Ive used Labor Panes in the past. They do a great job. Due to unforeseen staffing issues, the job had to be split between 2 days. We were moving into a new house so this made the 2nd day a bit challenging. Overall, pleased with the work. The employees were professional and courteous. The back office worked with us to help meet our timeline.

Make sure you have them very explicitly explain what they are cleaning. I paid $375 for window and gutter cleaning but the “window” cleaning is not the inside frame or window track, it is only the glass itself and not anything the glass touches

Terrible experience with Labor Panes Charlotte! I called for someone to quote a price to clean my gutters and install gutter guards. Made an appointment for August 30th. Got both an email and a phone call from them reminding me to be home the day of my appointment. Got a second confirmation email and reminder.. NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP, and I stayed home all day waiting. There was no communication from them at all saying, Sorry-- something came up. After talking to my neighbors, I called Metro Gutters instead, who came out and did a WONDERFUL job. But frankly, dont call Labor Panes if you need dependability or reliability.

I have contacted for quote for pressure wash for a home, i have been requested photos and sent those per the request to get a quote and i did not get the quote. I have called the customer service number couple of time to follow-up and the individual says, she will check with the manager and get back to me on the details and quote. No call back or response, individual who scheduled to assess the property asked me to text the pictures and i did send them and sent follow-up message asking about the quote and no response. It has been more than two weeks now and not sure what the issue is and they did not follow through, even after repeated attempts from my side.

The cleaning of key areas on the exterior of our house was handled without damage to plants or landscaping and made the house look as fresh as new.

Mold and mildew had been visible for too long, yet the concrete became remarkably clean. The crew was professional, productive and efficient. All were fine communicators. I felt comfortable having all their fine workers in my home.

After several attempts to find a vendor to wash the exterior of my house, clean my gutters, and power wash my sidewalks and driveway I have finally found one that I will be using from now on. Following an overall high quality job cleaning our house and after paying for the service, we found a minor blemish on the exterior knob of one of our doors. Carson and his team proactively worked with our schedule to come out and replace the hardware completely, with the same quality and style materials. In my experience, many companies, having already been paid, would have either have been slow to respond, or not respond at all. Job well done and great customer service!

I cant say enough about Carsons caring and professional attitude. We had a gutter problem for 2 years that we used another gutter company (Mikes Gutter and Roof Service) for who never fixed the problem and wouldnt listen to us about how to go about fixing the problem. They just kept asking us to pay more money for problem they didnt fix in the first place. Carson was at our house to pressure wash our driveway and we got to talking about our big Oak tree and its lovely leaves that get into our gutters. He offered to give estimate on gutter guards. However, I was resistant because of my above problem with a gutter and wanted that resolved first. He came out and took apart downspouts and looked into the problem with real interest and wanted to solve it! I was shocked! I hadnt even agreed to do gutter guards. Ultimately, he figured out the problem, which had I encountered him 2 years ago wouldnt have spent $1500 on widening gutters that didnt need to be widened! He just completed our gutter guards with a flash guard, and this past weekend was the FIRST time water didnt gush over our gutters over our front door during a heavy rain storm !! We could enter through our front door. Amazing! We need more people like Carson who take an interest in their jobs! In my mind, Carson deserves a HUGE raise!! This is my second service experience with Labor Panes. I had both interior and exterior window cleaning done over the winter and also just completed exterior house pressure washing April 2017.All the staff is very professional and follow through with appointment reminders and follow up calls. During pressure washing we had a weather issue which caused them to be unable to complete the job. It was cancelled once and rescheduled but it was too windy. They were very accommodating rescheduled as soon as possible, came out and completed the job in a timely manner. They give you several options for payment. You are under no obligation to pay upon receipt. You can pay online or send in a check or pay over the phone.They walk with you to inspect the job they completed and want to make sure you are happy prior to leaving. Their prices are very reasonable and competitive.I would highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

I decided to use labor panes to clean my windows as my daughter had used them and was very happy. Was about a six week wait which I could understand this time of year. I was scheduled for the day before Thanksgiving between 2-4. I was a bit concerned because out of town company was arriving that evening but I really wanted my windows cleaned. I was told it would be about a four hour job. I started calling at 2 when no one had arrived and the person who answered the phone said she would check and someone would call. I called again at 2:30 and she said she didn’t know why no one had called and she’d check. I called back at 3:00 having still not heard from anyone! She told me that they were uptown and it would be at least 3:30 at the earliest. I didn’t know how they could do a four hour job before dark to which she had no answers. Never got my windows cleaned. No one ever called to apologize, very poor customer service

This company does a great job on windows!They sent 3 people, very nice & professional, & had medium size house done in 2 hours. They wiped inside the tracks too. I found out at the end that for an extra fee they would have done the corners in the tracks too! Definitely would hire again!
