This is an invaluable service, great customer service, but very expensive!! Shouldnt be so high end for mostly elderly patients. Please also inform customers there is a charge for services at initial call for service. A last resort resource for transportation.

My wife health has declined and she needed wheelchair accessible transportation from Martha Jefferson last week. The case manager called Medi-Ride and they made a stressful situation disappear. The driver was courteous and prompt. I didnt know that a service like this existed in Charlottesville. The price was very reasonable and the driver even assisted me with getting my wife up stairs when we arrived at our home. I wanted to recognize the company for the good service that they are providing. So often you hear the bad and the good go unnoticed. Great Service!
