. Carrie was friendly, skilled, and kept me comfortable and relaxed during my facial. Afterwards, we discussed products and options to continue skincare, and I appreciated her deep knowledge and insight. Would recommend a facial from Carrie at Neroli Med Spa to anyone!

I received a massage and facial at Neroli. Both of my massage therapist and esthetician were lovely!. My massage therapist even spent some extra time on my massage because of a few problem areas. My husband gave this to me as treat away from our baby, and Id recommend anyone to go! The lounge room was very soothing; though Neroli is located in the middle of downtown, I felt very secluded and relaxing.

I had a terrific massage and a facial here this week. The space is calm, clean, and inviting. Samantha is a terrific masseuse- the deep tissue massage really helped get my knots out- and Carrie was very knowledgeable about skincare and did a great job administering my hydra facial. I definitely recommend checking it out.

My mother and I went to Neroli for facials for our birthdays and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was very professional and relaxing. The ladies that took care of us were knowledgeable about our skin needs and treated us with care. The atmosphere was perfect for a spa experience.

My wife and I have both been to Neroli multiple times for other services, but never for massages. Needless to say this experience lived up to our other experienced. The deep tissue massages were functional yet relaxing, and the experience before and after waiting in the lounge was delightful.

I was able to get in for a 50 minute deep tissue massage which is hard to late in the day on a Friday. My masseuse was so professional and asked where I was needing to have the focus. I went in with terrible back muscle pain and when I left, I felt great! Shenice is truly awesome! Love the staff’s professional appearance and atmosphere. I’ve been going to Neroli for over a year and they are consistently great!

My pedicure was one of the best I’ve ever had. The nail tech was meticulous and took her time without being too slow. I was very impressed with the atmosphere and quality; it was worth every penny! I definitely will be back.

I have spoken highly about your spa and referred several other people, who have followed up and also received excellent care. However, I have recently learned these services are no longer going to be offered at your spa, and I am very disgruntled as to how this was handled. No update to the website, no signage at my recent appointment, and warning by the front desk staff at that appointment that it would be my last appointment. I only discovered this when I went to schedule my next appointment online and had to call to find out why the link was broken. While I understand it may be a business decision, you have a loyal following of folks seeking this service, and the way this was handled was highly unprofessional.

I made an appointment at Neroli for a consultation and was immediately impressed by the pleasant and professional woman at the front desk and the beautiful decor. My appointment began on time and Suzanne (who I did not realize was the owner until later) gave a great overview of the treatment I was interested in, answered my questions clearly, and performed a physical exam. I was probably most pleased by the way she elegantly balanced discussing my identified problem area and my treatment plan without making me feel any kind of shame or insecurity. I didnt hesitate to book treatment at the end of the consult (which was completely no pressure) and am looking forward to it!

I scheduled my facial with Charlotte and she was perfection! This was my very first time so she was very helpful in walking me through the steps and taking good care of me and making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I loved every minute. All of the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing the membership because it’s such a good deal! They also have a wide range of products you can purchase which I hope to be able to get next time I come. I can’t wait to see more of Charlotte and having this to look forward to each month!!

Upon arrival it looked like a little hole in the wall but then I walked in and it was so peaceful and beautiful. The staff greet you as soon as you walk in and take very good care of you. My laser treatment with Arlene was simple! She explained everything clearly and I was done within 10 minutes. I couldn’t have picked a better place after researching multiple places. Don’t walk to neroli, run! You will be very pleased.

For $75.00, I got a 5 minute chat including gossip about someone else having poor Botox done by another doctor.I get it, beauty is a business but for $75.00 I would like honesty in regards to my personal desires and needs. I did not receive that today.Another observation is that the consult was not done in the privacy of a closed room. The doctor basically told me I’d need $450 worth of work in the presence of another potential client. The first thing that came to mind was what if I was a private person and wanted to maintain discretion.At that moment I decided not to move forward with the procedure. I can only speak to the consultation, get it free somewhere else thenbook the procedure at Neroli. Saves you money and 5 minute gossip.

