Everyone I encountered at this center was awesome! The ladies were very nice and treated my son like he was their own.They followed up with me in a virtually and I received the same professional and warm treatment as I did in the center. I would like to thank all the ladies for making us feel comfortable and welcome.

What can I say if I have spent 40mins on the line trying to reach them out. And then decided just to go there. So no one cares about you in this center and they even don’t explain anything and if you have questions they just give you a flyer about school lottery and say keep reading.

NO help and absolutely incompetent, they messed up a childs placement because of their incompetence and sent us around on a wild goose chase full of misinformation just for us to be sent back to them for something that not only they could have handled, that they told us we could have completed online. Yall messed up.

The ladies in the Student Placement office are WONDERFUL!!! I received excellent service and had all of my questions answered. Im sure they are always swamped with work but they took their time with me and made sure I was well informed about next steps, etc. Thank you ladies. I went for guidance as to how to properly enroll my child due to recent relocation from out of state. Im currently staying with family while purchasing a home this summer. I asked for guidance from one lady in person who explained I was there in error. I asked for everything I needed to know so I wouldnt make the same mistake twice. She gave me a firm with little explanation. When I mentioned again that I wanted to be over prepared and wanted to know exactly what I needed. Rather than give me full procedure, as I took my time to come out of my route to this place, she just repeated that the instructions were on the form. She came off a bit condescending as if I should know what to do and it was clear she wasnt going to listen to my needs or what my situation was, so I said thank you and left. It took me 20 min to get there but with no derailed verbal guidance I wasvthete for all of 5 min if that. They should be quicker to listen and more willing to help. I let with the same info I had already printed from online. This was my second trip as my first was wasted seeing as how their hours changed but online it wasnt yet updated. Its difficult to leave work or get here before or after work just to leave with nothing more than what you already have. Truly disappointing.

Would had gave them five stars but they dont have or offer or help with transportation. Austim kids cant ride a bus for long distance it overloads them so glad I found a ride. So please work on some type of help

I’m been 2 days called the Pre K Department’ the don’t answer the damp phone ?

I’ve called four times this week, waited 40 minutes today and still no one answer. I don’t understand why have a phone number if you never gone answer.

The employees in student placement just sit around all day, exchanging conversations with one another, letting time fly by.. just there to collect a check. I dread everytime and everyone that has to come here. I always have to speak with a specialist to reassure myself I get the right answers all the time before I step out the door.

I have been calling for days and I havent gotten a call nor an email.
