I had the pleasure of working with Marissa today (on a Saturday). One of the great things about this practice is that they are open and available on the weekends. I was referred here by the VA and Im really glad they pointed me in this direction. I had to get a deep cleaning (Which is not very much fun), but Marissa made the experience as enjoyable as she possibly could. Im always greeted with smiling faces when I come in, and always wished a warm farewell when I leave. Thank you to Marissa and the rest of the employees for always providing a warm experience.

I just had a regular cleaning done with Marissa and she was great! She’s super friendly and gave me useful tips, plus my teeth feel way cleaner than before my appointment! All of the staff are very welcoming as well. I’d definitely recommend anyone who’s looking for a new dentistry to come here :)

Roxanna is rude!! Was trying to get Information about getting a refund for a $50 deposit they made me pay to schedule an appointment and she didn’t even allow me to finish my question she began talking over me and the began to get loud when I called her out about it! I have always had amazing customer experience at this location but I will not return because of Roxanna and her nasty attitude!!!! Let me add Skylar to the list as well she is a joke of an office manager!!!

Honestly the best dental experience Ive had! The staff was able to accommodate me as quickly as possible when I had an issue with my gums. They did a thorough cleaning and explained to me what the issue was, in laymans terms, how to resolve it, and prevent further damage. But beyond all the attention to the issue, the hygienists and dentist were so friendly and supportive! Marissa was great to converse with and she even remembered who I was :) Would highly recommend this place to anyone, they will definitely take care of you.

They are really good! My dentist made me feel very comfortable and communicates all the information i need to know very well. I got a few fillings done and I have no complaints with the work I got done by him! I would 10/10 recommend them!

I have to admit I usually dread going to the dentist, but I went for the first time to Steele Creek Dental and they immediately made me feel comfortable. The experience prior to my first appointment was seamless as I was able to fill out all paper work electronically prior to the appointment. Upon arrival I texted them due to COVID restrictions, then I was checked in and invited inside within 60 seconds! All of the dental staff was very kind and welcoming. Following the session, I was walked through all of the charges for the day and expectations for the future with estimations on what my insurance provider would cover.Overall, just a really great experience and really kind people. Highly suggest!

Went in to have a couple teeth removed, that were causing some pain. Ultimately I need work done on my teeth. They took COMPLETE care of me during my visit. Did not talk down to me about what is going on in my mouth, but showed genuine care & deff not about the $ I came first. The whole staff from the front to the back was welcoming & bubbly! Will be going back to finish the work needed.

The most unprofessional experiences Ive ever had from an office.I had been going back and forth with the office for over a month trying to resolve my issues of a known cavity.At the beginning, I emailed the office when trying to book my first appointment and never received a confirmation after given a date and time. I called the day before and the receptionist could find the correspondence but no one had confirmed it in their schedule.When I went in for X rays the assistant and Dr. Sharma composed a list so I knew what I needed and what to expect for future appointments, that went great.When I had called back to schedule an appointment for my procedure, I was told a price that was not as expected, a new doctors name, and was quickly rushed off the phone. Apparently their receptionists are hard to reach outside of morning hours. So again, I had to email to confirm if what I was told is correct. Two days before that scheduled appointment I was able to get someone on the phone, explaining to me that their insurance team had not taken care of their part so I would be paying full price for my procedure.. with an unknown doctor in an unprofessional office.So no thank you. I cancelled and The Steele Creek Dentist wont have the opportunity to ruin my mouth or take my money ever again.

Incredible dental experience! Welcoming environment and clean space. Before anything was done they provided me with the expense sheets for a treatment plan (with and without insurance) and made sure I was knowledgeable about all of my options. Excellent communication and when I stated I had pain they did not hesitate to relieve it before continuing. Excellent experience and changed my perception of what quality dental care can be! Dr Ghiya and Ebony were Fantastic.

First visit was excellent! I arrived very early and they were kind enough to take me as soon as they could. The Dr, assistant and hygienist were all extremely professional and courteous. Even the woman from the front desk came in to the cleaning room while I was waiting to explain my treatment plan, schedule my next appt and close out my bill. Super efficient thinking since time is so valuable. Everyone is very conscious of the patients needs and feelings. Im so glad my husband recommended I switch to them. I need some work done, but Im confident they will do a great job!

