Terrible service. Rude and inhospitable employees.

These guys are extremely horrible people they will overcharge you for the service and theyre incompetent workers will break your property and not fix or replace it.

Very friendly and eager to help. I rented speakers for my wedding and they made sure I was taken care of. Good quality equipment and nice folks.

With their knowledgeable and friendly staff, Heinz is the quintessential local music shop. Heinz is a great place for purchasing instruments and supplies, and is a great place for purchasing or renting live sound equipment. They always go above and beyond in their customer service,and are always ready to sit and talk through a problem or need. This is something the online retailers simply cant match.
