Wow!…what a good experience! Not the normal thought after you leave your dentist office? You need to try this place if that’s the case. They take dentistry to an entirely new level. Extremely professional staff! Friendly, knowledgeable, informative and very reasonably priced. Lucea was my dental hygienist. I meant it when I told her I would not be going anywhere else from now on. If you’re unwilling to except anything but the best I highly recommend this place.

Miss Lucia was very attentive and nice. I found it easy to talk to her and follow her instructions. She was very patient with me and thorough in her cleaning. I hardly felt any discomfort. Over all I’m very satisfied ☺️

Really great experience the staff here were very friendly and helpful when it came to explain everything that was going on and what the next step was for my visit here. Lucia was very good clear on what I had going on in my mouth and how she was gonna help me out. Overall very satisfied with my experience here.

Ive been going here for about two years now and this has been my best experience yet! Not only has it been the best visit at this office, but seriously the best dental experience EVER! For someone that has always felt like his gums/mouth were grazed by a cheese grater after a cleaning, I have never felt better! Mrs. Lucia has been such a delight. She did a phenomenal job with my cleaning and was very attentive making sure I was doing well. I cant believe Im saying this but Im actually looking forward to my next dentist appointment. :)

I am very pleased with this dental office. First I will say Mrs. Lucia is wonderful⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. She was fast and caring cleaning my teeth. This is the first time I have left a dental office and my gums was not bleeding or in pain. However the doctor is nice and give you full details on what you may need and how the work will be done. Sometimes you may wait a little but to me that’s ok if I get service like this all the time. Thank you 😊

My least favorite place to go is to a dentist! I was especially concerned about going during the Covid19. However, both Dr. B and his hygienist were fully covered with both a face mask and a shield so I felt very safe. The hygienist explained everything she was doing during my cleaning which I appreciated. Dr. B as always is very sensitive to my fear of dentists--find him very caring!

I have been going to Charlotte Dental Esthetics for about a year and a half and have had a fantastic experience each time. I started off my visit earlier today with Lucia who did a great job and was an absolute pleasure to speak with, and as always, Dr. Bajaj was great as well. Friendly, professional, prompt, and covid-conscientious. All around great experience.

Excellent service , extensive services done and cleaning. These doctors are amazing, friendly, knowledgable , compassionate, clean! They also saved some teeth that a different dentist wanted to just pull! Very thankful for their insight and advice. I have not been here in over a year and a half two years. They contact me telling me that they have an outstanding bill for $80 and that the receptionist and Bookkeeper they had did not do their job and I owe this money. I told them I had paid up all the bills when I left there dentistry. This dentistry cannot manage their billing. I would not trust them for anything else.

NEW UPDATE: I am changing my 1 star rating to a 4 star. Today they performed to 5+ star level but I have to account for the prior bad experience I had. I was never planning to come back and had already switched to a new Dentist, BUT as luck would have it, I had called and canceled my 6 month follow up visit with them the same day I had the bad experience, but they didn’t process it. Late last night while flossing, a dental implant came lose and I was panicking on how to get it fixed. I called my primary dentist, but they said they couldn’t see me until next Tuesday 😳. I coincidentally still had this 6 month follow up with Dental Esthetics Today and so I brought my implant and what I experienced was an entirely POSITIVE experience. They not only cleaned my teeth but also reinstalled my failed adhesive for my implant. I am now happy to recommend this group. The owner was very personable and we had a genuine conversation and he seemed to care about me as a patient. Pretty sure he had NO Idea I was the guy who left this bad review, so it was genuine. THANKS!!OLD PRIOR REVIEW: 40 plus years of going to the dentist and never have I been so thoroughly disappointed in the ‘care’ I was given. Keep in mind I have gone regularly all that time. It starts out ok, people are nice, but then after I sit in the chair they tell me my ‘preventative care’ cleaning is going to cost $165, but not to worry because thats a discount. I told them I am transferring from another dentist who I go regularly twice a year to and cleaning have always been included in my Insurance plan and never did they raise any concerns. They then proceed to tell me how little Cigna pays them and that they accidentally signed up with them, but wont be renewing. -How is this my fault? They were assigned to me by Cigna- BE VERY CAREFUL WITH **CHARLOTTE DENTAL ESTHETICS** It felt like a cheap used car lot sales tactics approach. I asked if we could just do the regular cleaning and they said No, and promptly showed me to the exit. ABSURD treatment for a new patient. I filed a complaint with Cigna and have already transferred to a new Dentist. (YES I HAVE THE RIGHT OFFICE, WHAT DID YOU LOOK UP, MY SCREEN NAME? That shows your brilliance).

He is amazing......I did multiple caps within three months and it was seamless and painless (for a dentist visit). He explains everything and his hands are extremely gently. You would never know you were at a dentist getting major done. He recommends what is needed and does not just recommend services for no reason..... His entire staff is extremely professional and warm........I would recommend Dr. Bajaj as your dentist for life....great office as a whole.......

Let me begin by saying, I have the worst fear of dentists and after coming to this office, I would not mind coming back every single day. Dr.Ramos is one of the best Dentists Ive ever seen, he is gentle, has a great personality and is very attentive to detail. His assistant is also amazing. She was super patient, walked me through everything and made me feel comfortable. I havent met such a great staff in a while! Will for sure come back to see them!!

Shes a delight! Tiffany assists in the chair and she is friendly, caring and attentive. Dr George has a chair-side manner that is gentle and compassionate. He has gone above and beyond when something takes longer than anticipated... very patient and kind.
