Never again! Attendent was rude and half of the laundromat washer and dryers was broken. Attendent put my clothes without asking in dryer and came home without some of my clothes and sheets. Was not pleased at all very dirty as well, needed more attention to the place. Also this place is not friendly at all... I will go back tomorrow to see if the rest of my things are there. I will write another review of the update to see how it went.

IF I COULD GIVE A 0 STAR I WOULD!!! PLEASE WAS UNORGANIZED MESSY THE OWNER DIDNT SEEM TO GIVE A FLYING F!!! LEFT FOR 15 MINS TO COME BACK TO MY CLOTHES BEING MOVED AND PUT INTO BAG WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM THE OWNER?!???!? NOW IM MISSING SHEETS AND TOWELS AND WHO KNOWS. UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHOULD NOT RE MAIN OPEN TIGHTEN UP YOUR FACILITY IT LOOKS LIKE TRASH

Attendant is always nice. Like every time. To everyone. I absolutely love this guy. He has the patience of a saint. 10/10 would recommend.

It is a lot smaller than it was using years ago its old but the machines that do work work pretty well You need to be more laundromats around Charlotte than what there are....

Dryer sheets litter the floor and dust bunnies. Dusty ceiling fans. Boarded off section with empty drink refrigerator possible storage area. Whole place needs updating. Watch your items dont leave clothes unattended. People look in stopped dryers.

Looked this place up on Google and not worth going too. Rinks of mole and the washers and dryers are old and the change machine doesnt work. The owner needs to remodel and update everything. Im surprised that its even open.
