The owner did a great job for me. Was reasonable in repair cost for parts and labor. The TV was fixed pretty quick , the part took a day to get in.

First drove to s Tryon st to what we thought was a tv repair shop, but apparently closed down & vacanted several months ago, according to guy next door. What a wasted drive. Called up Dons TV & took my tv there. The gentleman was nice. He called me up about 2 hours later & gave us an estimate. He will be fixing our tv. Thank you Dons TV for having a location to bring our 70 inch Vizio tv, as we already had it loaded in our car!

Our plasma TV died and we took it in to see if there was anything they could do. It was quickly diagnosed and the repair was done for a fair, reasonable price. Its now working like new. Thanks for giving us great service.

Great local TV repair shop! I had strange lines running across my 46 Samsung TV and finally decided to get it fixed. I called around, Don gave me the best quote I could find. I brought the TV in on Monday afternoon, and picked it up Tuesday afternoon, and it works like new. I am very happy with the fiends, affordable service I received from Dons TV. The whiny employee who picked up our tv was extremely rude and disrespectful. It was returned with a cracked screen which was not there previously, and which caused further problems that were too costly to fix. Avoid this company if you care about your tv and your money.

A power surge bypassed my surge protector, and got to the power board of my TV. The TV is a curved screen Samsung TV. I took the TV to Dons TV Service in Mint Hill, NC. Within a few hours, I had a firm repair quote. The TV was repaired to as new condition within a few days for the quoted price, which I consider to be a fair repair price. The staff at Dons loaded and unloaded the TV, were knowledgeable, and very courteous. Thank you Dons TV Service.

I had a high-end TV that one of the circuit boards had been blown. I supplied the board that I bought on-line. The service was timely and reasonably priced. Havent had the same or other problem in over a year. THIS is my go to place for TV repair in Charlotte!

I would recommend Don’s TV Service.Best Buy quoted me $500 to fix my 40” Samsung LCD but Don did it for all $250.Yes, I had to bring the TV to Don but to save $250, it was worth it.Don’t let Don’s mono-tone demeanor concern you. He did a great job quickly!

Video on my TV but no sound. Friendly service sound control circuit stopped working properly and needed to be replaced. Fair priced tv repair and willing to go the extra mile. Had to order sound control circuit and buffer circuits that controlled sound, took a week, but not a problem. Will definitely contact in the future for electronic repairs. got my TV fixed for a fair price. Total repair cost was $150 dollars and that was with 3 circuits replaced. It was repaired within 1 week that I’d brought the TV in. Most places charge $110 and more just to look at it diagnose it. Great place to help with TV’s and electronics. Ill definitely be using them again in the future for my repair needs.

Nice place to get your TV repaired,but it would be better too get you a new TV then pay to get it fix. Unless you have a high dollar TV for your business.

BEWARE: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!! Called for appt.shutting off due too power supply issue. He sent some clueless person to P/u my heavy plasma TV. ($80 For P/U + $50 for diagnostic fee) Outrageous. He couldnt lift it, so he went to my neighbor to help him, on his own, and invited him into my home. How unprofessional is that. I was furious. They loaded the TV(screen down) into van and left. Owner calls me with diagnosis and repair cost. He has my tv for 16 days. I finally get it back. 24 hours later, Its has picture issues. Call him up and he immediately says that the plasma screen is going bad. I had no picture issue before it left my home. I called him repeatedly to come get the tv. He gave me some lame excuse about his driver not being around to get it. After about 2 months of me pestering him, some guy shows up on my front porch with a smaller no name tv. I then contacted another serviceman who came out to my home to see what the problem was. Upon inspection, he found that the screen display had microfractures in it causing the plasma gas to escape. This was due to being improperly transported. Manufacturer states that they must be transported in the upright position to avoid screen damage. Total negligence on his part. That is why he had the tv for so long. He tried to fix it, and couldnt. I ended up paying him $500 for a repair that he knew wouldnt last, and refuses to honor his own warranty. He is a thief and a complete scumbag

I have a 70 Samsung Smart TV, and the picture became really bad. The colors were off, it just looked awful. I couldnt find any TV repair company that knew what the issue could be, and told me they would probably not be able to fix it. Than I called Dons TV...Don knew right away what the issue may be, and even gave me a rough idea of the total cost of repair. I had my husband bring the TV in on Wednesday. A few days later the parts came in and the TV was ready to be picked up. The TV is back at my home and working like new! I highly recommend Don to anyone having issues with their TVs. Thanks!

Id recommend just buying a new tv. Repair didnt last 6 months. Called him and he flatly said bring it back and well see what we can do. Second repair didnt last a month. Too much hassle lugging large tv back and forth. Bad customer service.*The tv was brought in for backlight replacement only. Nothing wrong with the screen. I expected repair to last 6 months....without having to bring it back in.

Great job tv stopped working looked up replaced input circuit and power supply circuit after lightning damage they are the very best in charlotte definitely recommend to everyone flat screen repair going to be checking them out for all tv repair needs

Very rude. Charged $50 to see if tv could be repaired. Kept tv almost a month then very rudely said it would cost $250-300 more to repair. Never Don again.

Wouldnt even answer my calls. Brought a TV in for service and it had stopped working less than a week after pickup. He wont warranty his work or stand by his word. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. CON ARTIST.
