I went to the Ritz Carlton spa for the first time last week. The staff were very welcoming and courteous. The massage was amazing. While it was sad the steam room and jacuzzi were closed due to COVID, we were still able to enjoy the pool for a few hours. Nadine, the manager, was very attentive, making sure we were enjoying our time. Can’t wait to go back!

My second time here and didn’t disappoint! Love coming here and love how pretty the hotel is! The doormen are very kind and welcoming, same as the people at the front desk. Lovely view from the windows and they have a variety of places right across the street and also around the hotel, in such a pretty city too! Pool was nice, and also open- didn’t check out the fitness center but i’m assuming it’s also open? Overall, definitely would come here again!

I have been coming to this Spa for 10 years + and today was the first day visiting after the Pandemic. First of all, it took them 3 days to even call us back for an appointment. I knew something was up already before we even arrived. I am extremely disappointed in our experience compared to my previous visits over the years. I am all about supporting businesses in need but to me this was extremely a waste of money. They have INCREASED their prices alot to compensate the money the business has lost. (That was directly stated from an employee)I bought this gift card for my friend for $140 during the pandemic as a birthday gift because the basic massage use to be around $150. They dont post their prices online now & I would have never thought to ask the prices since the prices hasnt changed in years. But it jumped up to $200 for just a basic massage. Not really fair for the customers since the amenities are not all even open. The salt room, jacuzzi, relaxing room, and the steam room are closed. They have even put up a temporary wall where the jacuzzi is which makes it feel under construction. Then to top it off, the food was absolutely TERRIBLE. Chicken salad that seemed like it was tuna in a can served with chips. I would have brought my own food if we knew it was going to be this bad. Both of our stomachs were funky after we left. This place use to have top knotch food. As a customer I understand businesses are going through tough times but dont take all the stuff away AND jack the price up that much. Also, when a customer is booking they should go over the price increase especially for long time customers.Sadly to say it seems like this hotel has had its final run. Its the Ritz.... why does it feel like the La Quanta Inn now?! Its so sad. Its not the employees fought they are all so nice. Higher management needs to step in and bring the life back to this hotel spa before it goes under.

The beds are extremely comfortable. I couldnt stay out of it. I had the best sleep of my life. The bathroom is amazing and has a flat screen TV built into the mirror. Excellent customer service.

Horrible customer service at the spa…I’ve called twice to book a treatment and stay and each time have been told they will call me back and nobody ever does. Hard pass for this lousy treatment, poor customer service and what I would be spending for it!

The staff were very accommodating. I had a very late check-in (3:15 a.m.) and they had everything waiting for me in my suite. Car service to/from airport was on time. Bed was very comfortable. Food/restaurants were close by to order take-out and delivery during the pandemic.

Our company hosted a meeting with 46 people - quite an adventure during the Covid 19 pandemic. The awesome staff at the Ritz-Carlton Charlotte did everything they could to make us comfortable while adhering to social distancing policies. From the delicious box lunches, meeting room set-up & special accommodations for dinner, the team went above & beyond. If you are looking for a place to safely host a group, you will be well taken care of at the Ritz-Carlton Charlotte.

Not worth the price I paid , service was good but the in room dining was not (forgot my coffee, food was underwhelming) pet stains on the carpet in my room (1405) scuffs and wear and tear on the furniture , door to the room , and hallways. Noises from the light rail all night. Will try another hotel next time I’m in Charlotte.

Unparalleled service, called the front desk to request ice and was delivered ice and complimentary chocolates that were arranged with amazing care.

Not what you would expect from a Ritz. Its not located in a very good area of Charlotte. We didnt feel very comfortable leaving the property. Very limited amenities. No room service. Compared to other Ritz-Carltons, this one is sub-par; however, we still love the overall Ritz-Carlton experience.

Very beautiful and upscale hotel the suite was very spacious and it was a great getaway for the evening. The robes are fantastic I wanted to purchase one theyre so comfortable

Beautiful hotel in Uptown. This hotel is beautiful on the inside. The decor is clean and updated. The service is what you expect from the Ritz... outstanding. Tried the Punch Bowl, which is their speak easy. very nice, with a good view of the city. They only allow approx 30 people in at a time, so you may not be able to get in on busier nights. Walking distance to all of the attractions, venues and restaurants. Only downside it that it is immediately across the street from the Epicenter, which should be undergoing changes over the next couple of years.

