Several months ago I received a call from one of my neighbors that was trying to sell their home. I have owned my home in this neighborhood for 10 years, and have a vast knowledge of our CCR’s/Rules and Regulations. This particular call was prompted by my neighbors real estate agent Linda Cirulnick Who had some questions regarding the placement of a Key Lock Box for showings. She should have already had the solution to her question before I was even called!I gently began to explain our neighborhood rules and regulations (this agent should have had a copy) to my neighbor who on their end had me on Speaker phone. Apparently I did not tell Linda what she wanted to hear and she began to Rant in the background trying to argue with me about the approved style of Lock Box. I repeated myself again. This agent began to get belligerent and very upset using expletive Language! I could hardly believe what I was hearing! The both of them had called me! I offered up alternatives and solutions to solve a problem that she should have been able to do herself! As of this writing this particular listing has not sold(3 Months Later!) and we live in one of the hottest neighborhood Markets in Charlotte! With that said this is a serious issue of competency and professionalism which Linda does not have! This reflects poorly on this company and I will not ever recommend or use Linda Cirulnick or Wilkinson Era Real Estate!

We cant speak highly enough of our experience with Leona Flowers. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. From the first time I met her I knew she was going to be perfect person to work with. She is honest, professional, friendly and hands-on, and she really helped to take the pressure off of us, which is why I followed her from the beginning to the end. Leona was extremely responsive and had great suggestions, ideas for homes to view based on what I was looking for. There were times we almost gave up since the market is so extremely competitive at the moment, but Leona always kept us motivated and told us the right house will come along and I am so glad we listened. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the one we were really happy and content of the outcome. Leona walked us through every step of the negotiation and closing process. It was a pleasure to work with her and I will definitely recommend her to anyone. I hope to work and meet with her again in the future.
