City Wide has been a lifesaver during the pandemic. On multiple occasions they were able to come out and perform additional cleaning for my facility on very short notice. One such time I called after hours and they were able to accommodate my cleaning request the very same night. This is by far the worst company to do subcontract work. They have shady business practices, and are very ambiguous when it comes to customer Communication. Kenneth acting like he is not aware of those other contractor complaints. They are all Valid, you told me when I had a serious issue about not getting my pay correct, you didn’t take calls from contractors???Well you must be a king or something because that’s why your company is not worthy to be called a company at all. You guys are very shady business men. Beware all contractors.