Today Marissa cleaned my teeth and she was so thorough, funny, and friendly!! She did a great job and my teeth feel so clean.I then had two cavities filled by Dr. Ghiya with the help of Ronnisha. They were both super friendly and made the process a breeze! I was in and out in no time!Thank you everyone!

The people are so kind and wonderful. They are fast and efficient. The doctors are nice and friendly as well. Dr. G and the dental assistants Ebony and Cha’Tel are the best! I definitely recommend this dental office, best one I’ve been to in a while.

Doctor Ghiya is a professional in every way. He is informative, thorough, and very nice.The dental assistant abbey are also super fun to chat with and made the whole experience fun which is something that normally doesnt happen often at most dentist offices.

I like Dr Ung (which is why the one star) , but they are terrible at scheduling. The last 3 visits Ive waited 90 minutes (due to Dr Sharma dealing with an emergency), over an hour, then today I left after 45 minutes as I was only seeing a hygienist, who never showed up. Ill have to find somewhere else. I recommend only if you want some franchise dentist office with a revolving door of employees who have no consideration for their patients

This was my first time going to a dentist in Charlotte and I am very happy with my experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Also my appointment was started on time and I got out at a reasonable time as well. First in class customer service and I found my new dentist office. I’m very pleased with there service.

I saw Marissa today. It was my first time seeing a hygienist and I was overwhelmed, but she made me feel so comfortable with my experience there. I recommend her for anyone looking for a hygienist.

The team is great here. I was out sourced from the VA Health Care System and Im 100% pleased. Dr. Sharma was very nice and direct to the point and didnt waste any time. Megan the hygienist was the best. She knows her job and does it well, not to mention your in and out which always helps at a dentist office. I have multiple teeth/mouth issues that I have been dealing with for years. I have had two dentists. After the first one left, I didnt like his replacement. I found Dr. Sherma through my new insurance carrier and have been floored just how AMAZING he and his team are! On my first visit with him, I learned more about my issues and teeth in one visit with him, than the years I was at the other place! He is very kind and patient. His whole team is awesome! I had to go back recently for an infection (nothing to do with his work, but stemming from previous work from another provider) and they got me in on the same day to help me get treatment. Highly recommend his team! I have lots of anxiety with the dentist due to all my issues, but feel confident when I walk into this office!

I didn’t have a great experience here. I was experiencing tooth pain so scheduled the $25 ‘problem area’ visit which included an X-ray. When I saw the doctor, I described my symptoms and without even looking at my problem area, they told me I had an infection. Note that they never looked at my teeth once - only X-rays. The dentist went on about how bad my old dentist was and that they did this and that wrong. They told me that I had an extensive cavity that should have been caught by my old dentist. I visited a different dentist for a second opinion and they said that my cavity was very small and that they saw no sign of infection in the other tooth. I received a much higher level of service for no cost whereas the Steele creek dentistry made me feel like I wasted my money. On top of that, I requested my X-rays later and they said that they couldn’t find them. It took several emails from me before they found them in their system.

The best dental team Ive ever experienced. Friendly, professional, very clean, and very patient. Ive always had anxiety about dental work and the staff was so understanding of my concerns and go above and beyond to make my experience as calm and effective as possible. Dr. Sharma is really a skilled and patient dentist. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I believe this is my first one star review. My scheduling was messed up two different times. I picked this place because they do saturdays. I drive over an hour and they dont even have someone there to do the tooth extraction. This place is super unorganized. Ill be going to a new dentist and getting my money back. If you want to find a saturday dentist so you dont have to miss work, dont pick this one. Scheduling is a complete joke.

