Dr. Jahns is amazing. She really cares and tries to help to the best of her ability. I have had nothing but good experiences at this location.

I’ve only been here once so far but they were super welcoming. Jennifer was amazing and gave me all my options and went through any concerns I had regarding medications. You could tell she sincerely cares about you and even suggested a therapist based on who she thinks I would work well with (needs and personality-wise). I’ve never had this level of caring from any health care provider so it’s refreshing.And then, a few days later I got a call from the office manager to make sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns. They really go out of their way to make you feel cared for, which is STELLAR when it comes to mental health.

I just made an appointment with someone named Jennifer. I see a lot of great reviews on her but for some reason I cannot seem to find a last name or really any trace of her online. Just want to make sure Im going to the right person, so if anyone has any info that can help itd be greatly appreciated.

I’ve had nothing but a good experience here. They’ve been quick with all my matters in terms of appointments, assistance, and billing. I’m more than happy with team here and the staff are friendly and professional.

I went here for the first time today, and every member of the staff was polite, smiling, and this made me feel a lot less nervous. The PA Jennifer was extremely down to earth and so much easier to talk to than professionals I have seen in the past. She took the time to answer every question I had, as well as making suggestions on my treatment plan. After our appointment, I left feeling a sense of relief, and will definitely continue coming to this facility. Thank you so much!

I was a previous patient at the Ballantyne location but after an unpleasant experience with their receptionists I decided to go this office. The staff is very welcoming and the vibes are more positive. Definitely would recommend.

Place is hard to find, no numbers on the buildings, and no one told me it was in the University of Phoenix building.They told me my appointment was at 1030, just for me to get there and them tell me it was actually at 11, they just told me 1030 so that I could fill out the paperwork, which by the way, I already filled out online so what was I supposed to do? Was I expected to sit there for 30 minutes, and wait for absolutely no reason? They should have said that the appointment was at 11, and to arrive early to fill out paperwork like every other doctor, and dentist I have ever been to has.You all have to remember that you are dealing people with mental illnesses, many of us are already on edge, and some of us have trust issues so why lie? And why make things worse?

I went in today as a new patient and I was a little nervous as most people are going in to see a new doctor. The nurse was very polite that called me back to take my vitals. The person who really made me feel so comfortable and at home was Dr. Wendy Riley. She actually listened to everything I said and she really seemed to understand me really good. For the first time in over a year Im excited and looking forward to the future now, where before I was hopeless. Not only was I impressed with her knowledge and ability to recognize my problems, but it was her extremely kind demeanor. Im so happy now I can look forward to the future and be me again. Thank u so much Dr. Wendy.

I am very pleased with this company. My child and I have been coming in for a year and the receptionist are always very welcoming.

The other reviews concerned me before I went. But this place must have changed ownership or something because it was great. No wait, easy to get to and they didnt give me a terrorist level interrogation about controlled substances...which is rare for this area.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any type of medical care. Calling is pointless. The doctor assigned to me had issues with his DEA number and the pharmacy could not fill my prescriptions. If thats not enough of a red flag, another doctor had to fill them, and mail them to me. They never actually mailed them. Ive done this dance for 3 months in a row (having to be off my medication for days at a time) hoping it was a mistake. Clearly this is just how they run the place.

Staff here was super kind and attentive to my needs. Would recommend!

If I could rate this 0 stars, I would - this is probably the most unprofessional group Ive ever worked with - I literally could hear the doctor and one of the nurses giggling back and forth while I was on a phone/skype appointment talking about the side effects I was experiencing.... Apparently this so called doctor Everett was let go and no longer with the company but they are ALWAYS late on my refills and my pharmacy constantly has difficulty reaching the nurses line to get the approval to fill the medication. They want you to come in for an appointment frequently but on the same token say they will refill you for 6 months and no need to come back in between. I have never seen such disorganization - FYI - they were shut down before and had to change their name! DONT waste your time! The staff has no idea what they are doing.
