From now on I will be recommending anyone I know to stay with the Home Collection in Charlotte! We travel a great deal and can honestly say that the customer service we received from this organization was some of the best weve ever had! From an easy check-in, to being met with multiple bottles of wine, water, liquor, fresh fruit, english muffins amongst other snacks and face masks, we knew we were in for a good stay! We stayed at the building in Elizabeth, which is in a charming area, walkable to a lot of places. Beyond the exceptional customer service the interior of these apartments are another stand out. They are clearly designed by someone who knows what theyre doing design and comfort-wise. The bed was so comfortable, I want to ask what kind of mattress it is. We also appreciated the super blackout curtains that helped us sleep soundly. Super clean as well, which is especially important during COVID.

Apartment was superb, but the amenities and welcome package the owner provided was a step above. Apartment was beautifully furnished and decorated. The place was spotless and beds and furniture were very comfortable. Next best thing to home. Had a great homey feel. The ownership was on top of any needs we had but really didn’t have any since they were so proactive in providing us all that you would want or need. Will definitely stay there again.

Our stay at Queens Terrace while visiting family, was a true 5 star experience. The attention to detail was impressive and our 2 bedroom ,1 bath was spotless. The Complete kitchen set up with food staples were a bonus as we arrived late in the evening and were able to kick back, relax and enjoy our choice of wines(red and white) along with Spirits and mixers. The beds with high end linens were super comfy and we were supplied with plenty of plush bath towels. The decor, appliances and furnishings were high end and most pleasing. The beautifuly appointed and conveniently located apartment allowed us plenty of time to enjoy our family. We will most definitely return!

What a great place to ring in the new year! This is by far the best rental experience we’ve had anywhere in our travels - like staying in a 5-star hotel but with all the comforts of home - the thoughtful touches like cocktails, wine, and even a box of spaghetti and a jar of sauce ready for us to enjoy a relaxing evening with ease upon our arrival. We had a wonderful experience staying in unit #2. From the moment we stepped into the apartment (after traveling with a toddler all the way from the west coast) Charlie and the team had an environment set for us to relax and feel at home. The appetizer was nicely appointed with modern furniture and appliances and the place was spotless. The small details of having the lights on for us, the temperature set comfortably and even soothing music playing were very nice. N they even provided a complimentary meal and beverages for us to get us through the first night. The whole process was seamless from start to finish and I didnt have to ask a single question. Bottom line, Im from Charlotte with a lot of family there and I will still stay at the home collection when Im back in town. Very well done!!!

What an incredible place - super comfortable, spotlessly clean and everything that you could possibly need, right there. I stayed at 500 Queens rd for three nights and was super impressed. Very welcoming and felt like home. Id definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment at 500 Queens Road and fell in love with it the minute we walked through the door! Spotlessly clean, bright, cheerful and decorated perfectly, with a mix of old and new. Its how wed want to design our next home, truly. We were impressed by the selection of food (and wine too!) and even a bar set-up with vodka, gin and even a fresh lime positioned on small wooden cutting board next to small knife. The bedding and towels were high-end, and touches like fuzzy sheep-skins throw rugs next to the bed pampered our feet. The royal treatment! When we arrived, the radio was tuned to the local classical radio station and some lights and air conditioning were on. We were welcomed the moment we entered the building, and there was a feeling of calm and elegance that sucked us right in! We highly recommend this property and any that Jim & James offer. We truly enjoyed our stay in The Home Collection Furnished Condo #1. When we arrived, the condo was spotless with an updated kitchen with appliances, and the furniture is comfortable and elegant. The bed was super comfy and we slept comfortably each night.The spare bedroom worked well for us as it allowed room to put our luggage so our main room wasnt too crowded. I can go on and on as we truly enjoyed our stay. Close to great dining (walking distance) options and Charlie, the manager, even had complimentary drinks and snacks waiting for us upon arrival.This is a great stay, for a great price, in a great location. Staying in a hotel doesnt come close.

Jim and James go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. The locations of their residences are without a doubt the best in Charlotte.

In a word, superlative! 500 Queens, unit 1, surpassed our elevated expectations (formed after perusing the home-collection website and getting first-hand references) on every conceivable level. The unit was immaculate, the furnishings and provisions spectacular and the check-in/out services seamless. I would highly recommend the home collection residences without any reservations whatsoever. A warning though: expect to suffer severe withdrawal pangs when you depart!

My husband and I had to be out of our house for almost two weeks for repairs in our home. Our stay in Magnolia #7 could not have been better! It was a stressful time for us, but the moment we walked in, I knew that we would be well taken care of. With the classical music, white wine chilling in the fridge (along with butter, English muffins, juice, and more) and red wine waiting on the table (with fixins for spaghetti and a sweet dessert).Marlon said he would take care of any need we had, and he sure did! He went above and beyond what Ive ever seen anywhere at my stays in Airbnbs.The apartment itself was cozy and perfect. Spotlessly clean. Its in an old building, so the cool wood floors creaked in some places (which I love). The furniture was cozy and clean.Kitchen: full gas oven range. Full-size refrigerator. Lots of cereal bowls, plates (large & small) rather than the usual stingy four you get elsewhere. It had almost everything we needed (even plastic storage containers for leftover food!), and I know had we desired any kitchen utensil, Marlon would have made sure to bring us that one item we missed.We ate every meal we could on the deck. The Magnolia is in an amazing neighborhood where you can walk to many, many delicious restaurants and Jenis Ice Cream and the light rail. A grocery store is a block away. It was very quiet in the neighborhood.I could go on and on, but this is too long already. We would have happily stayed there a couple months had we needed to. We have even considered returning for a stay-cation. Honestly, we would rent anything from The Home Collection before any other options because I know they will take care of everything at a moments notice.

Apartments are wonderful, prices are pricey.

This was my third stay with THE HOME COLLECTION and will always be my go to in Charlotte. Each unit I have stayed in is impeccibly fitted with everything you need right down to the salt and pepper. The furnishings and artwork are tastefully enjoyable and everyone at THE HOME COLLECTION are accomodating and great to work with on scheduling. These units are close to everything you can do in Charlotte and when the say is through- you can come back to nice nightcap or glass of wine and cozy bed !

This place is a gem. I have never felt so welcomed and spoiled coming to stay somewhere. The natural light coming from all windows makes this a very happy, peaceful sanctuary. The beds are so amazingly comfortable I had the best sleep before my presentation for work the next day. The place was more than expected and even nicer than the pictures. Jim and James and their management crew were all very responsive and overly accomodating. Wish I could live here.
