Everything comes in comparison. If you are shipping legal documents to Europe, this is simply the fastest option, unless you buy your own ticket for the next available flight and deliver it yourself. If you compare to FedEx, you will see that FedEx is slower by one business day.The guy in the office was very helpful and filled out all the information for me.Without exaggeration, this was the most important and unrecoverable shipment I will ever send and they handled it exactly as advertised.Definitely recommend if you are shipping to Europe.

I am extremely disappointed in DHL service. I tracked a package all day that was out for delivery. It never came. I checked the site this morning and it was marked as delivered to my front door. 😲Apparently since the sender marked the delivery as no signature needed, this is code for DHL drivers to steal packages, because they know an investigation will not take place. When I called DHL, the representative told me theres nothing they can do and advised me to file a claim with the sender.Im so appalled! How can these drivers get away with this? How is this behavior tolerated?

They lost my packages. This contain my wedding dress. Very unhappy at the moment. Unfortunately, there is no one that can help me. The delivery person submitted to HQ that it was delivered but the representative, Jose, that try to help me said there is no photos or evidence to indicate if or where it was delivered to. I work from home with two large dogs that can smell anything from a mile away. I also have a camera install at my front door. No. one. came. Please do better, not that I will ever use your services again.

What a mess. No one seems to have any useful information. The physical store doesnt even have a phone number. Change your package from signature required to signature waived and it pushes delivery back a day, even if the driver has it with them. Change it to pick up at the store and its not ready. Have to wait for it to be sorted? Not sure why I cant come get the package if its apparently there. Bad system all around, does very little to help the receiver. Customer service friendly but not able to help.

Will never use this shipping company again. I signed up for no contact delivery was going to be here 05/14/2021 never got here. Got an email saying not delivered because I was not home to sign for it. I signed up for no contact and I signed for no sigture. Never again. Dont use this company. Id rather use USPS they deliver a day early.

Used DHL twice and the first time they got it right no problems. The second time, however, they didnt deliver my package at all and tracking says it is just sitting at the delivery facility. I called support and asked about it and all he said was that Ill get a notification for when I can pick it up...it has been 14 days. I do not reccomend using DHL to anyone but the most desperate to get a package possible a few days earlier than using another shipping company.

I wish there’s a zero star option. This delivery facility is terrible with delivery my package. I ordered two that was about $220 on March 30th. The company shipped my package and states that I’ll receive my package on May 11th. It’s literally almost a month now since I didn’t received my package!!! I contacted them countless of times to see what I can do, multiple times I’ve been put on hold for 20-30 minutes for apparent reason.Hopefully I’ll get my money back from them and never use this service again! Completely unacceptable.👎🏾

Do not recommend DHL! It said delivered on April 12 but said expected delivery in the 15th. I spoke with DHLthey told me they would be in contact and haven’t heard from them at all. I have to keep calling for an update! If you use DHL shipping be prepared for your business or product to be misshandled. I would give a 0 star if they had it!!!

0 stars is more realistic. Delivery was expected on the 4th of Sept. but it was not met. I talked to customer service about why it was not delivered on this day, and DHL had issues and the next delivery could be Sept. 8th. I verified that they had my home address (I changed from my work address since I was working at home), and customer service read it back to me, OK. Sept 8th and no package. What was the deal. I called to an automated service and it said I was not there to receive the package. Bull S.... I have a NEST door bell and if the driver rang it, I would know. Cell phone, HUB, my wife working in her office by the front door. No way could I miss it. Well, to late to talk to a person and pulled the information back up online, and what do you know, they sent it to the work address. Of course I am not there and their delivery time is 16:00-19:00 hours, or in plain language work is closed. Of course there is no one at work. The guard is making their rounds and the front door is locked.. Now, will it be delivered to work on Sept 9th? I signed an electronic signature as a release. So, if he cannot enter the lobby, he will leave it in front of the door for someone to take. Shipping is closed, so not there. I will call them in the AM to find out a solution, but at this point, an abysmal delivery experience with DHL. Stay tuned, lets see if I can get my package from overseas or will they send it back saying they cannot deliver it. They have my phone number... To complex... We shall see...

Every time an order of mine is shipped DHL its nothing but customs delays, shipping delays, empty promises and useless CSRs. I absolutely HATE when a vendor ships via DHL. Ive not once had a single good experience with them out of about 8 occurrences.

