First of all, walking in you are welcomed to a huge spacious store. It was SO clean and organized. The staff was so friendly. Clay made sure we knew about the extra discount that was going on.. Melanie was super helpful and so easy to talk to about what we were looking for! We will MOST DEFINITELY be coming back!

First- looks and location can be deceiving. I thought this place was going to be a hole in the wall run of the mill , cluttered store. Boy was I wrong, staff was accommodating friendly, willing to give advice and look up an item if it wasnt seen in the store. When I walked in the store is glamorous with hardwood floors great lighting an clear and defined sections. Very knowledgeable non judgmental staff, the best perk all of most popular toys are on display and available for consumers to touch. They have cute Valentines day bags and if you spend over $50 you get a gift. Who doesnt like free?

This facility on Wilkinson Blvd. is the best service with knowledgeable staff. I was given detailed information on the product(s) I was inquiring on and suggestions to other products similar. That made me a permanent customer to this location. I recommend this franchise.

I was highly impressed with the knowledge the guy had about the various Toys they have there. I was more or less a tag a long with friend that was going up there.The guy there really KNEW his stuff. Let me tell you. I wasnt in the market for a Toy. But I did have a few questions about some of the higher end things they sell. Which of course you would expect they would be able to tell you about that stuff. This guy know the ins-and-outs of pretty much everything they sold their. I was highly impressed with his knowledge.I even ended up seeing something that I had to get. Even though its NOT really anything one can use alone & there isnt currently anyone I can really use it with. But, I still had to go ahead & get it anyway.Good store. GREAT staff!!!

Out of all the adult stores I went to throughout Charlotte, hustler’s was by far the best one. They have great customer service and a better lingerie selection. But please inspect some of the pieces before you buy them. I bought an all in one bodysuit piece for Halloween and after having it on for about 10 mins, the bra wiring started to come out already! I called back and they offered an exchange which was okay b/c I needed something to wear anyway. After getting to work I noticed the bra wiring started to come out again in the newly exchanged bodysuit. I was cute but it really was a waste of money b/c I probably couldn’t wear it again.

Staff always friendly and helpful. Prices are relatively decent I guess and everything is easy to view.

2nd visit there. Exceptional and knowledgeable service both times. The ladies stayed on top of keeping their store disinfected as well as politely, but sternly requiring that shoppers wear a mask before entering. Geornee and I believe it was Melanie(I hope I have that right) were the two women who really stayed on top of it even at 1:15am. Its nice to see workers concerned about theirs and others health. Cant wait to come back again!

How embarrassing for my fiance to buy me a fun gift but it was damaged beyond repair when I opened the box. The item was still in the factory sealed clear plastic. I did not even open it. He took it back to the store, with the receipt, to get a replacement. He was told that it would not be replaced, not even a 1:1switch out.What a terrible business practice. My friends thought it was such a fun gift idea and probably would have shopped here themselves, but not any more.

Well upon 1st entering it was about 30min b4 closing, the female sales associate showed me and my wife around their AWESOME COLLECTION. They had evrrything you could imagine. The store was immaculate, well lite, sales staff was very knowledgable, and never tried to up sale us on anything. As far as novalties stores go or adult stores go this one beats them all. Selection, veriaty, helpfulness, and good attitude, with a smoking hot body doesnt hurt.I will be returning again soon.
