Weve been shopping around for a hot tub - not sure if well purchase one here but the owner was patient with us and explained all the options and gave us lots of paperwork to compare different models.

One of the best purchases ever made! The saying goes, experiences are worth more than things. Well, this hot tub is both! Incredibly luxurious and surprisingly powerful Massage in the Hot Spring Aria.After visiting every show room in Charlottesville, Luxury Pool and Spa distinguished themselves with their products and wonderful service. Seamless experience from selection to delivery. Highly recommended!

UPDATE 12/31/2020: Following the response to my review I spoke again with Luxury Pool and Spa. The Charlottesville location on three occasions told me there were no alternative spas available that would come sooner, but Thomas at the Henrico location was able to identify a Vita Spa model coming in January. Unfortunately, the Vita Spa model wont work in my space because of the larger size, but I appreciated the help in looking for potential alternatives. Fingers crossed that there are no further delays with the delivery of my Hot Spring.-------------------------------------------------After considerable research, I placed an order for a Hot Spring Flash for my West Virginia home with Luxury Pool and Spa on July 23, 2020. Unfortunately, this has been a regrettable decision.I completely understand the manufacturer backlogs driven by increased demand and production issues caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. However, my problem with Luxury Pool and Spa is the repeated false representations both prior to and after the purchase of my spa.Prior to making the purchase, I had narrowed my search to either Bullfrog or Hot Spring Spas. Timing of delivery was a key consideration, and I reached out to three area dealers:Envirosmarte, Morgantown, WV - Bullfrog X7 - Receiving September 2020Blue Oasis, Winchester, VA - Hot Spring Flash - Estimated delivery in January 2021Luxury Pool & Spa, Charlottesville, VA - Hot Spring Flash - Estimated delivery in September/October 2020I preferred the features of the Hot Spring, so I made the decision to go with Luxury Pool and Spa, despite the slightly later estimated delivery than Envirosmarte. And, I chose Luxury Pool & Spa over Blue Oasis because of the stated earlier delivery date, as Luxury Pool & Spa claimed to be a high volume dealer that could get models in sooner than others.After further conversations with both Watkins Wellness, the manufacturer, and Luxury Pool and Spa, I now know the following:* Watkins Wellness informed me that dealers were aware in July 2020 that there was a 30+ week order backlog for the model I ordered (Hot Spring Flash model). The delivery timeline provided to me by Luxury Pool & Spa appears to have been completely fabricated in order to get the sale.* On August 3, 2020, Luxury Pool & Spa sent me this email: “Your spa is on order. I’m still waiting on confirmation that it has gone into production so I can’t give an exact date. We are still looking at the mid to late fall range.” I later learned from Luxury Pool & Spa that my order had not even been placed with Watkins Wellness on August 3.* In an email response from Luxury Pool & Spa on August 24, I received the following: “Your spa is in production, we are still waiting on updates for shipping dates.” I later learned that the spa was not in production and won’t be until February/March 2021.* In phone conversations with Luxury Pool & Spa, the estimated delivery timeline has kept slipping, From September/October, then mid-to-late fall, then November or December, then December or January, and now March 2021. Luxury Pool & Spa blames the manufacturer for all of these changes. Yet, I have contacted the manufacturer to verify what Luxury Pool & Spa has communicated to me, and at each stage it appears Luxury Pool & Spa is knowingly providing false and misleading information to acquire my business.* Luxury Pool & Spa now claims the delays are my fault because the finishes I ordered take longer to get in, but Luxury Pool & Spa was aware of the finishes I selected when all of these delivery estimates were provided upfront in July, and I was never told when I placed the order that these selections would cause delays beyond the initial stated delivery date of September/October.On top of all of these delays, I have invested over $10K to build a new deck expansion and electrical for the new spa, so its too late to cancel the project. Furthermore, all dealers are now facing significant backlogs, so I am left with no alternatives at this point.

We have had our Endless Pool for about a month now, and couldnt be happier with it and with all the help and advice we got from Thomas at Luxury Pool & Spa. From the shopping experience to the ordering and learning everything about maintenance, which is soooo easy, it has been great having Thomas to answer all questions. He and everyone at Luxury Pool & Spa have been fantastic to deal with and very helpful. Our Endless Pool is great, and were very happy to be able to go out everyday and take a quick swim, or just a soak in front of the jets.

Ive had my eye on an Endless Pool swim and fitness unit for ages, and recently bought an E500 from Luxury Pool & Spa. I could not be happier! Using the Endless Pool is FUN, every time, all the time, an invigorating workout for muscles, and a gentle workout for joints. You can swim, row, do squats or assisted push-ups, run in place, and an hour passes before you know it. Thomas, Laura, and the installation team have been delightful to work with at every stage, from site prep to water testing. Whether you want a spa for relaxing, for fitness, or both, Luxury Pool & Spa has whats right for you and provides great service.

We had a great experience with Thomas and his team. His attention to detail was exceptional. We encountered no problems. The delivery team worked very well together and had the tub installed in no time. It seems like we didnt just buy a hot tub, but a relationship with the staff. They are great coaches as we learn to maintain our spa chemicals. Highly Recommend them!

My Endless Pools swim spa has truly changed my life. Thats a dramatic statement, but being able to step right out my door and take a relaxing dip or do a strong 10-minute swim makes every day better. Laura and Thomas and their team at Charlottesvilles Luxury Pool & Spa have been helpful all the way along. The installation went smoothly and easily, and now even six weeks later, Thomas is ready with answers and ideas. I am so glad I made this investment. It will make a positive difference in my life and household for years to come.

