The INTRO Team was absolutely fabulous! We had a few scheduling conflicts and they were with us every step of the way. Alicia and her team were incredibly responsive and flexible. We werent completely satisfied with our first round, but with additional feedback and a new set of parameters, they widened their search and found us exactly what we were looking for! I signed my son up at Intro when they opened in February. I was a little wary about a brand new agency. But at the audition I quickly learned that the team had almost 10 years in the business and an extensive resume. I went home, did some research and then decided to sign my son. Since February we have been on dozens of auditions and have booked a commercial for a local childrens boutique, a print ad in a magazine, a print ad in a store circular, a small extra role in a tv pilot and and a handful of fashion shows. Honestly, considering we are new to this and my son has no experience, this is way more than I was expecting. Our whole family is so proud and we are excited to see what comes next.I was a skeptic about this entire industry actually, but Intro has made me a believer. We worked really hard and did everything they recommended and it paid off. Thanks Ladies!

I brought my children to Intro . I have to say , mrs Zeiglar was very nice to us . She was patient and kind . She was very attentive during our meeting and explained everything so that i could understand . She is really good with kids . I think she is very detailed and thorough and Caring ! Although it was business , i could tell she wanted the best for us and that was the treatment i always received. I appreciate the help we received from Intro Talent . 😊

I had the pleasure of serving as an intern for Charlotte kids fashion week’s auditioning process and the owner of the agency was such a pleasure to work with! She was super organized and timely with the prospective models and made sure I was supported and equipped with all the tools I needed to help her make auditions run smoothly. I was expecting her to be like Miranda Priestly from devil wears Prada movie lol!! But she actually treated me like I was an asset to the company and even took us interns out to lunch after. I learned a lot from her because she took the time to explain how things worked and made feel like family! can’t wait to help again for the actual show!
