I am a recent hire as of mid July 2021. New Age Marketing is a great place that has core values of professionalism, development and leadership. They teach their employees about business and ways to invest in yourself to become a better individual not only to make the sales of the job. There is always room to grow within the company which is a plus because leadership experience is fundamental tool for the business world. Before New Age Marketing I had zero previous sales experience. I’ve been with this marketing firm for only to weeks and by believing in the system I am on pace to have a promotion fairly soon. This proves that they are all about what they preach from the core values.

New Age Marketing is great about training employees to generate revenue for their clients. I enjoy being able to speak with customers face to face at retailers rather than online or in a call center. I have also been learning more about professional development and managing others. No matter if this company fits your career goals, there is something to learn!

This company has a lot of issues, first off they lied to me when I was hired. They said in the interview process multiple times that I would not be a sales person in a retail store such as Sams Club or Walmart. However, that was exactly what the job was from the start. I asked multiple times what my job description was via email before starting and they never sent it and procrastinated until after I started. Second, I was told by multiple employees and management that they like to call once you get off of work before you talk with your spouse or family so that youre not convinced to quit. I myself experienced this first hand multiple times while working at this company. Third, they will overwork and make you drive long distances throughout the week. They will pressure you into working more hours and locations to meet their quotas. Fourth, they constantly advise you to sell lots of phones and make it seem like you will make a lot of money from commission but in reality the commission is based off of phone activation. Sometimes, customers will wait a few days to a week to activate their phone, so instead of getting $800 you are more likely to end up getting way less. The pay system is very flawed and is meant for the companys personal gains. Finally, management likes to flaunt their success and money so that you will feel more motivated. Please do not work here, I wanted to like the company and was excited but the company is not what you would expect.

New Age Marketing is a professional company that will teaching you about marketing from the entry to the owner level. The company is very transparent about how everything works and is willing to invest time and even money to help you grow if that what you seek. The team is big on culture that the company has and how you isn’t just another employee for a company. I worked for several marketing companies before but nothing even comes close to comparing to this company.

New Age Marketing does a great job of creating a family-like company culture. When we are in the office, we have fun and get results. There is always something to learn or improve on. When we are outside of the office, they do a great job of planning events and making sure everyone feels included!

I worked with alpha acquisitions based out of Charleston West Virginia, let’s just say worst company I’ve ever worked for this guy is absolutely embarrassing the corporation with his lack of everything. Worst job I’ve ever had absolutely don’t recommend it to anyone unless you want to waste time and money made $100 in the four weeks I work there barely got any hours never can reach anyone from the company when needed help, can’t even reach the corporate number that’s how unprofessional this company is.

I have been here for about 2 weeks now. The pros of being here are the people and the training. I am personally really enjoying the training process here. The people here seem to be very experienced so it’s nice to learn from them. I enjoy the team work aspect based work as well. I used to be in band in college so I’m used to that style. The managers are very knowledgeable as well. It’s helpful to use them as a resource if you are just starting.It does take some practice to get used to the marketing style but it’s worth it if you study the information.

I have been with New Age Marketing since the end of November of 2020, and within that time, I have grown both professionally and personally through the numerous opportunities to network and interact with others. I can honestly say that New Age has provided me the opportunity to do things that no other company has been able to provide me in the past.

I know the director personally and have worked with him collaboratively. He is an entrepreneur, risk taker, and producer in business!! This industry is not for someone who wants to sit at a desk 9-5pm making the same salary for the next 40 years of their career. This industry is for someone who wants to make it happen for themself and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. You can make SO much money and get the chance to be a part of a winning team culture, where everyone wants to help you succeed. Is the day to day glamorous? Absolutely not. But the earning potential, growth potential, and long term trajectory of owning a business and managing large scale clients and territory IS glamorous. If you’re a go-getter, leader, and sports minded person who has business sense, you will see the value of this business and all that is has to offer for a young person who does not want to be a cog in the machine of corporate America.

I worked at New Age Marketing for a year. It is a great company that instills deep team-based core values. I applied for this company on 9/22 via indeed. I was scheduled for my first interview for Thursday 9/24 at 10:30 am via a zoom meeting. They texted 2hrs before to confirm. I received the meeting code via email the day before the interview. That went great and then I was scheduled for a second interview for Friday 9/25 at 10:00 am via zoom. Once again I received a text 2hrs before for confirmation of the zoom meeting. I responded back letting them know I never received the meeting code for the zoom interview. No response. I tried emailing with no response, I tried calling to the number via the website and it stated that the voicemail hasn’t been set up. I tried texting again and still no response. Not sure what happened as to why communication stopped.

It was pretty difficult finding a job after graduating that fit what I was looking for. I knew the last thing I wanted to do was sit at a desk 5 days a week like a robot & climb a corporate ladder. Working with New Age has shown me that traditional way of working isnt necessary and I can reach a high level of success way sooner. I am working very hard to achieve a management position in the next few months that will bring even more opportunities (and more money) to my life. Im excited!

