The staff was very nice! I was traveling from Boston and broke my transmission seal. They dont do transmissions but he put in 3 quarts of transmission fluid for me and recommended me a place to go get the work done with no labor charged! Amazing people at this shop. The shop is beautiful too.

I cannot stress enough how great these guys are. They diagnosed and repaired my cars transmission mount problem, as well as a couple of other issues caused by the Honda dealer in town, quickly and professionally. I have never been to a shop that is so focused on both customer service and repair service to the degree that they are. We will be back with J Team as our exclusive mechanic, without a doubt.

Charles and the other two mechanics are approachable and solution focussed. If you have an interest in the repair, go with these guys. The work is easily visible and they will take the time out to explain the work, step by step. Highly recommend an appointment. Extremely convenient is the Fisher parts store next door. They can walk to get your parts, whch come to Fisher twice a day, most days.

I’m very pleased with J Team Auto Repair, the guys are super professional. I arrived at 8:00 and they pulled me in right away, was in and out within 2 hours at a very reasonable cost for exhaust repair that would have been 3X anywhere else and a long wait. Highly recommend!

Went to J team to get an oil change and figured I would ask about an ongoing clanking noise the cars drivers side has had for 2 years. I’ve had 4 different shops look at this same problem and no one could tell me what the noise was or how to fix it. Shawn not only found the issue, he fixed it in a timely manner and now I feel confident that my wife is driving a safe car.

I like this location because its close to my work. I used to go to Allied Auto and it was OK but now J Team is at this location. I also used to go to Airport Auto too but their prices have gone up a lot and almost the same as a dealer. I only went to J Team once and they were polite, prompt, and professional - called me when car was done. They stayed within their quote and it was done when they said it would be done. The work was done well. Most importantly they did not try to up sell me on unnecessary work. I am very happy that there is a good auto repair business at this location and I will definitely return.

Finally, an auto mechanic you can truly trust! I took my car there for inspection and some work that another shop said needed to be done. The work that the other shop said needed to be done turned out to be bogus. This shop saved me $400.00 in unnecessary repairs, was constantly in contact with me throughout the process, and was even willing to take pictures of what needed to be done to to help me understand more about what was going on underneath the hood. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a highly competent and ethical team of mechanics.

I took my vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation and asked them to check my rotors. I left with no tire rotation, and because they can’t turn rotors, they simply replaced rotors AND brake pads?? without authorization. I would have taken the vehicle elsewhere to have them turned for a third of the price. I didn’t even know they were going to touch the brake pads. I’m really disappointed in my first and last visit.