Stunning hotel in the heart of Charlotte, NC! All the staff were super friendly and offered to help with everything. We got it late so we ordered room service, it was delicious and they had options for a family member who has to be gluten free. When I went it was around Christmas and they had the cutest gingerbread village in their lobby! I have stayed here once before they renovated and enjoyed it but after the beautiful new updates it’s even more awe inspiring. Given the chance I will most definitely stay here again.

I wanted to surprise my husband with an amazing night at the Ritz to celebrate his new job! I worked with Tiffany & Veda to make our evening super special and memorable for us. When we got to our room, there were chocolate covered strawberries, and hand written notes to my husband and to us as a couple. It was such a nice touch and we were truly blown away. They gave us a beautiful upgraded room and the view was awesome! The next time we have something to celebrate, well be at the Ritz! Everyone we encountered were kind and enthusiastic to help. I truly felt like a queen for a day!

Excellent Executive Suite with all the amenities to boot, but clearly designed for males. Room had a mini bar, for those who care to drink, and a nice bathroom with tge Heads-up technology so that TV projected onto the bathroom mirror. Excellent feature. Nice tub and separate walk-in shower. Very classyVery friendly, efficient staff that assured my privacy and Covid safety, even with my limousine service and professional admin--they did not allow them access to me or my room without first calling up to my room. My suite came with internet, but it was sluggish. Cell phone also had poor reception in the building. Overall, great service and a wonderful suite.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Charlotte Ritz for a quick Valentines Day get away. It was our first experience staying at a Ritz Carlton and we were blown away by the quality of the property and amenities but most importantly how hospitable the entire staff was and how purposeful they were in making our stay an unforgettable one. The staff, led by Annie Mitchell, reached out to us prior to our stay and asked how they could make our stay special, and WOW - they went completely above and beyond and we will be forever grateful to them. Yesterday, two friends and I, treated ourselves to what we were hoping to be an immaculate spa day at the Ritz. From the reviews and the hotels reputation, I was expecting nothing less than perfection. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When we arrived we were promptly escorted into the facility, given a quick overview and tour of the facilities, and provided our robes and and slippers. From the start, I felt I was constantly looking for an attendant to inform them that something was missing, broken, or not working properly. Two of the stalls did not have toilet paper, the nuts that were put out in the waiting lounge, was less than half full, and remained that way for the four hours we were there, the moist wash cloths that are outside of the sauna disappeared and we were told it would take thirty minutes to get more, however they were never restocked. None of the pumps for the soap and conditioner worked properly in the showers, and most were half full, there were multiple wet towels left behind in the salt room and pool area, and there was not a sense of urgency to clean those areas. There was no bartender on duty and the hot tub was out of service. While I was showering the shower handle came completely off when I turned it on. When I got out of the shower, there were many women looking for clean dry towels. I had to locate a utility closet and hand them out as if I worked there. Finally, when we were leaving, someone came in to restock, clean, and get things in order, however, not in time to clean of the mountain of dirty robes that had collected on one of the benches. I will say my masseuse, Tamara did an excellent job, however, everything else was extremely disappointing and underwhelming. I was expecting customer service on the level of Disney, yet this location fell significantly short.

I use to love this Ritz. I live in Charlotte. I use to go to the lounge/bar very often and the spa very much. They have gotten rigid and less friendly towards people over the years.The bar area is much more closed than it use to be- I miss the open seating and the meeting of other people. This use to be the place to be- but not so much anymore.The spa- there has been a significant decline in experienceI use to use the facilities often and pay the day pass. The spa day pass went from $25 to $45, then they put in specific days this could be used. I understand that they are busy sometimes and cannot allow this all the time but that personal feel I had going here has dissipated. When I call now, there is a “we’re too busy for you and your little day pass” attitude. But I use to send a lot of people there and go often.The hotel is beautiful and the staff is friendly, I just feel like their customer service is dwindling. I don’t want to feel like an inconvenience if I’m a local spending time at their bar/lounge/spa and paying to do so.

