Our dishwasher broke, and leaked water all over the kitchen and dining room. We called Built when it first happened. They came out immediately to assess, and start drying things out. The whole process from start to finish was explained thoroughly, and in way that made sense. They worked hand in hand with our insurance company, which was great. It made the process a lot easier and smoother. They fixed or replaced all the damaged carpet, vinyl flooring, cabinets, and drywall. It’s looks better than before the damage. Had our downstairs flood due to a faulty washer unit, which required taking the floors up and drying. Was supposed to be a pretty typical job, but it was discovered that asbestos tiles were also under our damaged floorboards, which required asbestos abatement to come in and fix separately. Both Andy and Keith were super responsive and helped walk me through the whole process as a small wrench was thrown in our plans. Andy especially has great knowledge of how to deal with insurance companies and exactly what I was looking at from that perspective. Super awesome guys and I really wouldnt go anywhere else for restoration work moving forward.

Failed in my attempt to support smaller businesses during this pandemic. Perhaps I was mistaken, and this business wasnt in need to of my small business. Perhaps my repair wasnt a big enough or high enough paying job. 🤔I called to get an estimate on repair to my half bath and ceiling damage in my foyer. Giving this business a second star because I did receive a return call and request for pictures. I sent pictures as requested, but never received a return text, call, or anything. At the very least, be as responsive when youre declining a job as you are when youre considering the job. I waited a couple extra days before calling another service, based off the positive reviews Built received. Waste of time.

My husband and I were so blessed when a neighbor told us about Built Restoration after we had some bad flood damage from a busted water pipe. I am so lucky I found Andy and his team. They do it all. I had severe water damage on three floors of my house, and ended up having to move out because the damage was so bad. Andy and Keith helped me every step of the way, from the water mitigation, to the repair and restoration of my entire kitchen, two bathrooms, and every floor surface of my 2200 sq ft house.This being my first house and first claim to file with insurance, he took the time to walk me through the process step by step and always answered my calls (which were a lot). His crew worked hard and efficiently, and I felt very safe leaving my home in his hands. He was able to get the job done much faster than anticipated, some because of timing, but mostly because hes extremely organized and dedicated to his clients. We unfortunately suffered some rather major flooding due to a plumbing incident that occurred overnight and really did a number on a few rooms and the garage of our house. Ive never had anything like that happen before so I wasnt really sure how to handle any of it really. In stepped Andy and the Built Restoration team. Andy is INCREDIBLY knowledgable over every aspect of the recovery process. He knew how the insurance company worked, he knew how the mitigation team worked, he has a ace group of team members that help with the planning and repair of all the damage. As mentioned, it was a fairly significant amount of damage that could have really made things difficult for my family ... but Andy and the Built Restoration team were so easy to work with there were really no headaches whatsoever during the entire recovery process. Andy even helped me understand the way the insurance companies worked and was able to answer questions on that front too. He was extremely communicative over phone, email and text. Any question my wife or I had was answered almost immediately. And we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Honestly, it felt like having an expert on your side that was really just trying to do right by you. While flooding is not a great experience overall we did have a great experience with Andy and Built Restoration. Easily a 5-star rating and I would recommend them to anyone who was in need of their services!

Our apartment complex had a major flood from a unit above. Built Restoration worked through the night to pull all the wet stuff out. They were extremely considerate of our situation and took care of everything. It took almost three weeks to put everything back together which kind of stunk but our property manager was completely surprised at how quickly the repairs were made and nice everything looked when they were finished.Highly recommend!

We were a little over 3 weeks out from closing when one of my clients had their entire first floor flood from a toilet that overflowed. Built Restoration was on site within 2 hours of the initial call with the manpower and equipment to start the restoration process.They had to remove wet hardwood floors, carpet and pad, toilets, and cabinets. My client was heart broken to say the least. The next day when we called the buyer and explained what had happened they wanted to see for themselves. When the buyer came out to see the property damage Andy with Built Restoration was on site and explained exactly how the process would work and also had a detailed copy of the estimate for them. Not only did they dry the house out and make all the repairs they saved the day for both the buyer and seller.Id like to say that the closing still happened on schedule but it didnt-we ended up closing about two+ weeks after the initial date. I can say though that I dont think it couldve happened any more efficiently or better than it did-even the adjuster from the insurance company commented that he never wouldve thought that the house couldve been put back together as quickly as it did (and he said he sees a lot of damage).Fantastic company-Fantastic communication
