My boyfriend and I moved in about 2.5 weeks ago and the communication from Hillary throughout the whole process of finding the apartment and deciding to live here was fantastic! We recently adopted 2 kittens and Hillary also made it so easy for us to get everything done! I Would definitely recommend not only this apartment complex, but also Hillary for anyone interested in living here.

Ever since I arrived at Eagles landing, Ive had a fantastic experience. The staff that Ive interacted with (Hillary and Zach) have been friendly, responsive, and professional. Maintenance is very efficient, and often gets the job done much sooner than expected. Using the provided online portal has made paying rent easy and hassle-free as well. Overall, I would highly recommend living at Eagles Landing!

The apartments listed a room available for move in on august 1st which I applied for. After applying they didn’t get back to me until I called a week later. At this point they told me the move in was in October after I wasted paying $50 for their application fee. The person on the phone was not helpful in the slightest and didn’t seem to care about listing the rooms with the wrong dates. Very unprofessional behavior.

This is the best property in Charlotesville period. Its priced really good, and the leasing team is outstanding. In addition the units are extremely well maintained. I had a fully furnished one bed and everything was included, all utilities. High speed internet is also provided. I had no out of pocket expenses during my stay here. The community is gated and very safe too. There is a mall area close by with some really good restaurants and stores. If you are looking to stay in the Charlotesville area I highly recommend staying here. Thank you for everything Eagles Landing.

Living with others always asks the very best of us, in my humble opinion, so if youre looking to learn a lot about yourself, this is a wonderful classroom, with a perfect (nearly)! set up that provides comfortably furnished common areas in each apartment, and allows the privacy of ones own room and bath, also furnished and clean, washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, and maintenance that usually responds within a day. Best rent pricepoint I found in Charlottesville.

I moved in during the pandemic but experienced a quick and easy move in. Prior to move in, communication with the front office was efficient and helpful. While I have not had the ability to use many of the amenities due to COVID-19, my space and neighbors have been great so far.I work and study at UVA and the distance between Eagles Landing and the university allows for some time to separate from the school, but also be in close proximity when wanted.

Worst apartment I ever lived in. Pest issues, slow maintenance repairs, and incompetent staff. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

5 star for prompt action on maintenance requests submitted through the tenant portals.The staff keep changing so you talk to somebody and after a few months that person is gone and you have to explain a scenario all over again. But overall people are quite helpful.This is a nice place to live in I feel. The free shuttle services are really helpful (would help a lot more to have if possible, even just one shuttle on Saturday.)

Hi, I have lived at Eagles Landing for 9 months and I have already renewed my lease through 2021. The area is very pretty and gated. The Leasing staff is super easy to work with and very helpful. The Maintenance crew are quick, talented and very knowledgeable. The tech who fixed my sink, did it in less than 5 mins. He told me he already knew what was wrong from the work order I submitted--which I did on my phone. You can actually pay rent and request work-needed on their app. My last rental I had to mail or deliver a check every month. I also like that you can park anywhere without a permit. My last rental required an expensive yearly permit. So I would say, YES, I recommend Eagles Landing. Also, I am not a student. I am a working professional at UVA Hospital in my early 30s.

The Apartment is very conducive, sparkling clean with amazing facilities. Also, the readiness of the maintenance team to fix things is laudable. Great place to reside!

This is a truly wonderful place to live. The condos are well maintained, and the staff is helpful and friendly. It is fairly close to campus, but also far enough away for some peace and quiet. I would highly recommend to anyone moving into the Charlottesville area.

To me, Eagles landing is one of the best places I can live in Charlottesville. Affordability, security, quiet environment, nature and maintenance people are very accommodating to our needs. This is my experience here and I would like to stay here longer.

Nice location in charlottesville close to college has shuttles to take for grocery shoping. People at the office are nice to talk to and very open to talk to you. living at eagles landing allow me change my life every day

Crystal and Lisa are both great people in the office. Always helping efficiently with concerns and questions. The property is quiet, no problems. A great place to live and I love that’s it’s gated.

I ignored the negative reviews and moved in, this was a terrible mistake. The office seems very poorly managed, there is no reaching upper management, there are often utility overages or maintenance fees or even a “restoration fee” upon moving out, the power is in and out more here than anywhere else I have lived, the gate is at times left open and unlocked, and the apartment common areas are only cleaned when all 4 rooms are empty at one time. We experienced a great deal of mold in the apartment as well which the office seemed bothered to handle. The only positive of this place is the great maintenance workers who are kind and get things done. It’s not worth the cheap rent.Edited to add: In response to Eagles Landings reply: I have reached out multiple times via email, and phone to upper management with no response. When I asked the management in the office to help me contact upper management, as the office was unable to address my concerns, I was told that there was no upper management that would address any concerns including mold or talk to me at all, in fact. When I emailed upper management, I received a response from the same person in Eagles Landing office who was unable to help to begin with. I would be glad to finally hear from someone in upper management, but know this will not happen via a call to the leasing office.