** I should start by saying that I believe the doctor that did my tooth extraction in August is no longer at this location. The new doctor I met is super nice and informative!When I first scheduled my wisdom teeth extraction, I was confused that they said I would be able to drive myself. I ended up calling again and said I would like to add nitrous oxide instead of only being under local because I was nervous about the whole thing. So if you think you may need that added, have someone drive you.My appointment was rescheduled a few times due to the doctor’s schedule. Thankfully my pain had mostly subsided and I was okay waiting a few weeks. The procedure took at least two hours for my two bottom teeth. The doctor left a few times to check on others. I didn’t feel any pain for a little while after and once I did the meds helped. I’ve seen that some dentists will give special ice packs and supplies, but I just got a care sheet and extra gauze. I made it fine without the extras.Recovery was about what I expected. My face did not swell up and I had to take it easy. Nothing out of the ordinary happened at first. My left side hurt a little more than the right. After a few weeks I felt something on my left side where there should have been a hole healing. It felt and looked like a tooth.Concerned, I called the office and made an appointment just to get checked again. Before I made it to the appointment, the ‘tooth’ fell out with flossing. The office assured me it was most likely bone fragment and my body had pushed it out. I maybe would not have been so surprised if I would have received warning that a fragment may come out. The second the surgery was over the doctor left the room (Im sure she was busy) and did not talk to me again.Once I was finally in the chair, I showed the doctor and the assistant and after going on and on about it most likely being a bone fragment (and that is normal to sometimes happen after this) they paused and said “that looks like a tooth.” They did an xray to double check the spot and it seems like now it is healing fine. I tried to ask again before I left if they thought it was a tooth and they both said since they were not in the surgery they could not say what may have happened.I dont know any dentists personally, but everyone I showed a picture to thought it looked like a piece of a tooth as well. I have not had issues since though and it is healing fine.

Their whole staff is amazing and very welcoming. The ladies at the front desk are super nice. Dr. Sharma is very professional, nice and informative. He will explain to you everything that he is doing. (Plus he smells really good) haha! The hygienist Meghan (not sure if i spelled her name correctly, sorry 🥴) she is very nice and professional I had a cleaning done with her yesterday 11/4 and was in and out quickly. My teeth are definitely much whiter since my cleaning.

The whole staff is friendly and after doc got to pulling on my tooth it took about 5 minutes.. definitely gunna return

Dr. Sharma is AMAZING! Ive had tons of dental work done over the years and he is by far the best. He works quickly and does flawless work. I was extremely nervous for my procedure due to Nitrous not being offered during covid-19. He prescribed a very low dose antianxiety medication and I felt at ease the entire visit. His administration of the novacaine was fast and gentle. He let me know exactly how each shot would feel and the nurses were there ready to comfort me as well. I will return here for all my dental work.

I was excited for the opening of this office since its so close to home. I transferred myself and my kids there once I visited. However, since that first visit right around the time they opened, I have experienced what seems like unusually long wait times (upwards of an hour). In addition, I am in the process of getting a crown done by them, and, what should have been two appointments will be at least three because they ran out of supplies to totally complete the first prep visit. I have yet to go in for my final visit because I have made two appointments that they have had to cancel (weeks apart mind you) due to the doctor not being available. If I wasnt in the middle of a very expensive (for me) process, I would have walked out the last time I was in for my quick appointment (their words) that turned into me sitting in the dentists chair for over an hour without being seen (outside of the initial greeting and occasional check in to see if I was doing alright). The front desk personnel also appear to be kind of confused. Even with what I assume is the patient chart and information sitting in front of them, they dont seem to know the details of what the patient visit will entail or even sometimes the accurate payment information.On the positive side, the assistants that I have seen are all very personable, funny, caring and interactive.UPDATE: the Operations Manager made a point to contact me, apologize, offer explanations and see if there was anything they could do. She also was appreciative of the feedback and the office is taking it constructively. My final visit for the placement of my crown was so very different - from the friendliness and efficiency of the front office staff, to the minimal wait time, to the always personable and pleasant assistants and the doctor as well. I have changed my rating from 2 stars to 4!

Was able to set up a same day appointment for a dental emergency, I had a tooth in really bad shape and I couldn’t take it any more.I’m TERRIFIED of dental work so of course I came in crying like a baby.Everybody in this office was AMAZING. I was walked through my options by Nichole, (root canal or extraction, I opted for extraction). She was so pleasant and positive.Ebony walked me through the whole process, was able to talk me out of a couple near panic attacks. Even held my hand while they numbed me up. (Thank you!!)When it came to the extraction itself, Dr. Sharma was fantastic. He had a very calming energy and was super quick.This was by far the best experience I’ve had and I’m really lucky to have found this office.