The salon is beautiful and very clean. The receptionist was very helpful.I liked the skin analysis. They use a machine, sort of like ultra violet light to take pictures and show areas of sun damage, dehydration, pore size ,wrinkles etc. They use the results for future visits to show progress/areas of concern.I had a facial with Amanda and pedicure with Janelle. They were both lovely and very easy to chat with. Both answered any skin related questions and concerns in detail. They also let me know which products would benefit my skin and which ones that I didnt need. They also didnt push any products on me.It is a bit more expensive than other places, however, their products and procedures are backed by research and data.I will look forward to visiting again!

A friend gave me a gift certificate so I booked a pedicure at Neroli. It was great. The aesthetician, Janelle, was fantastic – personable and she did a great job. The facilities were clean and bright. I had an appointment and I’m pretty sure appointments are required which was nice because that it was not overcrowded. I felt very safe regarding COVID precautions and very relaxed. I do plan to go back.

I was going in for a consult but because of inclement weather I called ahead to ask if they were still doing appointments; they said yes but reminded me that we could also do a virtual call which I did! I received laser hair removal and it was painless and SO quick. Beautiful space and atmosphere. I was treated with a complimentary facial and beverage when I walked in. Will 100% be going back for other services.

If I had to, I would skip a years worth of hair appointments to do microblading. Arlene is knowledgeable and gives you the results you are looking for. I cried tears of joy after my 1st appt and touchup appts. Seriously... I did. I was very self conscious about my thin eyebrows and now have a lot more confidence and pride when I look in the mirror.I also did a lash lift/tint with Charlotte and was extremely satisfied with the service and how communicative she was during the process.I will be back!

Neroli Med Spa is my absolute favorite for a Pedicure. The service is impeccable, and the pedicure is the BEST in town. The pedicures I have had last longer and are more meticulous than any others. Neroli is a beautiful spa and the people were friendly. I booked a facial and massage online. When I got into the facial room I was told about other facials I could get - seemed like an up-sell and I felt on the spot so I again just asked for the one I booked online. When I went to pay my bill was $30 more than anticipated and when I asked why I was told it was for an additional peel during my facial. The woman ringing me up took that off the bill and was nice about it but I shouldn’t have been put in that position in the first place. I will absolutely get a massage there again but would think twice before booking another facial.

Emily was a professional and considerate masseuse who provided a very relaxing and effective deep tissue massage! Just had a tiny issue with the check out (tech system glitch meant they had to call me later to re-process the tip) but everyone at Neroli provided warm friendly service. Parking was easy and free, right in front of Shenanigans. Id recommend!

Came here while on a girls trip and called to book our appointments since I was unfamiliar with the salon. I will say the person who I spoke with was very helpful coordinating times and services for the 3 people we had. I said we all wanted a basic facial and was booked for a 30 minute $175+ service, the price was not mentioned at all when booking and I’m pretty sure they did add ons during the facial without asking. My fault for not checking the price on their website but I assumed a 30 minute standard facial would be no more than $75. Would recommend that you make sure your clients are made aware of the price ahead of time if they are not requesting a specific treatment and you are recommending an expensive service. Both treatments I had were ok, nothing special but not bad but not at all worth the price.

I’ve been to Neroli a few times now and have only had exceptionally positive experiences. The Hydrafacial is amazing. Amanda, my facial specialist, is very knowledgeable and answered all the questions and concerns I had in detail. Not only that- since seeing her regularly, I’ve noticed a huge difference in my skin. I’ve also seen Dr. Schmidt for Botox injections for my TMJ - he’s helped me a great deal and was also very kind and informative. The price you pay for the services is well worth the professionalism and quality of care from this spa. Hands down the best spa in Cville!!

Just moved to Cville and needed to find a day spa for facials and hair removal. When I came in it was super quiet and tranquil, the staff were kind and helpful, and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. I signed up for a laser hair removal package and got my first treatment on the spot, super easy! Staff kept their masks on and stagger appointments to minimize client traffic during COVID. Cant wait to go back!

I’m in town for a few days, and need a mani/pedi. Called Neroli to make an appointment and they didn’t have any openings. I asked the attendant for a nail salon recommendation in the area. She flatly refused to give me one. She told me to google it. Not very hospitable or helpful. She made some side comment about “standards.” MY standards include impeccable customer service.
