Spent a whole month waiting for a job and ended up going broke in the process. They made me take 3 drug tests, get blood work, and a Breathalyzer test for a position that didnt even work out because I had to get a job while waiting on this one. I ended up being in $170 in debt and had to borrow money from my parents that I still owe. They claimed they would reimburse me for mileage and uniforms, but they did not. They never seemed to answer my calls in my convenience, and always called when I was busy. I was highly disappointed.

Being a contractor for them has been a horrible experience. I accepted a job with them & it’s been downhill since. The things the recruiter promised was a lie & the company they placed me with did not adhere to any parameters provided by the recruiter. They’ve also delayed my paycheck on multiple occasions due to their own mismanagement. Stay away.

Do not trust these people at all. I wish I had done my research before I got myself into it. I kept reaching out because I didnt get the equipment and got little to no response. I waited and waited and still nothing. Not a trustworthy company!

Recruiters will ghost you after calling you and getting your Hopes high about a possible job opportunity. I have tried reaching out to both recruiters that contacted me about a job and have not received a response at all. Its just common courtesy to respond to candidates even if you have no jobs available. Respect candidates because its rough enough searching for a job especially in these times we are in. Give people the same respect and common courtesy you would want for yourselves.

My experience with Insight Global has been nothing less than stellar. My recruiter, Cynthia, is incredibly driven, and I really feel like she was going above and beyond to place me. The communication has been perfect from the start. I am very pleased with my placement. Cynthia found a position for me that I was well suited for. I had an experience at a different agency before linking up with Cynthia. They rarely reached out to me and always wanted to put me up for roles that I would not be a good fit in. Insight is the polar opposite of that.

Please stop calling candidates and baiting them into thinking there are opportunities/possible interviews for jobs. We are in the mist of a crisis. Millions of people have lost their jobs!! I have received several of calls from this recruiting agency from recruiters giving me the impression that they have active roles/possible interviews. Stop giving people false hope and wasting our time by making us believe you have our best interests when you really don’t. STOP PLAYING WITH OUR LIVES! There are people that have been laid off and need to feed their families and your fraudulent calls are giving false hope! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!! I hope this agency crashes and burns immediately!

I choose to be a contractor. I worked with Insight Global at their headquarter office. I naively expected the same level of excellence from this Charlotte branch. I was disappointed. I accepted an assignment with their client. As my contract approached renewal, the client shared with me the upcoming dates. I attempted to reach my recruiter months in advance via email and phone for a confirmed end date, no response was received.Instead, promises to meet and check-in were provided but not fulfilled. This persisted for the entire length of the contract. If I saw my recruiter, it was on accident in the building lobby.Finally, nearing the end of my contract I received notice my contract was terminated effective immediately. Little explanation was provided, which is acceptable. However, no one asked my perspective.I would have shared I reported to someone in management a valid concern regarding the quality of the work. I was being asked to simply pass poor documentation on as acceptable and sit in two meetings a day to discuss these actions. Two meetings daily for a week is a bit much for anyone, never mind on the same subject matter.It seemed this agency only cared to be funded. They did not express any interest in my professional opinion of the assignment or the employer. At headquarters, my recruiters checked in bi-weekly with the client and me. They expressed genuine customer service, not simply a smile and cheery personality.

I Hat this Company. all they do is call you and ask you about your experience and than never call you back. they called me a total of 9 times the last being just now. I have 21 years experience in Ethical Hacking and Network Security, i am certified in multiple sections and have a AS, BA, about to finish my Masters degree and i have a diploma from the military school of technology in communications and computer security and have a top secret security clearance....they called me about a job and after talking to them and answering all the question correctly they never called , so i found out the company they were hiring for and went to that company and interviewed straight to them and i was offered the job with great pay....i say what the hell, and what gives you the right to say weather or not im qualified for a job or not, isnt the whole reason for you being a staffing agency to get people interviews at least and let the employer make that decision. i have a GPA of 4.0 and an IQ of 190 , how is that not qualified for these simple jobs you advertise for.. there all simple jobs a 12 year old could do.They do not just come out and say it, they give you false hope and never call you back. catty ass holes

Insight Global lied to me about a position at a company called Concentrix. They hired me under false pretenses and I wasted my time. I left a good job only to make barely any money at a temp job with no opportunity. They told me I had to be trained to work on the phones before I could start with my management role at Concentrix! I bought every lie hook line and sinker, they are really good at selling you a professional position that does not exist. The biggest lie of all was that as soon as my manager position got going in a few months I could be promoted to a better role than that. I was previously a Marketing Director. My degree is in Marketing, so I had no interest in being a customer service rep. I was looking to move into the communications side of my degree so that is why I originally took the role. So I left my good job and started working at Concentrix. Let me tell you about the role they put me in.I was put at Concentrix in Greenville SC. First and biggest complaint,the management there refused to manage employees. They allow staff who have been at the company longer than you who they value as an asset to treat you, and speak to you like garbage and they do nothing about it. You ask for help, you’re going to get yelled at. It makes no sense. Rude people with more authority than you at work will make your job hell by going behind all of your work in the system and changing and deleting things to get you in trouble. I was literally at a lost for words. The more I complained to IG the more he assured me it was all temporary and that I wouldn’t even be with these people soon. So I stayed and endured. I couldn’t figure out why they won’t manage their employees. I have never worked somewhere as awful as this. It was the most unprofessional experience of my life. The job the put me in had no training opportunities, and they really don’t care about your talents, so don’t even think about mentioning them. I have a bachelors degree and they put me in customer service answering phones. Lol it was a nightmare. All the time telling me that I’m “”in training for my manager position”” I left a job as a marketing director for this!!!!! Let me tell you about INSIGHT GLOBAL!!! They only need bodies to fill the seats of the revolving door staffing problem they are having. And CONCENTRIX IN GREENVILLE SC!!! They don’t train you to be on the phones. They just stick you on a headset and force you to listen to someone talk about Annuities and Insurance for a month and a half. I had to take notes and listened to a girl talk for about 8 weeks before I was put on a phone and told to ask for help if I needed it. And FYI there is no one to help you and the managers get upset if you ask for help. The team leads are rude and refuse to help as well. Just run from this place as fast as you can. RUN RUN FAR AWAY! Run from Insight Global, run from Concentrix, Run from Melanie at Insight Global and Run from her manager Alex. They are a bunch of kids hiring overqualified people for dead end jobs.

They are very friendly and will get you hired quickly and effectively. I would recommend my colleagues to go to them.