Went in today to get a temp crown replaced that had been damaged. Brianna (I believe) helped me out and I was extremely impressed. She crafted my custom temp crown in 1/3 the time as the original took AND the fit was better. She is truly a master of her craft and deserves recognition. I sincerely hope I remembered her name correctly and that any additional visits I have will be with her. She is a true asset to this business and for her professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for my dental health I give this establishment 5/5 stars. Thank you!

Went here on a Saturday with a major toothache. Turns out a wisdom tooth had a cavity so deep it was hitting the nerve. They had their Dr. Shumar look at my xrays on Monday and called me to inform me that he could do the extraction for me. They set me up to come in first thing Tuesday morning and I was so nervous. I have never had much luck with dentists. But the whole thing was over from check in to check out in like 30 minutes. Quick and painless (minus the numbing) and very professional. I was super impressed and will definitely be making this office my new dentist.

I had a molar removed today and was so impressed with the treatment I received.Dr. Amin was awesome. He was so nice and his assistant was also amazing.The front staff was courteous and attentive. They sat down with me and thoroughly explained my insurance benefits and treatment options.I hate going to the dentist, it terrifies me- and while they cant just undo my fears they did everything to make me comfortable and to put me at ease.Ive found my dental practice!

Well, if you have a dental emergency as I did Friday, and you call around and the best (appointment time) you can get is the following week; then call Steele Creek Dental and they say - hey, see you in a couple of hours, then thats the start of five star service to me.Even the initial phone call and speaking to Lee Ann, was a pleasure and that too, was an indication of the friendly and welcoming atmosphere I felt good about.The staff is wonderful and I found them all to be very caring and friendly. My hygienist was thorough and patiently explained the details of my procedure and billing.I hate going to a dentist, but the staff at Steele Creek has certainly won me over.

If you have small children do not bother coming to this dentist. I scheduled an appointment an explained to the woman on the phone my son was in pain. After scheduling the appointment I was called back 4 different times to verify the spelling of my name, ID # and other of information she kept forgetting to write down (probably should have cancelled at this point)...I get to the appointment and they examine my son only to tell me they do not work on cavities for small children LIVID!!!! Now I have wasted an entire day, my son is STILL in pain and I will have to find another dentist to fill in the cavity and pay for additional X-rays.

I had a dental emergency! I couldn’t sleep and my head hurt so much. I emailed The Steele Creek Dentist, next day they called me for an appt. The next morning I was sitting in the chair with a super friendly and professional staff. Even with COVID happening, they made me feel safe and the environment was nice and clean. I had a root canal and extraction of a wisdom tooth done in the same day! I was comfortable and the dentist, himself even made a “dad joke” or two. Best part about it all was their reaction to my panic attack, they didn’t make me feel small or bad about it, the dentist and the hygienist was right there with me, they used a deep breathing technique to help me, after I was calm they finished up. Such a great staff, from the administration to the hygienist, and even the dentist, everyone was AMAZING!

The receptionist at the front (forgive me, I am not good with names but hers started with an L) was the absolute best. The entire staff was very friendly and competent but she was exceptional.I have been to a few places and I could go on for days about how much I hate insurance companies. In other offices they would rush me to the back to be seen even when I ask to talk to my insurance first so I know how much Ill be paying. The staff would withhold information such as codes/prices of services like they would die if they told me. So forget helping me with insurance! I usually find myself paying three times as much as I was told I would when going to any doctor.But L told me all the prices upfront before anything happened, talked to the insurance company FOR ME (even after they told her I should look it up on the app and hung up :/) and was just as patient and helpful as she could possibly be. I scheduled my appointment that day and had my tooth taken out that same day at a very affordable price and with great quality. I will definitely be back for the rest of my molars. If I could give more than five stars I would. Thank you!

Great first impression. Staff and Dr. Sharma were EXCELLENT. To be honest I was a little concerned after reading some or the reviews but turns out my experience was nothing like the negative reviews I read. Give them a try and judge for yourself.