I was there for a 2 day conference and did not stay in a room. The conference room was appropriately sized and the temperature was comfortable. The audio visual equipment all worked properly. The provided meals and snacks were of a great variety and were labeled for gluten free and vegetarian diets. The wait staff was very attentive. The bathrooms were terribly cold, and the water was also very cold with no way to adjust the temperature. They were clean and had plenty of toiletries.

My girlfriend and I arrived about 45 minutes earlier than expected. The concierge gathered our belongings and told us he would take care of our things. While we waited in the lobby we were offered complimentary champagne. When our room was ready our things were brought to our room and placed neatly in the closet. We were given ice when needed. Clean linens when we needed them. We were offered a ride to the Expo Center which was very nice. What really puzzled us is how did the wait staff at BLT know our name? We really liked that!! Even the hosts knew our names!! We found that to very nice!! We were very happy with our weekend stay. We plan on returning again soon.

My recent stay at the Ritz Carlton, Charlotte was simply wonderful. Truly enjoyed the hotels amenities, suites, spa, and dining options. From the moment of check-in to check-out, the staff were consistently attentive and friendly. My family really did enjoy this leisure getaway and will never forget the memories we made. Big shout out to Tiffany Zito who was super helpful with ensuring everything about our stay was a success!If you plan to go, be sure to make trips to Bar Cocoa and the Punch Room. The cocktails and experience at The Punch Room were deliciously crafted. For a sweet treat, Bar Cocoa has numerous temptations to satisfy. I do wish I had the chance to taste the dishes at BLT Steak, but will have to dine there on my next visit.

Our second stay here this year. This time we came for my wifes birthday. While it was sad the see the hotel so quiet as a result of the local COVID guidelines and ordinances, we appreciated the effort that the limited staff put into our visit. Everyone down to the valet was aware of it being my wifes birthday, and they went above and beyond to make it special. One of the morning valets even remembered us from our previous visit a few months ago (though he admitted that our Darth Vader luggage helped him remember, lol). They even left a delicious birthday cake in our room for our arrival! We always have a great time at the Ritz and will definately be back for another special occassion. Annie, the guest services director, really made our trip special!

I have stayed at several Ritz properties and this one is, by far, my favorite! I took my dad and my son to a Panthers game, and this was a very short trip for us. The staff here truly went above and beyond to welcome us and make our stay very special. Natalie called a couple of days before arrival asking about our plans and favorite drinks/snacks. She also noted that we would be arriving early and would do her best to accommodate an early check in. Not only was our room ready for us to check in to, but she and Tiffany also had a very special amenity waiting for us. We enjoyed the entire stay. Jace warmly welcomed us and was very helpful at check in. The entire staff there definitely made us feel very special. Its not often that I get to take my dad and son out on a nice weekend getaway, so Im very thankful for everyones efforts, more than words can express. We will definitely be back!

Michael the Asst Mgr and all the front desk staff were absolutely amazing. We celebrated a special occasion and the staff really raised the bar! Would definitely recommend property for a quick business trip or a luxury weekend. I live right down the street and will definitely be back!

What a wonderful stay! My husband & I came down for a date night & the Ritz never disappoints. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne then in our room cheese & wine. It was awesome. We were able to stay on property for everything. Started with wonderful drinks @ the bar to a great dinner @ BLT then back to listen to a Jazz band. We will definatly be back!

We had a fabulous overnight for my husbands birthday and natalie at the front reached out even before checkin. This was a special night for us due to major cardiac surgery next month and they upgraded us as well as provided many surprises such as a personalized chocolate cake, wine and snacks as well as champagne at check in. We have stayed at least three other times and always return as locals as our favorite hotel in Charlotte. We felt like vip clients and were so grateful. Thank you!

Wow!! What a night!! I celebrated my 40th Birthday with some of my closest friends for the night! The staff went above & beyond to create one of my best nights ever! They upgraded us to a suite & then jumped out as a surprise. We Walked into the room where the had cheese & wine waiting for us. The staff had also decorated our room with balloons, Banners & Crowns! I can not express how surprised I was! They are by far the sweetest & best staff ! The spa was also a wonderful experience. The staff was very professional We will definatly be back.

Great Friday outing for the sophisticated and classy. Excellent jazz band plays every Friday night from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Beautiful ambience; upscale casual. No cover charge but pricey menu...balances out. Very enjoyable evening out. Take note, bands plays the same set each week, unfortunately.