There’s always one bad apple....maybe more.This was our experience with a New Age Marketing employee when we purchased product and services at a big box store. The level of unprofessionalism from this employee was far beyond anything we have ever encountered. Condescending and disrespectful only begin to describe her. I advised New Age of our experience and was told I would receive a call the next day to discuss further. I never received that call.

Looking at Zip Recruiter the company lists itself with a salary range between 38k-50k plus commission. And a pattern of people in this thread are saying that its 10/hr to stand in a Sams Club. This seems like a scam. In addition the positive reviews look as if someone forced them to do it. I want to thank the employees who left generic positive reviews and leaving it so obvious that its scripted. I hope you guys find better work.

I am currently a new employee so far I enjoy the job. The environment is very friendly and nice. It is a good learning experience and you are taught some very useful skills that can be implemented outside of work as well. The job is very fast pace you have to learn quickly and also learn to be very interactive with people daily. Overall I enjoy what I do.

I was given this job a week ago and i was training well making my sales and all of a sudden I was let go. It was very unprofessional. I was notified that I was let go by an agent not the boss(Jared). That was very unprofessional! I don’t recommend anybody to work here. They are not professional at all. And as a young professional, you will be wasting your time even trying with them!

I started here as an intern about 4 weeks ago. Every second I have spent here has been great I have been engulf in an atmosphere where I feel comfortable and am able to grow as an individual. One major aspect of this organization that I have really loved is that I have been able to relate all the course work from college to everything I have been faced with in this business. What has been even more exciting about this organization is the fact that if you want a place where you are apart of a team that genuinely cares about what you want to do in life and are able to effectively communicate it to team members and Jared especially, they are there for you so they can help pave the path you need to go down in order to get there. I have seriously loved every second I have been in this office and through every job I have had this is the one that makes me feel like I can excel and be able to facilitate positive opportunities for others in the long run.

Ive taken many trips to our Charlotte corporate headquarters. Ive been in the office for about 3 months and I love my experience. The growth within & the opportunity allows us to grow and there is no seniority. I look at this opportunity as a Fast Pace Business PHD Masters Program.Im loving my experience here and I dont plan on ever leaving. During COVID-19 we received bonuses & we reach out to our community with lots of community service ventures.New Age is AWSOME!

Although I liked the people who worked here, things didn’t feel right. There were 3 interviews, and when hired they already talk about you being a manager. When we were given lectures they didn’t even have seats, we had to stand in a small room!They have like 40-50 workers and they told me I was picked out of hundreds of people! Yet everyone knows y’all got new people coming for interviews hour after hour!Talked with another trainee at the time and he said he’s worked there for 3 weeks & haven’t gotten any commission. He was like “Yeah I hope I get one soon!” Like what?? It’s been three weeks hun.Just seems like a scam from that small circle company. They may actually be good and training their employees right but no need through all of that for a hiring process...just my thoughts...

This IS the top place to work, grow and become a coveted professional in Metro Charlotte. Before the first day, I have never felt more supported, uplifted and positively challenged anywhere else in my almost 15 years as an academic, medical provider and marketer. Without New Age, I wouldn’t have transformed into the more competent and positive person that I have become. This is, by far, the best place to grow. Every day, I don’t come to “work;” I come to inspire and develop others.

They interview so many people and you would wonder why, its because it is poor management with $10 hour pay or your commission that the manager gets to benefit from since you are selling DTV and phones in Sams Club with NO benefits until you reach management. Great place!! Actually teaches you how to generate profit, and management a business successfully, while being honest and transparent. Ive worked here, quit and work with many other top organizations. The difference is those places had a ceiling, or it took years to actually get a promotion or raise. This place isnt for people who NEED a job, they dont have the work ethic to overcome obstacles, they dont see their goals and fight for them. This is a job for people who really WANT something out of life. They have the drive to see their goals to the end. I actually went back to New Age after working with all these other top Fortune 100 businesses. I started over at the ground level and work my way to managing a business. Now managing an entire territory on my own. Ive changed not only my familys lives, but the lives of other families around me. This job wasnt easy and if you have a weak mindset you wont make it. However, if you have a strong desire to learn how you be successful whether you stick through to the end or not I would recommend learning from New Age. Ive actually went through and have seen the grow and opportunity, I didnt wait for it, I made it. Its a merit based business you get out what you put it.

Biggest SCAMMERS in history. If you applied here, make sure you do your diligence to look up the company and their sister companies. There are a lot of articles about the same companies around the country. It is called “ Smart Circle” and yes, they use it as a call center but if you actually make it to one of their “leaders conference” in Dallas, Georgia, Florida or Philly it is posted everywhere so you have no idea that you had been working for “Smart Circle” the whole time. Management there will stress that they are a private Third party contractor but go ahead and see it for yourself. They have to hide under different names because Smart Circle has such a bad reputation. This is the main reason why they have such high turnovers within weeks.

