Theyve done a great job for me on multiple occasions. They have also suggested colors and fonts with embroidery that I might not have thought of which came out fabulous. Theyve always been on time with orders and I appreciate the text messages telling me when I can pick up. I highly recommend.

Was at a loss to get Christmas gifts for 2 & 4 year olds who already have everything. . Decided on beautiful beach towels for summer. Had them monogammed with their names and this made them extra special. The monogramming was exactly as I specified, size, color, etc. They came out beautiful and the kids loved them.

I asked Amber if she could put a 1 off custom logo on a polo for me. I ordered the polo and had it delivered to her, after which she digitized and stitched the logo on for me. I had a slight issue with the placement of where the logo was, and despite me offering to split the cost of a new polo, Amber insisted on paying for a new polo for me and fixing my issue. This is priceless customer service that you cannot find at any big box store. Thank you so much Amber!

I called on 12/23/17 and asked if there was any way possible she could monogram a chefs jacket for me. To my surprise she told me to drop it off before they closed and I was able to pick it up the next morning. I needed it to volunteer at the Charlotte Resue Mission on Christmas Day. THE busiest retail time of the year and she gave me the greatest customer service!! I highly recommend Eliza B’s! I will definitely be back!! Have a great 2018!!!

This place is the best!!! Amber spent so much of her time with me to make sure my item would be PERFECT when I am sure there were a ton of things she could have been doing. Making my item perfect was her number one goal! This place is a real gem and Amber is such a blessing!

I had greek graduation stoles embroidered by them and they got it done fast and at a really affordable price. The shop owner even stayed after closing to give them to me! Best service hands down 10/10 would highley reccomend

Very disappointed in my recent experience here. I didnt recieve a text when my item was ready, so I called and it had apparently been ready for a day. So i came to pick it up and then it was a terrible bunched up embroidery job! I was so disappointed for the price and it was a gift! They ended up fixing the shirt, but I had to rush back and pick it up the day of the party. I will not be using ElizaBs anymore. She is very unprofessional and should never have handed anyone anything that looked so bad.

New owner is very helpful and friendly. The merchandise is great and the monogramming is also awesome.

Frustrated that I dropped off an item to be monogrammed a week ago. I was told it would take 4 days and would receive a call when ready. Checked in with them after a week having not received a call only to find out my item had not even been started. Why didnt they call me to discuss any issues? Not sure. No apology. Will never visit this store again.
