Ive been trying to get in touch with this place for weeks and have repeatedly been emailing the lady dealing with my sliding scale application, and never heard back. Very unprofessional especially when dealing with people in need of mental healthcare. I could have been spending my energy finding a therapist office that actually emails me back, but instead I wasted my time here.**Edit: I responded with my information as soon as I could obtain it, and it would have been perfectly understandable if my application was rejected because I submitted my documents late. However, I was completely ghosted and left in the dark about this. No response after multiple emails attempting to follow up on the info I submitted. I was told my emails went directly into the spam folder, so I imagine even if I had submitted my info on time, it would never have reached anyone and by the time it was seen it would have been too late anyway. I really dont think its unreasonable to hope for timely responses to emails from a place of business.

Trash!!! Never returned even with free sessions. They are unprofessional and have people there who are so concerned with trying to check you about personal issues ON YOUR TIME than helping you. I dont care how close they are to home. I will never go back.

I love this practice. They are super lgbtqia+ inclusive and understanding.