Waited up all day for them to deliver a package that they sent an emailed stating it would be delivered today. The driver and stated he came to my door and nobody was home. He never showed up. Never came, never drove up to my apartment. Put put some information in over the computer delivery attempted. A big dam lie. I would never, ever use this company to receive or send anything. This the type of stuff they do, let’s you know it’s quite often!

I would not recommend this carrier. Driver falsified delivery documents stating first that they attempted to deliver package. Not on camera at time driver said delivery took place. I submitted a complaint earlier and someone has changed tracking database to say packagedelivered, when it has not been. Both my home and neighbors show no one came from DHL on property. They refuse to show proof. There are surveillance cameras. No delivery from DHL was made...cameras dont lie. DHL has committed both fraud and scam. Now wanting for company, Mented Cosmetics to issue me a refund since they used this carrier. A complaint submitted to them, too.

I paid for 4 to 6 delivery gauruntee for my bridal set shipped from china to the usa with DHL express. Took 3 days to go through china, through customs, then from ohio to charlotte NC service point. Im in sc and this service point is a hour and 41 mins away, there are other facilities closer and in my state but DHL decided that the facility in NC was going to be delivering to me. Well this gave me 1 to 3 days to expect this package as agreed, so ok and signed the non contact form releasing the need for my signature. Next day its Out for delivery, Day 1. At 8:30 pm I hear a split second horn heap and looked out window. Only saw a moped at house behind me and thought it the source. Nope, DHL courrier parked right up beside my home on the very end (in the back)where I couldnt see. Well shouldnt have mattered anyway but when I seen him pulling away i realized he didnt leave my package. Didnt see me and took it back to NC when instructions that I signed stated to leave at the front door where I had been keeping a look out. Tracking Said attempted delivery and rescheduled delivery next day. So next day, second out for delivery. I had posted 3 posters, all with my signature and strategically placed all around my home, had bright orange tape with giant DHL letters. All of em stating that I signed the non contact form and to leave it at the door. That i was home, to knock if still requesting my presence. Was on high alert, running outside at all sounds, but they never showed. At 11 pm tracking changed to say scheduled date of delivery the next day, as agreed. Well the next day was the 6th day, the last day of garunteed delivery. Also happened to be friday and the day before my wedding. 3rd Out for delivery and day 3. Guess what? At 7 pm (5 hours after courier left the now closed facility) I get a text saying to contact the facility so I can update my address. That they cant deliver till I confirm. Support stated courier couldnt find my address? Thats impossible as he had been here 3 days before and if anything he confirmed my address was correct by being here, saying I wasnt home. Also u have to be blind to miss the gigantic metal sign of my address at the end of my driveway. So no way he couldnt find me. But because Im so far out the way that he can clock out at his discretion as its way after hours before he gets here. Yeah DHL, I know how that works. I had to call support and was put on hold by a live person and waited till they hung up on me. Called back with my new attitude for the same person to tell me he wasnt going to help me till I acted professional. So he thinks hanging up on customer is ok but customer calls him on it with the f word and Im not being professional. Said couldnt do anything, that I can expect delivery monday. 3 days past the gaurunteed last possible day. How is it china can get my package here in 3 days but NC DHL needs 6 to deliver 1 hour and 40 mins away. This company is incompetent and doesnt care about gaurunteed. My wedding was tomorrow on saturday and they took 3 days to let me know that I have to postpone just hours away. Dont use the charlotte NC DHL, never in my life had I experienced a Express shipping company like this one.

TERRIBLE service! The delivery couriers constantly lie about no one being home to deliver packages to. First of all, I always sign signature releases so that my packages can be dropped off without a signature. Second of all, were in the middle of a quarantine. Everyone in my household is home! I live in a gated community. The couriers dont even come inside my complex. They just dont deliver my packages. One courier had the audacity to text me and complain about not picking up apartment complex codes in the beginning of her shift. Seriously? This led to me walking all the way to her, WHEN THE FRONT GATES WERE OPEN. Avoid this service if you can.