It a very quite and peaceful place. The rooms are perfect, the computer/printer room and the shuttle services are convenient. The only problem I had was with the Manager. Im sure she might a great person outside work but I feel like she is there to piss people off. For example when you recommend someone to move into the apartments you get paid but she doesnt really want to do that, I am not sure if she had to do it out of pocket or something. We had to go to her office several times to get the money. There was also another person who I talked to who had the same issue with her about this. The person recommended two people but she refused to give them THEIR money.Another problem was the electric overage bills we paid three times. As students and part time worker my roommates and I leave the house early in the morning and dont return until almost midnight from the library. I guess you have to pay $100 each for not using the electric.

This has been a great experience at Eagles Landing Apartments! Perfect ROOMMATE match and supportive management team since my arrival. Awesome shuttle team and NOW I dont have to worry about parking on campus!

The apartments themselves are great and so are most of the employees that work there. The only problem I had was I didnt have a car and I needed to go on grounds on Saturdays and the shuttles didnt run on weekends. I moved to University Place they have the shuttles running on Saturdays perfect fit :-)

The maintenance service is really timely and efficient. Love it.

The individuals who work in the office are the most unhelpful and incompetent people I have ever had the misfortune of interacting with. Crystal is specifically the worst person of them all. She is rude and does not return emails or telephone messages and the only thing you can count on her doing is absolutely nothing. The management is spending money fixing things in the apartment that dont need attention, like changing the flooring in the office and repaving the parking lot. Instead they neglect the gym equipment and televisions that are always broken. If you are anything above an undergraduate who expects to be treated with respect I would highly recommend finding somewhere else to live.

The only benefit of this place has been the free parking. The staff have to constantly “fix” things and even once they’re finishing “fixing” these things, they’re never actually fixed. The internet and the gates never work. The staff is unreliable and never answer the phone and were extremely unhelpful when I first moved in. I would not suggest living here. There is a reason that rent is cheaper here and it’s not just because of location.

It has truly been a nightmare since I moved here in August. Lisa the manager in the leasing office is rude and incompetent! She loves to hang up on people when they voice their concerns. I have complained numerous times about the conditions of the apartment and nothing has been done! The place is infested with bugs and other rodents. Maintenance was in the apartment and left my bedroom door and now jewelry of mine is missing. I had to file a police report. I have even gone higher then her to Hasbrouck reality, and still have not heard from Jeff. The staff in the office are bribing other tenants to write good reviews, since their rating has gone done. Hence, the review below mine they advised Lerner Edison (which is a colleague of mine) to write a good review in exchange for Starbucks giftcards! They do not want people to know how horrible they are. Its imperative people know how awful these people are. Karen sits at the front desk and purposely ignores phone calls and she is always has an attitude when asked something. People please stay away from this place!!! I have pictures and videos to post about this place-nasty!

Very nice well kept apt.s!!! A lot of extras, swimming pools yes more than one!!! Basketball courts, tennis,and a great clubhouse, with 24hour nautalis center, free cable as well as internet, and all utilitys included, for very reasonable monthly rent. Awful and downright rude management

Crystal and Lisa are always helpful whenever I come to the office. Its a good place to live been here for three years going on four now and having had any problems with anyone.

The people in the office act like they dont care that the people surrounding you are loud and obnoxious and you cant sleep at night the walls are so thin. The exercise equipment is always broken. The gates are always messed up.... the computers in the lab are slow..you cant even rent it/hold the club house for events! There is mold growing not only on the inside of my window seals but outside in the hall of the apartments.

I rarely ever write reviews about anything, however I often read them and take them seriously and after leaving this place almost a year ago I told myself I owed it to other people to write a review of how god awful this apartment is. They do not screen anyone that lives here, you will live right next to a host of ex felons and drug dealers mostly ethnic and black people who are up all night long creating lots and lots of noise and allowing a host of questionable characters around your apartment building. It is obvious they built these apartments as cheap as possible assuming it would be mostly college students, Im a recent college grad but not a student when I lived here. The walls, floors, and ceiling are built as thin as paper, I assume to save money on building costs, you will hear every single thing going on outside and in neighboring apartments all day and all night. Police dont even bother coming here anymore they get so many phone calls about noise and other activity they dont care to waste their time. Do not live here, absolute worst experience of my life, moved out early. And on a side note any positive review on here absolutely has to have been written by management, I will say the price was relatively cheap but I wouldnt even live here if it was free, I hope management reads this and if you do hire a security guard at least, this place is a zoo after the sun goes down and not with fun partying college kids but with drug dealers etc.

Apparently they do not need to notify you before random tenants move in your apartment. Worse place to rent from in Charlottesville. Considering Jefferson Ridge. Unacceptable. Under the Virginia Tenant Laws thats illegal for the landlord to withhold that information.

Rudest people Ive ever met! Change out that office staff because they suck! God forbid they have to do their jobs!