Ive visited this office on three separate occasions since opening and each time its gotten worse. I recently went in for my annual check up (on a Wednesday morning) and noticed a whole new staff. The wait time in the lobby was actually better than last time (although I only saw one other patient in the office). During my x-rays one of the office members came in and started arguing with my technician about procedure which created delays. I was then taken to another room for teeth cleaning and my hygienist disappeared for 15 minutes! The dentist then walked in and introduced himself (seemed very distant/distracted) and performed a quick overview of my mouth. Without saying anything he got up and walked off. The hygienist then came back in to the room for my teeth cleaning. The cleaning which usually takes about 10-15 minutes ran closer to 30min this time. By the end of the visit, I spent almost an hour and a half to get a teeth cleaning and x-rays in an office that only had one other patient! Very disappointed with the service and this is completely unacceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Dr. Sharma is my go to dentist in the Charlotte area. He is very knowledgeable and super efficient. He recently completed a crown on my daughters tooth and it looks amazing. I have had dental work completed by him with no pain afterwards. I will not go anywhere else!

This is a great office with great team cohesion. Ebony and Nicole we both outstanding at explaining process, procedure, and financial obligation options. Dr. Sharma was very thorough and explained in detail as needed. As a new patient I felt very at home. 👍

My fiance and I are are very pleased with the initial consultation with this practice. These guys are really awesome. I’ve had several terrible experiences with some dentists in the past, so I was skeptical going in the first time. These guys wiped that bad experience off with superior service delivery.From the front desk assistants (reduced check-in process and wait time), the doctors are friendly and walk you through the procedures and the hygienists and dental assistants are cool. They literally just wiped take away the pains and leave you smiling on your way out.They even checked me without any previous appointment when I was in serious pains from an infected wisdom tooth. They are top notch!!!!

I had a root canal done at this office by Dr. Jeng that bothered me for some time afterwards. I gave it some time because I was told root canals take time to heal. I began to smell an abnormal odor and due to the sensitivity I scheduled an appointment to check on the infected tooth. I received new Xrays and test with tappings. Dr. Sharma wasnt sure why in was experiencing pain and referred me to a specialist. Upon visiting the specialist, I was told I needed to be retreated by the office that performed the initial root canal. I contacted the office and spoke to Maria to schedule the appointment for retreatment. She advised me that the report was received by the specialist and that Dr. Sharma could do the retreat. I asked her what the cost would be, she said there would be none. Now Im called today by Maria stating Dr. Sharma recently received the report and would not be able to do the retreatment. She said he is a general dentist and does not do retreatment on root canals. I voiced my concern that this contradicted what she initially told me. She was rude and stated she could give the report to the original doctor that did the root canal, but wasnt sure if shed retreat it and I couldnt be seen until August 22nd. Meanwhile my tooth is in pain, it is infected, Im reading reviews of people receiving emergency treatments and Dr. Sharma performing root canals. Im totally unsatisfied and need this issue resolved immediately.

From the first visit, it was evident that the team was thorough. They took several xrays and gave a detailed dental plan. I am especially satisfied with the second visit with the dental hygienist, Megan. She’s personable and professional- did an awesome job and educated at the same time!

A very clean and inviting practice! My 6yr old loved it and had a very pleasant experience! Not one tear! 😀 They where upfront with the cost and gave offered more cost efficient options if you do not have dental Insurance! They also give you ample time to make decisions about which and when procedures are done. Well done Ladies!!!

This location hands down is wonderful and have very affordable prices. The entrance is very warming and the receptionist is omg amazing an friendly. Coming to this location makes you feel right at home. My actual doc/assistant is wonderful and always make sure during your visit that you are very well taking care of. I really enjoyed the office personal. They were so helpful. The dentist was amazing as well. She was very informative and shared a ton of information as she was doing the procedure. She seemed a little stretched between patients but she was very polite and positive.

When deciding to switch to a new dental practice, I was specifically looking for a place close to my home, that accommodated my entire family with extended hours and weekend appointments! One star is for the front desk ladies. The other is that I appreciate at least they were open during Covid-19. Other than that.... I felt like I was bothering them for coming in. I’m sorry I broke my tooth... next time I’ll find another dentist practice who wants to help. TOWN DENTAL MINT HILL—— that’s where ill be going from now on.

Thank you for the excellent same day walk in care as if I had been a patient from day one. I appreciate your support and professional advice seeing as I will be 38 this and haven’t seen a dentist since 1995. This was an emergency extraction and you all handled it the utmost urgency. I feel welcomed and will be returning for my future dental needs. Thanks again for everything!