A very expensive package was sent to the wrong address, the receiver notified this office several times with no action the very day he noticed the mistake, it has now been over a month, my package, sitting in his front room just sitting there. we have both tried contacting the main DHL office of the mistake but still, nothing has been done about it. I dont know who is running that place, but the level of incompetency is so high its a complete miracle anything EVER makes to any delivery destination at all! the management should all be fired, the delivery people written up or fired and replaced with people who actually care about having a job.in a time where a small businesses who is struggling to survive, and our essential workers are being praised of the work they are doing, to have people like this, so blatantly un caring about their jobs is absolutely unthinkable. My delivery Lady that I deal with is amazing, She always makes sure Im taken care of... if I can rate her 5 stars and the company itself 0 I would...This location lost a $2,000 dollar order of mine and gave me the run around for a month. As a small business owner during this Pandemic I need every order I can get to help with living.. and this company just cost me $2,000.00 short term and couldnt give me any type of answer for a month in a half as to how an mistake like this could happen!

I was due to receive a package that was supposed to be delivered by DHL. When I tracked the package the site said that “DELIVERY WAS ATTEMPTED BUT NOBODY WAS AVAILABLE “ which was a blatant falsehood as I was home all day waiting. Same thing the next day. After day 3 I called the call center and my package couldn’t be located. I was told to try again after the weekend. Totally unacceptable.

Worst delivery service ever!!! I will NEVER order from this company again if they continue to use DHL! Now I have to drive 30 minutes out of my way to go pick the package up because they did not deliver it as promised. Do not trust their website, the real time texts, or emails! The worst service EVER. I received a message on 4/27/2020 stating my package reached the Greensboro service center. On 4/28/2020 I received a message stating my package was out for delivery. I waited all day and the package never came. Received another message stating the facility was closed and to reschedule another delivery date. Ummm what facility???? I don’t live at a facility and I have a doorbell camera. No one ever came. When I contacted customer service they told me the package never left the Greensboro NC service center and they don’t understand why I received any messages. I then rescheduled my delivery date for 5/1/2020. I didn’t receive any messages alerting me that the package was out for delivery so I called customer service. They assured me the package was out for delivery and the driver had forgot to scan the package out. Again, I waited all day and no one ever showed up. Called customer service again and the agent apologized then asked if I could pick the package up. I then made arrangements to have the package dropped off at a service center near me which is 45 minutes away. The scheduled date was for 5/4/2020. I called on 5/5/2020 to see if they had delivered the package because I didn’t receive any alerts. The agent assured me the package had been delivered. I drove 45 minutes to the site only to find out they were closed due to Covid 19 so I was lied to again. I then reached out to the research team who is above customer service. They guaranteed me the package would be delivered to my door on 5/8/2020. Again, no one ever came. When I called this time I was told the driver couldn’t find my house (I’m the second house when entering the neighborhood) so he returned the package back to the Greensboro service center. It is 5/9/2020 and Mother’s Day is 5/10/2020. I ordered the package ahead of time so it would be here by Mother’s Day and it’s still not here and they don’t deliver on the weekend. What a way to ruin Mother’s Day. This is the absolute worst service ever and I will never order from out of country vendors again if they’re using DHL. Lesson learned

If you do not have to use DHL to receive a package, please do not.The DHL delivery service here in Charlotte, NC is worst than any I have seen all over the U.S. I cannot believe how terrible the service is. We have been waiting for a package for 2 days to get delivered. They claimed that they tried to deliver it twice and we were not at home. Both days, someone was home waiting for the delivery. The second day, we asked them to have the driver call us. Of course, no call but we received a notification that they attempted to deliver again but no one was home.Wow! Incompetent, no accountability, irresponsible, and unable to get the issue resolved with customer service. We are attempting to pick up the package tomorrow from their center. Gee, I dont know. The people in the office seem to work hard enough, but place suffers from poor management. DHL in general disappointed me greatly. They said my package was out for delivery three days in a row and it was never delivered. I finally had to go to the service point to get it. That is fifty miles from where I live. It is very pathetic with international parcels. Repeated delivering lately. The website says, it is going to delivery today, but actual package came 1 day late. I understand one day is fine in my case.In the same week, next package is coming with 3 days delay. Because of this delay my entire plans are ruined. The DHL website is saying it will be delivered today and it reached local station whereas the customer care person is saying, the website is wrong the package is at a different place. Tracking will say its with the courier out for delivery but it wont get delivered that day. If there was a way to give a no star review I would. Currently dealing with an issue with my package. This company has no accountability. The drivers mark items as delivered when they werent delivered its as if they do it to get their shifts done early. Avoid DHL at all cost. Talking to customer service is like talking to a brick wall. Its evident that the drivers at DHL dont have to pass any type of assessments to drive for DHL because the instructions are never followed concerning your packages. Its always continually delays, wrong tracking numbers being provided, tracking online that they state is in real time but that is a lie. They always give the SLA that it will be there by the end of the day when you ask why the end of the day is they can never provide a time. They dont know what drivers have your package they dont know anything. They dont care. I will not be surprised when this company goes out of business or makes news headlines. I give this company a zero star rating.

