Had Barb to our house last week and it was a great experience. She spent the majority of a day working with our large family. She also taught me how to check the kids in the future and treat them myself, and left behind the necessary tools to do it. I feel much more empowered to handle the problem on my own in the future after having worked with Barb.

We had lice. Yuk. The good news is, we found Jessica! She returned our call very quickly, and was at our house the next day, helping my whole family. Although we did not all have lice, she checked everyone and made it an easygoing experience. She was friendly and gentle with the combing (we are tender headed!) and made the situation relaxing. I was surprised to know that the shampoo can kill lice, but not all the eggs and nits left behind, so they can just all hatch again! Jessica made sure that did not happen. Every hair on our heads got combed! Thanks, Jessica!!! :)

Nit Nabbers was amazing! When our daughter was diagnosed with lice, we thought we could handle it ourselves. Get the prescription cream, apply, have our 5 y/o daughter sleep all night with a shower cap, and wash EVERYTHING. 9 days later (the amount of time required between the application of the lice cream), we still had lice & our washing machine & dryer were constantly going. I saw lice AGAIN on day 10, & I caved & called nit nabbers. Barb (shes awesome) was here within an hour, and she found lice on our daughter, my husband, & me! She was so nice & comforting. Our daughter even sat still for about on hour as she had their treatment combed through! Nit nabbers would have been less $ if wed called day 1, & not paid for the creams, etc... In 3 hours, we were lice free & she taught us how to get lice out of the sheets & stuffed animals. Worth every cent & more!

The women who came out to treat my girls was great! Answered all of my questions and made the experience tolerable however even she explained that lice can come back especially if lice are still in the kids classrooms. So when we needed to have them back a week later (part of the 30 day guarantee) I was really upset to learn they couldnt send anyone out for 4 days! Who in the world would wait 4 days to treat their kids with lice??? The owner was not apologetic or empathetic in anyway. A complete disappointment. Dont waste your money on a company thats going to leave you high and dry and left to fend for yourself.

I really havent had an experience with nit nabbers but was trying to see if someone could give me around about price?
