Upon moving to Charlotte, I really felt that I would be lost without a way. I had been searching for jobs for the past 3 months and seemed to have no luck. I can not say enough about the Charlotte office of Sherpa. . Earlier this year, I was contacted by Caroline who got to know me better over the phone to find out what my interests were and where I wanted to be, career wise. In March of 2019, she contacted me about a financial institution seeking a role similar to my current but with more leadership incorporated. After my face to face interview with the company, Caroline sat down with me to ask how it went. We discussed the questions, my mood and just the overall experience during the panel interview. Kristina is very professional, had great suggestions to update my resume and really seemed to understand what I am looking for. I worked for Sherpa 10 years, I understood what I was signing up for and over the years I would say it was decent but the last year or so my new contact Christopher Tucker was well aware of my contract coming to an end and did absolutely nothing to assist me in finding something new. He didn’t keep up with my end date and emailed me a week after my position ended asking if I was giving a new end date. I almost didn’t reply but I wanted him to know how pathetic it was that he didn’t know. I would not recommend Sherpa at all, the last two years with them went down hill and I would not recommend this agency.

Horrible horrible temp agency. Only met James Teach once after that never heard from his or anyone from this company again. He promised multiple positions would be available to me and that he was submitting my application but that was oh 2 months ago!

Sherpa is an extremely unprofessional and unethical company. The fact that Sherpa employees, (when smoking outside the building), talk bad and make jokes about your clients, and saying hurtful things is so ridiculously unprofessional it makes me sick. And this happens on a daily basis.