Seriously this company sucks. Check this out.... package left their Cincinnati sorting facility and ended up in Greensboro (1hr driving distance from final destination Charlotte). For some reason my shipment was on hold. Then it went BACK to Cincinnati ???? Are you kidding me? I could’ve picked up the package myself for quicker service. EXTREMELY lazy. After being told all day that my shipment was out for delivery Thursday, I called only to be told it would be delivered Friday. I emailed them and they assured me my package was on the truck for delivery. I checked at the end of the night only to find it is now “scheduled for delivery”. I called and the representative told me that the delivery person decided he had too much to deliver and will just deliver it Monday finally told them that I will come get the package myself as I am tired of the run around. This company really needs some improvement. I was nervous when I purchased my items because they used DHL and I had read the horror stories. At 2:30pm yesterday, I checked the tracking on my package and saw that it was delivered at 12:53pm and signed for by R. Helms. The package was not left at my address and there is no one by the name of R. Helms in my neighborhood who would have signed for it. I immediately contacted DHL via phone and was told someone would look into it and I would receive a call within 2 hours. At 5pm (2.5 hours later) I called back because no one called me back, was transferred several times, placed on hold, and no one was able to answer as to where my package was. Finally at 6pm after being on hold for 20 minutes, Cassandra answered and informed me that due to it being after 6pm, they would not be able to reach the hub in Charlotte, NC due to them being closed. I was then told that it would be taken care within 48 hours. I was promised by a supervisor that they would have information by 2pm today, and once again no one called me. When I called them, I was told that I cannot speak to a supervisor immediately and that they would notify me by 5pm tomorrow. I will never order from vendors who ship with DHL again!

Today was very frustrating for us.(Monday) Our package was supposed to be delivered 3 days prior-Friday. We got a phone that day telling us they(deliverer) could not get on post (military) so they left and didnt deliver it. If there was a problem at gate,we couldve met them there. My husband called customer service (which is in texas) told us that it is in route back to Charlotte NC. We are in Columbia,SC. Husband tells them he will just go pick it up on Monday,in Charlotte, so we can have it in hands (its my sons PROM suit we had custom made!) He calls this morning,to confirm that it is there...again customer service calls are handled in Texas, they said yes its there go get it. We drive 1 1/2 hrs there. Its not here. Apparently its in Columbia. Lady goes back to the back, we can hear them talking about it. We are left waiting there for 1hour, before she comes back with an address in columbia, that is not a normal pick up point,but they hold the packages? 1 1/2 hour drive back to Columbia. Door is locked. Its raining cat and dogs outside, husband bangs on door til finally someone comes out. He came out with the package. While waiting that hour in NC, I looked online to check DHL reviews and was appalled at all the poor reviews they received. And alot of the problems they had..I HAD TODAY! You really need to get communication going at all points and make sure its being logged correctly. When we left NC to go back to SC...on the tracker still was showing it was in Charlotte! We found out, the reason they couldnt deliver in the first place was NOT because they couldnt get on post, the only info the deliverer could see was Columbia,SC..they did not have a physical street address, which was provided. I think if they called the main office to confirm the address everything wouldve been fine. Laziness on their part? I dont know. I dont understand why we are charged shipping/delivery fees if they arent delivering it on time. Will definitely be on the look out with companies the ship with DHL..and stay clear of them to ensure my stuff arrives on time.

I worked for this company back in July 2017 and have been trying constantly since then to get my pay. I was never put into the payroll system. No one has a record of me working there. Apparently, there are no phones at the Charlotte address. I went out there and everyone was tied up, and couldnt talk to me. They wouldnt give me a number to call back. I left my name and number asking for someone to call me and never received it. I guess the labor board is my next step

Package arrived in Charlotte at 9:40 AM Friday morning and here it is 9:43PM Monday evening and its put on hold for another day. Worst delivery service ever. They have put it on the truck and just driven it around for days. I would put less than one star this review wont let you do that.
