I needed help getting child support for my young sin and to stop my sons father from bullying me, if possible. Janet helped me get child support and temporary custody. Im sure Ill get permanent custody eventually and, before long, get attorneys fees. I thank her for bringing me peace of mind and for being more than a lawyer. She had advised me also about how to help my older son, who is handicapped. Im honored to have her represent me.

This lawyer answers her phone and pretends its her secretary. If you have a case that sounds like she will make a lot of money on, she puts you on hold only to answer her phone again in a different voice. I went to her for a consult only to be told that she couldnt help me. While there she calls 4/5 of her attorney buddies to get them to help me. So why did I pay her a consult fee? I could have called the legal referral number myself! Her office is a wreck and she is scattered brained. While I was there she was on the phone to clients telling them the courts lost their paper work, court was the next morning, and it was 2 in the afternoon we she notified them. I have emailed her asking for a refund which she continues to ignore. Again Janet Welton I want a refund! I did not come to you for you to refer my to another lawyer. If I dont not receive a refund within 15 days, I am reporting you to the bar. Youve practiced law for over 30 years but couldnt help me to enforce an equitable distribution. People go somewhere else.

Will not be using this firm due to the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the secrety just to make a consultation appt I was treated with disrepect and hung up on twice just for asking a question. Im sure this is a great attorney but who wants to deal with that just to get an appt.
