Jacqueline Rojas is AMAZING!!!! She would always keep me informed of job opportunities to see if I was interested. Even when I didnt always meet the job requirements exactly she would still let the company know I was interested. And then one day I got an email about a job opportunity that I was interested in, logistics. She was able to secure me a phone interview, even prepped me with info to prepare. The interview went great, less than 5 mins after the call I got a call that they offered me the position. Started at the company 2 weeks later.

Looking for a new job through recruiters requires going through a lot of people and scam emails and weird phone calls. After months of research, I finally started talking to Lauren Sumner at CRG. She really listened to my situation and did not rush me however she did find me an interview and I love how honest the all experience was. Not only I got a new job but the hiring company made me a better offer than what was originally discussed. Keep up the good work!

I am beyond impressed with CRG staffing! The whole team is very personable and made my entire hiring experience as smooth as possible. Lindsey Turk was my recruiting manager and I can’t express enough how grateful I am for her persistence towards getting me a job. I had zero stress and felt that she really listened to all my needs to find me the perfect job.

I’m not sure why there’s so many good reviews on Lauren Sumner as she is easily the worst recruiter I’ve ever worked with. During my interview process, she literally asked me what she should say to her client as far as rescheduling and discussing salary goes. As a recruiter (which I’ve been for many years), it is your job to make your candidate look as good as possible to your client and make the decision as the point of contact on what should be said to the client. She gave me the wrong address and never followed up with me. Interviewing with her client was stressful because she neglected to give me important information like where to park, and what building they are located in. I felt like I had to find her co-workers on LinkedIn just to get a hold of her. Where is the communication lost here?!Her lack of confidence in her ability to effectively communicate between candidate and client is honestly embarrassing. This company made a terrible decision making her the director of recruiting. Once her client made an offer, it’s courtesy to let the other candidates know they decided to go with someone else. Instead, I watched her read my messages and blatantly ignore me. This is exactly why people searching for jobs are so reluctant to work with recruiters, especially ones who just abandon their candidates because all they clearly care about is making their money.I highly do not recommend this staffing agency and their ditsy, unprofessional DIRECTOR of recruiting. Such a disappointing experience.
