I had the pleasure to attending a few classes and a seminar when I was in NC for a visit. The atmosphere was awesome, instruction was amazing, and everyone was so friendly. They also had a great number of higher level belts to train with. If you are new or experienced this is a great place for you.

This one of the best places go learn Brazilian jiu-jitsu with professor Paulo (a 5th degree black belt). This place is VERY great for familys. There are many varietys of schedules for you to choose from that you can encorperate into your daily schedule like morning afternoon and even at night. The owner (Bennie and Patrick) are both super friendly and nice.