Thomas and the staff were so knowledgeable and easy to work with. We were interested in a 15 foot swim spa that we could set on a pad with a Trex deck going right to the top edge on one side. That way it didn’t look like a big rectangular box in our back yard. Thomas helped us with details on how it should be placed in order for maintenance to be done when needed. It was installed last August, and we have enjoyed it so much. It is easy to maintain, and whenever we have any questions, Thomas is always available for an answer. I can’t say enough about our purchase. We love it!!

We have been looking at a spa for the last few years. We visited a number of stores in the Central Virginia area, and could not be more happy that we found Luxury Pool & Spa. Thomas and his colleagues have been very helpful, patient, and thorough throughout our search. We could not be more happy with our purchase, and I am writing this review one month after the installation of our family spa. Every step of the purchase process was seamless, including the clear parameters of the purchase, the knowledgeable and efficient delivery team, and the orientation class from Thomas in the chemistry of the spa. One month into spa ownership and we are still loving the purchase, and Thomas still checks in to make sure all is good with our maintenance of the spa. Highly recommend with no reservations.

Bought my Hot Springs spa 2 years ago from Thomas at Luxury Pool and Spa in Charlottesville. Thomas and Laura are amazing. A couple of months ago, we purchased a Hot Spring spa from Luxury Pool & Spa in Charlottesville, VA. We worked with Tom Holt, and I cannot say enough about him: his knowledge, professionalism, and non-high pressure approach to us sealed the deal for us to buy our spa from LP&S with Tom. We recently purchased a hot tub from Luxury Pool and Spa. The customer service was excellent. Thomas and his staff were outstanding in every way possible. We were building an enclosed porch for the hot tub and due to some complications Thomas had to store our hot tub longer than originally requested. but he had no problem with it. He came out to our property to make sure there would not be a problem delivering and setting it up. He went beyond the call of duty. The delivery team was very efficient and friendly. It was a wonderful positive experience and I would recommend Luxury Pool and Spa without hesitation.

SO HAPPY! I had been thinking about adding a hot tub to my back yard for a while and thanks to all of the good reviews on Google, stopped by Luxury Pool & Spa. Google was right. Thomas and his team were so kind and helpful. They explained all of the options available and focused on selling me a spa that worked for me, as opposed to the top of the line. They even gave me input on the best foundation for the spa and the electrical needs and went over and above to make sure I had what I needed. When the time came for the delivery, their team was neat, professional and so helpful. My spa was plugged in and filling in no time. I was set up just in time for the 4th of July holiday and cant think of a better way to celebrate summer! They have continued to follow-up several times to make sure all is working properly and even offered a re-fresher course on managing the water quality. I couldnt be happier!

We did a lot of research for several months before purchasing a new tub and ended up purchasing a Caldera Vanto from Luxury Pool and Spa. It was delivered in November and was up and running just in time for the cold weather. We absolutely LOVE this spa. It is perfect for us. The molded seats are so comfortable and each one is different. Depending on the choice of seat and jet settings (they are powerful), it seems like a different experience each time we get in. We’ve gone from rarely using our last tub (a Jacuzzi we had for 21 years) to using this one all the time. Purchasing from Thomas at Luxury Pool was a pleasure. He is very knowledgeable and helpful, but in no way high pressure. We shopped several local spa stores. Another local store was significantly higher for the exact same spa and when questioned, told us if we got a better price elsewhere to come back and THEN they would negotiate. Why would we want to do that when Luxury Pool by far had the best price right up front without playing games? Luxury has been around a long time, has several locations and a large service department, so we felt confident in purchasing from them. The delivery team was very courteous. We can also get our water tested free whenever needed and purchase our chemicals from them. Thomas answers any questions we may have and if he doesn’t know the answer, he finds out and follows up with us. We are very happy with the Caldera Vanto and it has been a refreshing customer service experience dealing with Luxury Pool and Spa.

I had spent over $200 at another store in Cville and my water was no clearer than before I started. So, I took a water sample here and explained everything I had done so far. After taking the advice given at this store, my pool was crystal clear in a few days. I believe it would have cleared faster than that if not for the fact we had days of non-stop rain. The chemicals sold here were not the same as the ones sold at the other store. Do not waste your time and money going anywhere else.

I love Luxury Pool & Spa, and I am really glad they have opened a store in Charlottesville at Hollymead Town Center. I now do not have to travel to Short Pump to get my spa supplies. And why would I have ever done that in the first places. Well, several years ago we bought a Hot Spring spa from a friend who was selling his for $600. When we needed a new pump we went to a pool and spa store in Charlottesville--at that time it was the only place you could get your supplies in the Rt 29 North area. That company not only didnt order what we needed, but they had no clue as to how to get one for us OR maybe they just didnt care for our business. So we had to go to Richmond. Thomas, at Luxury Pool and Spa got our information, got our pump, set up the crew to come fix it, and whenever we have needed any repairs on our Hot Springs Hot tub Luxury Pool and Spa helped us! Their customer service and courteous representatives gave us outstanding service! They always have the supplies we need, and now that they are in Charlottesville we wont have to travel to Short Pump to get our supplies! I highly recommend them for all your pool and spa needs--maintenance, water testing, supplies, etc. That is the place to go!
