The staff was very professional and courteous. From the time I walked out the door until the time I left I was treated with respect and kindness although I was a little hesitant about going. Episode he is very neat and clean and they are very timely. Great staff! I could tell that they build great relationships with thei clients. Awesome place!!

I have gotten the microneedling and the chemical peel; four times over 18 months. I love their sale prices, the super convenient hours, the vibe of all the rooms, and the results for sure. The staff is really sweet and polite, never pushy about buying more than you want. They are well educated on the products and they keep notes from the last treatments so you can track what you did last time. I can get away with wearing half the make up I used to, just because my skin is so much clearer, my pores stay more clear and look smaller, and my fine lines are incredibly decreased! Highly recommend.

Initially when I went for the first time the appointment went pretty smooth the wait to a little longer than I expected but I Really enjoyed talking the the lady that brought me back and gathered my weight. The Dr. MD, was okay but very straight forward. The second time I went the waiting took a little longer than the first but not to to bad. Again I really enjoyed speaking to the same lady that brought me back for the weighing in part, this time around I had a different Dr. which I believe was the PA, but she was great I loved her.

I had a consultation here for my skin issues / laser hair removal and the services and products that were recommended and performed have fixed my skin issues! And I’m now hair free :)And just to add from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and was really impressed with the decor. It was beautiful! Overall, I highly recommend them and they are definitely worth the visit!

I walked into my appointment today I wasn’t sure what to expect but to my surprise it was a beautiful establishment inside and very warm and welcoming. I feel like I walked into a cover of a magazine because it was very bright and just the people there were very bubbly and welcoming. Tons of products and lots of packages to purchase with discounts. Visited the office today for a consultation for skin hair removal. The entire staff from extremely friendly and DR was informative! Highly recommend.

Beautiful facility. TodayI had a facial with Jocelyn. She was extremely well informed about skincare and the products available to me. She walked me through each product she applied and explained its benefits. She’s good. The only thing I didn’t like was that it took forever for the SPF moisturizer to not look white on my skin. Couldn’t run one single errand afterwards had to go straight home. SPF moisturizer just sat on top of my skin.

The owner is rude and unprofessional. I recently had a negative experience with this facility which I could have sought legal action for due to the circumstances that followed; however I understand that mistakes can happen so I was understanding in that regard as long as they made the issue right. Fast forward almost a month later when it was time for my follow-up, the owner stated that due to the situation at hand that I was not welcomed back because he had to right their wrong...unbelievable. I should also mention that I was a member of this establishment and pre-paid for 6 months of service, this membership was unused at the time of the mishap. I reached out today concerning the amount owed to me and he said he has to get back to me. Horrible service and I have been coming there prior to this new ownership!***Update*** I spoke to the Office Manager Keisha who was pleasant and stated that she would get my refund processed. I’m not sure what sector the new owner was working in prior to taking over this establishment; however he could use a Customer Service or Business Fundamentals course because there definitely is some lacking on his part in that department. My rating is my rating based on my experience today alone.

It seems their system needs to be revamped. There were two instances where I was forgotten about and waited well over an hour to be seen. The first time I was told I wasn’t checked in, although I was given paperwork to fill out. The second time was three weeks later, where someone clicked that I had checked out although I was waiting to see the Nurse Practitioner. It has been frustrating. I know mistakes happen but twice in 3 weeks tells me something isn’t quite right with their system.

From the booking of the appointment over the phone to meeting Maya and getting my Botox injections it was absolutely wonderful and the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a med spa! The staff are so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I particularly loved that my six year old tagged along and the staff were so sweet to her and very accommodating. Will definitely be making this my Med spa “home,” for all injectables! I can’t wait to try their weight loss and skincare treatments as well. As a woman of color it’s always skeptics when it comes to certain skin treatments because not a lot of people understand our skin. I received the Vi Peel Precision Plus from Urban Skin MedSpa and I was not disappointed. I’m still in the process of healing but I was very pleased with the professionalism! I couldn’t just walk in and get it, I had to have a full consultation and evaluation as well as be cleared by a nurse practitioner before I was able to receive my peel. Every step of the way I was walked through the entire process, she worked to my pain tolerance level as well as gave me a full explanation post care and was very open with calling her if I had any questions. So far my healing process has been smooth and I would definitely go again for any other skin treatments! So for my women of color, this is definitely a spa I would recommend for our skin! 🤎

I’ve been a customer since 2016 and love my experience each time! The services I get most frequently are the laser hair removal services. I’ve gotten 3 packages for different areas & have great results. My skin is much softer, no in grown hairs & my arm pits are much lighter now as well. I swear by their products & have referred many friends with a variety of skin types. It’s been a while since I’ve gotten a facial so that just may be my next service. I love the ambiance of the Medspa, the staff are always welcoming & professional as well. In 2019 I moved to Atlanta and yet, I still make it a point to get my services from Urban Skin Solutions when I have to travel North because they are just that good!

I finally tried this place and was excited to do so. When I finally was served, I enjoyed my experience. There was confusion it seemed about my arrival after waiting an hour. I decided to try this place during the promotion they had for the month of March. The gentleman I spoke with was nice and helpful and even helped me book it get the promotion. That was 2 weeks prior to my appt. When I checked out, I reminded the young lady and she claimed that it couldnt be honored because I did not call to book on a Friday. I was already running behind so I did not care to escalate the issue but Im certainly skeptical of any promotions they claim. Please confirm the price.