My experience here was great! I found them just driving by and I’m so glad I called and made an appointment. Everyone there is extremely nice. Each and everyone of them took the time to explain what they were doing and what was the best option for me. I found a great new dentist! 💕

Went here for a tooth extraction because half of my tooth had chipped and I was in really bad pain. Everyone was very friendly and helpful in explaining my options and the whole procedure. I would definitely recommend this place!

Service was good! But after I got cleaning done (which THEY suggested) I was given an invoice & was told I had to pay in full, which I did. A few months later, I got another bill for $65.00 stating they made an error while billing! That is not my problem, it was their mistake. If they wouldve told me that the cost was gonna be what I paid + $65.00, I would not have had the cleaning done. This is dishonest.

I went here because of the location and convenience. Unfortunately I cannot say the service has met the convenience. I have been back 3 times for the same problem that continues to worsen. It’s as though the doctor has no clue what she is doing - none of her explanations made sense. She also asked me what I thought was the best. They referred me to someone for a 2nd opinions - Needless to say I will not be using their referral. I will Not be returning and I will be contacting the dental board to ensure no one else has to go through what I went through. Please go somewhere else. This place is in it for the money and not quality care.

The Steele Creek dentist is the absolute BEST! I have to tell you the whole story for you to understand just how great.I had an old filling that cracked and was causing me issues. I started feeling slight pain in my right eye right nostril and my front teeth at the bottom. The tooth that needed attention was the one on top right second to last in the back.I looked on google searching for anyone who could help me ASAP. In my search i found ( thank God) The Steele Creek Dentist. I scheduled an appoint for that very same day on line via chat. I clicked on the chat button and my appointment was made within a few minutes.When i arrived the music in the waiting room was great. Its like an old school mix. I checked in with Ms Nicole. The other two receptionists Ms. Tonya and Ms. Leanne were awsome as well. All three acknowledged me and spoke to me even though only one was checking me in. They were so inviting. They made me feel as though i was a regular. It was very comforting.I made a cup of complimentary coffee and sat down bopping my head to the music (humming the lyrics), feeling good and filling out some paperwork (forms were on a tablet, nice!)... before i had taken my third sip of coffee they were calling me back to see the dentist. My wait wasnt even 10mins.Let me speed this up for you because i came back 3 times in one week because of this one tooth.First time I saw Dr. Sharma he was wonderful. We came up with a plan and unfortunately after a closer look we had to go in another directon. I had two choices. Dr. Sharma made sure I fully understood what was being done, why and what my options were. He answered all my questions.I finally decided on a plan and was scheduled for an appointment a few days later. YES a few days later not weeks as with most dentist offices. Anyways I saw Dr. Ung i was apprehensive about getting someone different but let me tell you Dr. Ung was also amazing. She was so sweet and gentle. I gave her such a hard time. I feel so bad but my anxiety was through the roof. She wasnt annoyed or aggravated she tried calming me till the very end. Thank you Dr. UNG!!!!!!Rescheduled again because i didnt get the procedure done i needed extra medicine to help me relax. Again I saw Dr. Sharma and I kid you not he was just as pleasant as the first time i met him. He jokingly said, Shes back again? I think she missed us. He assured me all would be well. He numbed me sat down asked about a movie. I dont know why because couldnt talk my mouth was wide open. The assistant started to answer and Dr. Sharma said, Im not talking to you Im talking to Tamieka she seemed to be thinking the same thing i was, well she cant answer you. It was so funny I had to laugh. Then he said, All done! I mean it was MAGIC!!!!I scheduled an appointment for some other work that i am interested in getting done. I pay out of pocket and it didnt break the bank. They offer out of pocket discounts.I guess what im trying to say is this place is great. It isnt hard getting an appointment, they except emergency walk-ins, open on Saturdays, discounts, and GREAT SERVICE. The Dentists and the dental assistants (Ms. Ebony & Daisy) are patient and kind.Steele Creek Dentist is everything a dentist should be.