My family and I had the most excellent stay at the Ritz Carlton Charlotte over the (2019) Labor Day weekend. We had a King Executive Suite connecting into a double queen room; the rooms are very well appointed, spacious, and very comfortable. The bathrooms are large and designed well with two sinks, a deep bathtub, a separate glass shower, and a separate toilet area. TVs in the mirror are always a great touch. Staff...from the bell staff to front desk staff...are very attentive to make your stay enjoyable. Prior to my stay I read reviews about the nighttime noise coming from the Epicenter; but our rooms were on the 6th floor and directly across from the Epicenter and I didnt find the noise coming from the Epicenter to be overwhelming at all...its about what youd expect to hear outside a hotel located in a city center and didnt interrupt my sleep.

Everything was handled even before we arrived to ensure my wifes birthday would be a bang! Guest services was stellar in helping make arrangements prior to our stay. Likewise, all of the staff, once we arrived, went out of their way to make our stay astounding!

This is one of our families favorite hotels. Superior personalized luxury service at reasonable prices. The hotel is in a perfect location for any downtown activities and the staff goes out of their way to try to create a refined but not stuffy atmosphere. Our kids love the personalized attention here and there is always some gift or item of interest in the lobby or the room for our boys to enjoy or explore.

The hotel is beautiful and located in the heart of Charlotte. Everything is accessible from the location. The hotel staff greeted us from the time we arrived to the day we left. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for the stay. I will be returning in the future.

Holiday work party was top notch, in every possible way from all staff at the Charlotte Ritz-Carlton. Your greeted with champagne, rooms are insanely clean and bedding, room furniture is actually comfortable. Staff had music going, cookie decorating for the kids, just every Bell and whistle for a holiday affair! Highly recommend.

My stay at the Ritz-Carlton was a great experience. Although Im a vendor working for them in the South Florida area it was great to see that the standard of excellence is presented in other locations as well. Although its always a pleasure walking in the Ritz-Carlton in Bal-Habour, I can now say that i have had the opportunity to experience the same quality in the NC Ritz-Carlton this can now be checked off my list of Must-experiences bucket list.

Loved that the requested steamer was in the room when we checked in and that sparkling wine and strawberries were delivered within 10 minutes of our arrival. Every employee that I encountered during my visit said hello and asked how my stay was going. Loved the extra snacks in the lobby. Also loved the combo performing in the bar 05/10/19! Everything was top notch!

I planned a bachelorette party for my best friend that included a spa day at the Ritz Carlton. This was supposed to be the highlight of the weekend, but was a disaster from the beginning.First when trying to plan - I called 3 months in advance of our trip. I was told there was only one group coordinator and she would be in touch with me eventually, and that she was very backed up. I gave it 2-3 weeks before calling back, same message. I told them I had already been waiting to hear back some time and could they check my status. It sounded like the first person I spoke with did not actually even put in my request. I asked that they have her call me back when she can, I just want to make sure our day and time requests (AM) are available. The person checked the schedule and said there was plenty of availability at the day and time requested and it should not be an issue. 2-3 more weeks go by, no call back. I called upset that we hadnt heard back and was contacted by the group coordinator that same day, she was helpful but unfortunately the time slot we wanted was not available for our group and we had to do the mid afternoon. I took the available slots and rearranged the weekend schedule.We were informed in advance that the hot tub was broken but that they were moving towards getting it fixed, and that we could enjoy the aqua lounge (nothing more than a crowded hotel pool, not even in the spa area). There was a significant lack of warm activities so all spa patrons were crowded into the sauna and the salt room (which we asked for them to turn on but they said it was on a timer -- apparently one that never goes off).I can only speak for my massage as others in my group had mixed experiences, but what I will say is DO NOT GET THE STRESS RELIEF IF YOU ARE STRESSED!!! It was a lot of jostling and chopping and very fast strokes, I would have told the therapist I wasnt enjoying it if she ever checked in with me, but just kept hoping it would get better. I was ready for it to be over at the end. I am sure this is just a technique that I am not accustomed to, but it was not advertised very well on the website, which made it sound more like a medium pressure. The other girls in my group said afterwards that they were talked out of that style massage prior to starting, I wish I would have been given that option.I told the girls at the front that I didnt particularly enjoy my massage when they asked how it was, and recommend changing the description and they just smiled and asked how I would be paying. I was surprised with a group coordinator fee which I guess covered the cost of the macaroons I had to ask for 3 times (they were delicious).When it came time to leave, we waited almost 45 minutes for them to retrieve our car only for them to leave it in the middle of the busy road for us to hop in. Overall, I was very disappointed in my experience here.

