Best hardwood floor company in town? Professional? Is that why they cannot even return a phone call? I am posting this complaint because after reading all these supposed great reviews and reading about the much vaunted family business on their website, I recommended this company to my daughter. They never even returned her phone calls, even though she twice left messages. So much for Google reviews.

I called on Thursday, 10/22, and Monday, 10/26. Both times I left a voicemail with my name, number, and the reason I was calling (I was interested in having hardwood installed on the first level of my house and also had some questions). As of Tuesday, 10/27, I never received a return phone call. If a business cannot promptly return calls, why should I expect them to properly run the rest of their business? Why even have a phone number?Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

After researching multiple local companies, my family could tell Victory Hardwood was the best to use for refinishing our 20yr old hardwood floors. They used dustless sanding and the floors only took a couple of days to finish. The results look better than when the floors were new! Alex answered so many of our questions and the price was very reasonable. So glad went went with Victory.

We have used Victory Hardwood Flooring to both add hardwoods and refinish our floors. Alex and crew prep the floors well, repair or remove any imperfections and do an amazing job sanding before adding the final touches of stain and top coat. They transpire a home of dated hardwoods into beautiful fresh and current flooring. Obviously we are a very satisfied customer as we called them back in to do a second home. Victory Flooring will not disappoint, they are professional, courteous and do excellent quality craftsmanship work. Highly recommend!!!

This is the best flooring company I have ever dealt with in the Charlotte area. They were pretty fast in giving an estimate, and started when I wanted them to start. They were updating me of anything that came up and kept cleaning any wood everyday to keep the house clean. These guys saved me almost $4000 dollars worth of things other hardwood companies wanted to charge me for no reason. They also give you a one year warranty on their work, so I can call them anytime if something happens or I dont think something they did. Thank you Victory team!!

I wish I could rate Victory Hardwood 10 stars. Aleks and crew did an amazing job refinishing our hardwood floors throughout our home. Aleks was easy to communicate with; he helped us pick the perfect stain color and got the job done without any issues. He was professional and most importantly, made our floors look brand new and stunning. Highly recommend!

Alex is the MAN when you need hardwood floors. I have had Alex install my floors on 3 separate occasions. He has always been professional, courteous, accommodating and reliable but most of all does incredible , highest quality for the best price. I rarely write reviews unless I feel it is justified. Alex and his team did an amazing job. They redid some existing hardwood floors and they installed new hardwood floors in three rooms. They went above and beyond and could not be nicer to work with. They are perfectionist. They do a great job and they clean up and dont leave a mess. Cant wait to use them for our upstairs.

After many quotes from other Charlotte based hardwood flooring companies we decided to go with victory flooring since they were the best priced.One month ago Alex came out to do the initial estimate on our new house in Fort mill and was very helpful since we were not sure what we wanted but Alex pointed us in the right direction as our house was on slab and what is our best option for our price point.The crew came out the next day and finished the job in 3 days 2,000sq ft. We had our floors done multiple times before by other companies in the past but never had such a smooth transaction as with victory.Highly recommend Alex and the Victory crew if you want the best price in town.So far our floors look amazing..Will update if anything changes.

We just moved to Charlotte couple of weeks ago and after multiple quote we decided to go with victory hardwood flooring. We had to get our original hardwood floors from the 50s sanded and stained Alex Jr. did an amazing job with our floors. Highly recommend Victory for all of your flooring needs.

We just had our 100 year old pine floors refinished by Victory hardwood flooring and I have to say they look brand new.We were skeptical at first when Alex said he would be able to bring them back to life and we wouldnt have to rip them up.Although it was a little bit more pricy since the floors were so old it was worth the price and the wait.Would use Alex and the team again.