I worked for New Age Marketing for a little less than a year. My time spent with the company was nothing short of amazing. My learned leadership and communication skills that I have now been able to use within my current position. I love how close knit and energetic the office atmosphere always was, I would not change anything about this company!

I have an interview with this company and came to look at the reviews, I think that the comments back to all of the honest reviews are a bit much. So of all of the reviews absolutely NOTHING Is on you all, bad look. Take the reviews for what they are and keep pushing. Sometimes silence is better. Thanks for the interview but I’ll have to pass. The commentary I’ve seen is a bit distasteful.

Dont waste your time applying here. They are affiliated with smart circle/cydcor, I was informed of this by the HR department. Those companies operate like a legalized pyramid scheme, where it is only legal because you arent actually buying inventory. There are better jobs out there that are legit, and not ethically grey.The company replied and said that I have dated someone in the company which is hilarious. I literally dont even know anyone who works here. Maybe instead of making up lies, they should have instead taken the time to work on their spelling and grammar.Lastly, when I called the company to ask for more information, I was told that they do indeed have ties to smart circle by the HR department. If anything, I have even more questions about this company than when I started researching them. Starting with the ethics of the company.

I didn’t work here because I turned down the offer for the 3rd interview after I heard the BS they tried to sell for this “company”. The whole thing sketchy. Not a good job if you have REAL BILLS and are grown.

This isnt just a job but actually a school for business that you get paid to take. Family oriented environment and a great place to work.

To start every person who made a 5 star review currently works for this company, or left and never changed their review. Company is solely based on sales. Every person who fits there likeness will tell you otherwise but the business is solely forcing a product on people who dont need or want it. If you do not do this you will be fired soon after hiring. The company manager is so full of himself to the point I am expecting a response to this review. Unless you are willing to push a product in a place people dont want to hear about it do not apply to this company. They do a great job with there work environment in the fact that while youre at work you are expected to work and not do anything but. They require you (but wont admit to it) to go to every single weekly event that is meant for team building, which would be good if it wasnt so late. I started my internship at New Age Marketing at the beginning of the summer, before my last year at UNC Chapel Hill, and have not only gained valuable communication skills, but also learned a ton about business operations. This is a quickly growing company that offers many young and aspiring individuals opportunities to build a self sustaining career- through hard work of course. New Age Marketing trains it’s employees through an open atmosphere that is focused on self growth and personal experiences that I’m so glad I was given the opportunity to be a part of. It’s advertised as a sales/marketing and management position, but in reality it’s more than that. I quickly developed communication skills and became aware of psychological principles that I will build on for the rest of my career. The business owner, Jared Poniatowski, manages the company exceptionally well and works hard to make sure every member of his team is working to their full potential- definitely someone worth networking with as well!

I am going to be blunt...this company has nothing to do with marketing and knows abosultely nothing about current marketing trends, or what marketing practices are most effective. But of course they wouldnt know that...theyre simply looking for people to sell directv packages.New Age will advertise the job posting as a lucrative marketing position, even though it is not. This position is not going to prepare you for higher level marketing roles whatsoever. Theyll try and lure in super eager, recent college grads for an interview, but theyll just end up wasting their time (like they did to me). None of your questions about the company will be answered directly during the interview, which should raise a red flag.If you want to learn anything about the ethics of this company and how unprofessional they are, simply read how they reply to their reviewers in the Google reviews section. Theyre all extremely snarky and dont address any of the problems or concerns people write about. Not very professional.

I learned a lot while being here for a short period of time. Dante’s leadership was second to none, however, I felt and still feel as if this wasn’t the place for me or the direction I needed to go in. I thank you for the opportunity, also, I’m still looking for my check from working, and STILL haven’t received it, as it’s been over a week or so since I’ve left.

NEW AGE MARKETING.To begin, in the new age of marketing companies tend to use actual business lines and company emails addresses. This companies direct business line is merely the owners cell phone which does not have a voice mail box set up . And the companies email address is the owners personal gmail account ( ponibrothers). And a further note this company claims to have HR and accounting departments which through further research is completely untrue. New age marketing business or scam ? The only thing that would make you think it’s a real business is the uneducated and unprofessional so called receptionist. So if you are single and live in your mom and dads basement, and want to scam people for a dishonest owner... then please apply . They accept everybody . Such a misleading disappointment. The only reason their is a receptionist is because she threatened to quit (Per Alex). Please don’t waste your time people.

Very misleading they place people at Costco to sell satellite tv service. Talk about “moving up” in the company. Same speech I heard from pyramid scheme.If this is a TRUE marketing company, then it should know that having your employees write reviews on their Google My Business listing is against Googles Policy on reviews. More evidence to avoid this company.

New Age started out on the wrong foot with me. I had a interview schedule for 8am Monday morning and nobody was at the office until 8:30. It was then, the hiring manager said he thought the interview was at 9:30. I already dont want to work for this company. I had a hard time reaching the HR department to initially get my interview set up. Very unprofessional and unorganized