The rooms were clean, modern and still comfortable enough to feel at home. The pool looked inviting, but it was a bit too cold when we were there. It was right in the middle of Uptown (their Downtown), which makes it easy to walk all over. There was an art fair that weekend and the Discovery Center, as well as the Epicenter all within walking distance. They also have a dessert bar. Make sure you get the Ritz Carlton chocolate cake (so decadent!). The service was wonderful and we were all happy with our experience overall.

Tiffany and the staff went out of their way to make our holiday staycation at the Ritz such a special night for us and our kids. It’s a gorgeous hotel with so much to offer. Every time we stay there we are well taken care of.

I celebrated my birthday last weekend by spending the day at the spa and then spent the night in one of their suites. We had an amazing time! The stress relief massage at the spa was amazing followed by enjoying time by the pool with awesome views of uptown and relaxing in the Himalayan salt room/Sauna. Everywhere we went we had amazing service from valeting the car, to immediately getting birthday dessert/champagne on check-in, to the amazing attendants at the spa (Nikita was so sweet) to finally our server in the morning who boasted (and was right) that he made a great latte. I hope to come back here for many future celebrations!

My wife and I were looking for a relaxing weekend away from our 4 small children at home. The ritz carlton Charlotte was absolutely the right choice. The location was perfect for dining and nightlife, in the middle of downtown charlotte, the hotel facilities are beyond amazing, and the room was... the nicest room we had ever stayed in (and we do stay at nice hotels). The staff service was very attentive, and the full service ritz carlton is a destination within itself. If youre looking for a relaxing weekend with the significant other, the ritz carlton is the place. Great experience. Staff is trained well to provide the Ritz experience from the time you pull up until the final departure. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. They go the extra mile to make the experience feels special. Only complaint I have is the room we were having our meeting in was very cold.

Great experience! Fabulous place 🤩 the staff went about and beyond to accommodate us. My favorite spot is the Tibetan Salt room @ the spa. The room service has a great breakfast.All n All we really enjoyed out girls weekend.

I think it could be argued that this is the nicest hotel in all of uptown Charlotte. The Ritz Carlton usually has a reputation of just being the nicest hotel wherever they do go. If you decide to stay here you’ll be walking distance to darn near everything in the entire bustling downtown.

Let me start off by saying that the service was on-point. Everyone was friendly and so quick to help us! We were greeted when we walked in and immediately checked in to our room. One of the staff members gave us great recommendations for places to get drinks and even suggested an appetizer at the restaurant we were headed to! We were staying at the Ritz for my birthday and they sent up a wonderful bottle of champagne and cake! They really went above and beyond to make my birthday special. Service aside, the room was clean and the beds were awesome. I usually hate sleeping in hotel rooms because of the stiff beds. These were perfectly soft! When we spoke to the front desk about a few things that needed to be serviced, she immediately picked up the phone and started making calls to get it taken care of. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Charlotte.

Pure luxury. The rooms are beyond incredible. Most amazing bed I have ever slept on. So spacious. Luxurious bathrooms. Fantastic bats and restaurants on site. Rooftop pool. Staff is phenomenal and accommodated all our needs and requests including those of my children. They went above and beyond on all accounts.

This was our first visit to the Ritz Carlton in Charlotte. Overall it was a nice hotel and the room was comfy. However the cold water in our bathroom sinks was not cold and the door in the shower was awkward...it opened in but not all the way. The only other issue was the nespresso machine in our room wasnt working so I could not make coffee. :-( But the food was much better than the typical hotel food.

