Very professional and communicative property management company. I was fortunate to hear of this company when my job moved me out of state. Considering it was my first time leasing out my property I was not sure where to start. They were very informative in terms of suggestions to make the property more appealing to tenants and were able to quickly find a tenant. Its nice to have someone I can simply call or text regarding the property and know that I will receive a prompt response. I highly recommend this company.

My experience with Tierra Bella has always been good. They are responsive in a timely way when they are needed. Always professional as well. The service has been consistent as I have been with them for several years.

Over the past few years Ive had the opportunity to work with Tierra Bella Realty as my property manager and just recently as my Reality team. My experience with this company was GREAT!During the time Tierra Bella served as my Property Manager, I was consistently kept up to date on concerns of my tenant and maintenance of the house through email, text messages, and phone calls. I was never kept in the dark and always had enough information to make the best decision.A month ago I decided to sell my house. Within a few days I received a detailed report on my options. After a short discussion and updates to the house, my house was listed for sale and within a week the house was under contract and sold soon thereafter. I truly believe that my experience was great because of their dedication and knowledge of Reality. Marlo and Michael treated my home as if it was their own. Their care factor for their clients is remarkable and I would highly recommend Tierra Bella Realty to everyone.

UPDATED - I was recently contacted by this company about problems with their CURRENT tenants. This was laughable....we hadn’t lived in the house in over 7 months.My first review was deleted by the company. I wouldnt recommend this property management company to anyone especially if you value your hard earned money. There is 0 concern for you as a tenant.1) My lease was due to expire in March 2020 and due to the state of the coronavirus outbreak at that time and the stay at home order issued by Mecklenburg County and the governor, I was looking to have my lease extended just until April 16, 2020. I tried to contact the broker in charge in order to see if my lease could be extended until April 16, 2020. I sent several emails. I never received a call from the broker in charge but from his wife maybe 4/5 days later. During the call, there was no consideration or empathy for me as a tenant. She said and I quote, actually you can go ahead and move, we went by a tenants home today that was moving out. She went on to reiterate the terms of the lease explaining that I couldnt extend it through April 16, 2020 but it had to be through April 30, 2020. I really didnt understand why she was calling in the first place when she shes not the agent in charge. I was aware that yes there was a lease. However, the coronavirus outbreak was an extenuating circumstance. Again, there was no sort of compassion or consideration for me as a tenant. It was all about the money.2) The communication is terrible. I have sent numerous emails, some of which are still sitting in my inbox with no response and I vacated the property on April 30, 2020.3) The back yard is fenced in. However, theres a large field with trees, weeds, etc behind the back yard that they only cut once and that was at the time I moved into the house. I lived in the house for 2 years and they never hired anyone to cut the field beyond the fence of the yard even though it was their responsibility.4) The dish washer in the house never worked in 2 years. They were well aware of this because when they visited the home to do an inspection, they looked at it and my boyfriend was told that the dishwasher was wired incorrectly. Although, they were well aware of this they never came out to fix it or hired anyone to fix it.4) When I moved out, I had the carpet professionally cleaned. However, they still deducted $250.00 for carpet cleaning even though the carpet had already been professionally cleaned.5) I was charged $415.00 for a bathroom door that I researched myself and verified that the door was barely $200.00 if that.6) There was an issue with the garage door and the broker in charge tried to say that someone hit the door with their car. This never happened and it was explained to us by the repairman that he didnt think the door was hit with anyone, but that the cable had broken.Unbelievably, I received a call from the secretary over 7 months after we vacated the home, not even 2 weeks ago. She stated she was calling to tell us about the HOA complaining that the yard hadn’t been cut and that there was trash on the premises outside. I explained to the secretary that we had vacated the home back in April 2020. This silly woman proceeded to ask me who lives in the house now. I explained to her that I had no clue and that again we had vacated back in April 2020. It’s extremely hard to believe that she didnt have accurate records of their tenants because why would you call a tenant that hasn’t lived in the house for at least 7 months to ask “who lives in the house now.” To me, this says a lot about their incompetence in running a property management company.Again, I wouldnt advise anyone to utilize this property management company. There are plenty of other property management companies that will treat you with dignity and respect as you deserve and not just a dollar sign.

I own a house in Charlotte and I have rented it through Tierra Bella Realty over 8 years; even I cant remember exact year. I have tried two different management agencies prior to that but it didnt workout well. Since I switched the agency to Tierra Bella, I am not worried about that property any more. They have been doing very good job. They are very careful about selecting tenant. They dont only see owners interest, they do make sure tenants are happy as well. My house is governed by HOA and Tierra Bella has been addressing their requirements as well. I like to thank all the members of Tierra Bella family for having me peace of mind as an out of state home owner.A.K. Azad

Prior to Tierra Bella I rented from a slumlord and my house was broken into twice in one month. Tierra Bella worked with me to quicky get me into one of their units. From the living space, the area, the kindness from all of their staff, and the overwhelming support of my goal to become a homeowner, Tierra Bella is the best company to rent from! I am so grateful to them! If I werent purchasing my own home, I definitely would have signed another lease! Thank you, Tierra Bella!!

Id recommend this property management company for anyone looking for rentals or if they are looking to have their properties managed!

Recently Rosecroft apartments received a new property manager a few months ago but when Tierra had it... after living here over 10 years I didnt feel they cared concerning peace and keeping the property up. Our neighbors sounded and still does sound like theyre coming through the ceiling all day all night. We complained so much and nothing ever got done. We had to sleep with earplugs praying for quiet.The apartments were ok, needed upgraded. The location had gotten bad over the years since patrol no longer existed. People break in cars, apartments, nothing was ever done about it.I can say when we put in maintenance request they were pretty good about coming out.

We rented a home through this agency and it they are the ABSOLUTE WORST! Is was always aHassle trying to speak to someone via email or a phone call. And when you did speak to someone please customer service was always short and never professional like especially being you could never get in touch with anyone about any concerns or problems that you were having. I would never recommend this business to anyone.

Tierra Bella was the worst place I ever rented from. There was a sewage back up we were out for 3 months then the company made us pay rent on the first month moving back in. So unethical of this place. I had surgery couldnt work until I heal during the process I fell behind and caught back up only to find myself in court over 35$. During my healing process from surgery a letter was sent stating that the owner wanted the property back and that we had to be out by May 31, 2017. They do not care and I do not stand by this company.