The services and staff is GREAT! Only one recommendation...confirm the price of services BEFORE you start. Twice I’ve had confusion over my final bill. The front desk staff and estheticians are so sweet. The place is decorated beautifully, it’s very clean, and the music and lighting in the service rooms allow you to relax fully.I got my first chemical peel (the VI Peel) with Jocelyn about three weeks ago. She made the experience so calming and ensured that I knew what was happening before and during the process. She talked to me about the products I should use for my hyperpigmentation and acne. She also has a great taste in music; I really enjoyed my time with her!I also got my first facial (European facial) today with Brenner. She was so pleasant and sweet! She could tell some of the habits I have that lead to congestion in certain areas on my skin and told me some things to avoid, so it was comforting knowing that she knew her stuff. She told me every step of the process before doing it as well. The products smelled so good!! It made the experience that much more enjoyable. She also made sure that I was clear on the products to use to keep up my skin and even what I should eat to clear it up. The experience is definitely worth the money; I’m bringing my mom to her next time!

Love urban med, I will continue to utilize their services. Currently on the weight loss program and have dropped 18 lbs in right under a month and a half. Huge for somebody who could not seem to get it together lol. It works but you have to put in the work as well regarding diet and/or exercise.

I have to say that I am VERY impressed with this facility from start to finish. I called last Sunday to prepay for the April special and the receptionist was an absolutely doll!! She went over the pricing, took the payment and scheduled my appointment for today. I arrived and the receptionist came right to the door and welcomed me (unexpected and pleased). She was once again just as sweet in person as she was on the phone last week. She walked me to the area to wait to be cleared by the nurse practitioner for services at the facility (very thorough). She talked to me a short minute and then went back to the front. The nurse practitioner was also a sweetheart, I spent just a few minutes with her answering some questions. Then Holly did my first VI Peel. She was awesome!!! She explained everything to a T!! She makes sure you understand the process, what to expect, the Dos and Donts, and all post peel instructions. I havent started peeling since its only been a few hours and Im not expecting to peel until day 3 but I am confident in the outcome. I have a facial scheduled in 3 weeks, so I will definitely give an update on my next review... but as of right now, it looks like I have found my new skin care home!!!

May 22, 2021I scheduled my appointment one month in advance. I spoke to two people asking if my doctor release was on file so I could get my procedure done. After being told yes, I go to my appointment to find out they “couldn’t find” my release note they previously said they had. So I drove almost three hours and then was told I couldn’t get the service I needed. Im appalled at how you lose a medical note that has confidential information on it. Also, if I had been told when I first called that the note wasn’t on file as they had thought I could have had another one fax in the days up to my appointment.UPDATE May 25, 2021Today a representative (Jawad) reached out to me to help with my previous concern. He was extremely helpful, respectful, and eager to help resolve the issue. He was very thorough in explaining the protocol and the possible reason for the mishap. I truly appreciate him reaching out and will continue my services with Urban Medspa and Weight Loss Center.

I had an appointment for weight loss injections and was going to inquire about other services for future dates. I arrived on time as my appointment was at 12:30 pm. I allotted 2 hours from work to spend there. I was seated in the waiting room asked to fill out a questionnaire form and sign consent forms which I did. I sat until 1:15pm as the waiting room got filled up to capacity. I went to the front desk to inquire why I had not been seen. The receptionist didn’t really have a valid reason so she said the client before me was new and probably had a lot of questions for his/her service. I explained to her that waiting forever 15 minutes was typical but an entire hour was ridiculous and absurd. Had I been that late they would haveMade me reschedule and probably charge my credit card that they insist you provide prior to making an appointment.y response is never blame your client for another clients wait time. Instead apologize bc as I stated that’s not my problem and it seemed to be a mismanagement of time. I was not seen and left. The option given was to wait a few more minutes or reschedule. I’m online looking up other establishments that have the staff to support their clients in a timely manner.

Today was my very first facial and I had the best Aesthetician (Brenner) who took her time with me and was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and was also very professional throughout my appointment with her. By the end of our appointment, she was able to make my skin look brighter, beautiful, and glowing. I had an amazing experience. I travelled all the way from New Jersey because I didn’t trust anyother practice to inject fillers under my eyes to help camouflage my puffiness. It used to feel very personable and like the person performing the treatments actually cared and wanted to know more about client and the issues the client is experiencing with their skin. They need to bring back a lot of the previous estheticians.

This peel exceeded my expectations, in just 2-3 weeks my skin is glowing and my scars are gone. Victoria performed my chemical peel. I received an informational pamphlet before and after my peel on how to care for my face, what I should and should not to in order to make the recovery process go smoothly. I received a take home packet t care for my face. Victoria called me to check on my healing process and whenever I would email her questions she should respond in a timely manner. Today I just had a follow up appointment with her and it went well.

I had a very positive consultation today at Urban Skin RX. I have been using their products for about 2 years (which might I add about 1 year ago my skin was literally like silk and porcelain... life happened and then it reverted back-but I’m determined and confident that it will get back) and the young lady I was paired with to go over options for services and product information was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was even able to book my facial for the next day! I am excited to get started with my new (and refills of some of the products that I already was using) products and watch the transition of my skin- back to flawless skin!