This is an excellent Hotel with a very professional staff. The restaurant is great and the Bar is also very good. The rooms are spotless and well maintained and the furniture including the bed is very comfortable. We first had a suite on the 14th floor that when we arrived back in the room after dinner, we discovered there was no way we could have stayed/slept in that room with the music BLARRING, and I mean window shaking blarring, from across the street at the EpiCenter roof top. Frankly, if the music went to 10pm, or 1030pm, OK. But we called down and were told the music goes to 200AM or 230AM Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. How the City of Charlotte can not have a noise ordnance is beyond me, but they dont - so we packed up and prepared to leave the hotel as we were also told, all the rooms on the quiet side of the Hotel, were spoken for. When we arrived at the front desk to check out, a room had just opened up on the quiet side at 10:20PM (a no show) and we took it. Not a suite, but a very well appointed king room. Kudos to the staff for their action to help us and keep us at their hotel. Our stay, other than this 2 hour inconvenience caused by the City of Charlotte and the EpiCenter music blarring, was excellent and the RC is truly a well run, excellent Hotel.

Hotel is beautiful. Staff was very friendly and attentive. We loved our stay here. The only complaint I have is I ordered a drink from the K lounge. One of their signature flask drinks and the flask it came in was dirty and looked like there was mold in the bottom. So beware. Everything else was wonderful.

Very nice hotel. Enjoyed my stay. I would stay again. The only thing was construction on street in front of the hotel, which was out of the hotel’s control... It was just inconvenient

I would definitely recommend this venue for your wedding. We hosted our marriage ceremony in the Urban Garden. The hotel is centrally located and has an amazing view from the rooms. We did a block for our guests and everyone was satisfied. Most importantly, the staff are very experienced, professional, detail oriented and helpful in guiding us through the whole process. We have had a great time and our wedding was perfection!

I highly recommend Ritz-Carlton Charlotte. Beautifully, well appointed decor that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed, and feel re-energized when it is time to leave. It is a nice place to stay, and a nice place to stay to take a break to get re-vitalized.

Punch room is fun and retro. Prices are high by ambience is great and staff friendly and very well trained in hospitality. Great place for a quiet nightcap with someone special or client

I have stayed at my fair share of Ritz Carlton’s all around the globe and Charlotte lives up to every bit of my expectations. From top to bottom it is a world class organization. The entire Spa team is so accommodating and helpful. One employee in particular has always been so nice and professional during each of my visits. Jim, who is one of the very first people to greet you when you arrive, goes above and beyond of what is expected. I wish everyone in the hospitality industry would hire people like him with as much positivity and class as he has. Thanks for always making my time here a great one!

My daughter lives in NYC and was taking the train into Charlotte for Thanksgiving break from university. We have been saving for a very long time to have enough money to stay in a suite at the Ritz Carlton, and we finally had enough money. We had done this before with a different hotel chain, and it was such a disappointment that we were a little nervous about the special time being a waste of money again! However, from valet, to check-in, to the beautiful room, and the wonderful in room dining, it was all amazing. We said several times how we never wanted to leave. Weve already started saving for another stay, and hopefully well be able to make it happen in a year or two. Both of us can hardly wait! Just an amazing hotel, and made even better by your wonderful staff. We travel a lot, and have never had an experience quite as awesome as we had at the Ritz-Carlton Charlotte. Thank you! YES, just YES!! We were SOOO spoiled here. The suite was excellently prepared for our arrival and celebration, and a wonderful sight after a long trip. Bad weather forced us to stay an extra day. 😉 Why brave the two drops of rain, when you can stay in wrapped up in the comfy robes. I will make up reasons to come to Charlotte more often, just to stay here. Cannot say enough about the staff!! I have a lot of hotel stays and this is definitely one of the best.

A posh hotel where you feel warmly welcome. Members of the staff are everywhere doing their best to make you feel at home. Good restaurants and well equipped bars, great facility overall.

My husband and I took a staycation at The Ritz for the weekend. Loved the spa and the employees there. What a wonderful experience! We also enjoyed the creative cocktails in the bar. We will be back!

We spent five nights at the Ritz for our sons wedding. Best hotel we have ever stayed at, and the staff is completely focused on customer satisfaction. Valet service is extremely professional.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel recently for a weekend trip to Charlotte. The room was amazing, location is perfect, staff was super friendly, and the hotel bar was superb. We would definitely stay again!

I am a local and visited the spa for a massage. Parking was a little tricky and I ended up having to pay to park due to lack of information but other than that my visit was great. The spa was wonderful, clean and very relaxing. I got an 80 minute massage and spent time in the salt room and dry sauna. I was very happy with all the services they offered.
