Wasted over an hour going back and forthwith massages about what I was looking for, they gave an appointment to come to the office to do paperwork, again wasted over an hour for them to tell me they dont have what Im looking for. The issue is why make me go through all that and get no results.It really didnt look like they wanted to work that day. One of them seating at her desk with ear buds when I try to talked to her she was in her own little world. One of the other ladies in the office had to get her attention. Her job should be given to someone who really wants to work.WHY WHEN SOMEONE GIVE YOU 5 STARS THERE IS A RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER OTHERWISE THERE IS NO RESPONSE.

I don’t know where to begin. Link Staffing has a “All Star” crew. From the time I saw the banner located on the side of the highway, to the time I actually met someone Face to face. I called the number and the administrative staff was more then available to help. The process was externally easy. The staff is very awesome. The attitude of the staff who helped me was more then exceptional. I am so please at how fast the job placement process went. My experience was not as stellar as I had been led to believe. I came to Link a few years back looking for warehouse work, as that was what I had the most experience in. I was interviewed by Harry, told him my background as he went over my resume. He told me that there were no warehouse positions available at the time, but he would put me in landscaping until one opened up.After a month, I called Harry to ask how the search was going. He told me he put me on the landscaping job long term. Meaning that I would stay there until the landscaping company would hire me permanently. He had no intention of keeping his word. I told him if he wasn’t going to do his job then I would find someone who will and quit that day.The next day I get a call from Diona at LINK saying that she found me a warehouse position after hearing what happened. That was the change I needed and it worked out for the best for me.

This company did not give me the fair chance to get a job through them at all. They and the rest of the people are using cameras in my eyes to illegally evaded into my privacy and deprive me from having what I need. Went today for interview, went through a rather rigorous physical test, interviewed, I have no criminal background, and passed drug test. I was told to call Monica at 3:30pm. I spoke to Gabrielle and was told that I did not meet certain criteria. When I asked what criteria I didnt meet, she said the systems didnt give exactly what criteria I didnt meet despite passing the physical and drug tests according to Monica Soto and my not having a criminal background at all. I want to know what criteria I didnt meet and I want an answer in 48 hours before I proceed further with this issue

This staffing company is a very good company, but dont trust anything that Harry Ramos says. If at all possible try and deal with the 2 female staff members (Morgan or Ashley) they both will work hard on finding you a job or help you with any issues you may have. That guy Harry on the other hand is a lying snake and not to be trusted. Stay clear of him if at all possible.

Called me about a position they had open, told me to come in the very next morning to finalize everything , do my background, my drug test, etc. ... I drove all the way from Gastonia, all for them to tell me that the client called them later on that evening at 5pm to let them know they no longer had a need for third shift!!! What a waste of time, energy and gas. Very inconveniencing. If they found out the evening before I had to be there, why not call me the next morning BEFORE I wasted my time and gas. Veryyy unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend them at all. They werent even apologetic. Very unprofessional.

Ashley Roberts, the Operations Manager of the Charlotte, NC location was extremely helpful in getting our company the extra help we needed. She supplied a very accurate quote over the phone upon initial conversation. All of her follow up phone calls and emails were in a very timely and professional manner, and she was very personable throughout the whole process making the hiring of temporary employees out of town a breeze! We will definitely be using Link Staffing again for any other temporary help we may need on out of town jobsites, politeness and professionalism go a long way!

Me having a degree in psychology observing the environment i notice From the moment you walk threw the door they know if they want to deal with you are not. They will wear a mask and put on an act and completely waste your time instead of being straight foward. But hey i guess thats how the world is ran these days.. You should never prejuice or steriotype someone because you could never know what they can bring to the table. Honesty in my opinion the desk workers only care about their pay and wasnt genuine interested in others

Ima keep it all the way 100. NEVER WORK HERE. Gabrielle is so rude and inconsiderate he only gives you the same 1 or 2 jobs for a week and they never pay good. She doesnt give you all the job information needed youll be sent on MANY dummy missions. I told her i got racially profiled at work and she didnt even care nor acknowledge the issue she could care less about enviornment her employees are in she just wants them hours so she can get payed .

My experience with Barry, Mary, Ashley and the crew has been nothing but exceptional. I believe I started working with Link in May of 2013. Ive worked for 4 or 5 temp agencies and Link is BY FAR the best. The customer service is amazing and they actually care about the people whom they employ rather than viewing them as a source of income. I dont remember a time when I didnt have work. I was laid off from 2 of the assignments but I had within 2 days. I can honestly say Ive never had a company work harder for me. TODAY I WAS JUST INFORMED I WAS OFFERED MY DREAM JOB OF SERVICE TECH AND I COULDNT BE HAPPIER. If you want to work for someone who WILL WORK FOR YOU , choose link.

DONT GO HERE! RUDE STAFF!Gabriele was dismissive and condescending ( would like to use another word )I got stuck in traffic on my way to interview and called but when i got there was questioned like i never gave them a heads up . i stayed and completed their whole process and was told i would be contacted.... Never was. Not once did i have an incoming call from LINK STAFFING. Multiple times i called back to talk to Gabriele and she would give different excuses and days to check back and when i was told i would get a call back i wasnt ever called. She always acted like she was too busy to discuss why she wouldnt follow up with me or give some feedback. I was hoping i was exception but i know other people who said the same thing about them and bad experience RECENTLY ( so that says something maybe it isnt just me) . LINK STAFFING needs to work on being honest and just tell people tje truth instead of stringing along. Just my thought I think they lost my application. That type of service why would i want to work with them? Took my well developed skills elsewhere (arotek) and got hired for more $$ . BE WARY OF THIS PLACE.

This is the worst staffing agency Ive ever worked for. they will send you on the worst jobs for $7 -$8 an hour but during a few hours of interviewing I already let them know that Im not working for less than $10. Never work for a family owned temp service again thats ran by several arrogant young people. on this day 5/28/2013 I made my complaint against this company to the Better Business Bureau.

Went to link staffing and these ladies have no idea how to run a business...they ask a bunch of dumb questions during the interview staring like puppy dogs and about two minutes after arriving you realize you are over qualified to work with these people...if you have any work history do yourself a favor and just go to addecco..they pay more and are way more professional..passed intensive physical...drug screening...back round check...then guess what ...no work...hey this place should be shut down....the only people getting work are those dumb girls working there...complete waste of time...go elsewhere ..