After assuring us on the phone they provide payment plans, once we arrived they refused to treat my daughter until payment in full was received. The Dr. did a filling on a tooth that was very deep, saying she was able to save us from doing a root canal we left. A couple of hours later we had to come back for an emergency root canal as my daughter was in horrible pain. They requested payment immediately as they were doing the work. I asked for a guarantee that this will be done correctly before I gave them $800, and they refused to give any guarantees. The office manager told them to stop the work and gave us our money back from the morning fillings ($360). They put a temporary filling. This is a big business, it’s all about the money! and if there are any complications I wouldn’t trust this doctor with any member of my family ever again!

The staff was extremely comforting and uplifting!! I was very nervous about the procedure. (Emergency surgical extraction) From the front desk to the nurse and doctor, everyone was so sweet and made me feel safe. Thank you ladies!! -Jerri Hopkins

This place is awesome.. Fairly new to the surrounding yet they fit right in. Only reason it gets three stars from me is due to the fact that, they were not in my Network. So I have to pay a hefty amount for my services. Other than that, great team!

There was nothing outstandingly good or bad about my checkup visit. The front desk employee and my hygienist were very nice and professional. It must have taken 10 minutes for all of the x-rays though, which Ive never had so many anywhere else.There was a sense of disorganization around the office with who was going to clean my teeth and in which room. The dentist was nice enough but not super friendly like my last few dentists where theyd talk to me and even remember me from previous times.I couldnt hear any music in my room and there were no pictures, artwork or TVs on the wall for me to look at. So I stared at a blank wall for an hour, which made me feel like hurry up!. They do pediatric dentistry but honestly I cant imagine taking my toddler here when hes ready to start going to a dentist...It is advertised that new patients will receive a free whitening kit (which is a selling point for many people!). When I asked about it, I was told they were out of stock and they had no idea when theyd have any on hand. I said I would call in a few days to see if they received them I was told again that they had no idea when theyd have them, which means I wasnt getting a kit.I walked out and also realized that I didnt receive a bag with a toothbrush, toothpaste sample and floss like I have from every other visit since I starting going to the dentist as a child! This must be standard here because my husband had the same exact experience overall.One good point, the dentist and staff did not try to sell me on products and treatments that I didnt want/need. Saturday appointments and later afternoon hours are helpful to those who work a traditional schedule.

Nice friendly staff, starting with the front desk. The doctor was very helpful and informative. Great atmosphere, Im glad we found this place.

Very nice and professional staff. got my cleaning on the same day I got my exam. Dr. Patel Patel is fabulous and she’s very down to earth. Dr. Patel is very gentle she use the machine to clean my teeth and I have not been able to tolerate that any other dentist that I have been too.

I have to take the time to write a somewhat lengthy review as it is well deserved. First of all, they are very accommodating. They allow for Sat appts which Are very convenient. Second, the she staff from the front office to the hygienists and assistants to the dentists have all be incredibly personable and professional. I have to give a shout out to Daisy and Dr Amin. Not only is their “chair-side” manner, the type all offices should strive to attain, their craftsmanship of their work and knowledge was just astounding. Every visit I’ve had prior to my latest, while it has been with others here, have also been very pleasant and I highly recommend this office to EVERYONE. I didn’t expect an office that offered Saturdays to be one as personable as this and figured maybe it would’ve been like every other trying to make a buck. Honestly, of all the practices I’ve been to, this is by far the most comfortable I’ve ever been in this environment and I recommend those who are apprehensive to go to the dentist or who are looking for a new one to give them a try!

Googled dentists in my area on Monday (It has to be no less than 5 in walking distance of eachother), Found these guys and called for an emergency appt for a cracked tooth. Spoke to the sweetest most helpful woman (Tanya) and she walked me through my insurance verification and got me an appointment next day. Went in Tuesday and I barely got to browse on my phone before they were calling me to the back. Met Dr. Sharma and he smoothly walked me through his suggestions for work to be performed. After we agreed it was time for scheduling. In comes Tanya. I told her i wanted to get it done as soon as possible because i was going out of town for the weekend, but I also didnt want to take time off from work. She sat there right in front of me and worked some magic to get me a perfect slot in between other patients that were already booked. I told her i only had an hour and a half to spare, can it be done in that time frame. I know what youre thinking, same thing i thought, She can make this appt, get me in the chair, and Im at the mercy of however long it takes as long as Im here. Her eye contact and tone gave me solace and assurance so we booked it. Fast forward to today (Thursday). I walk in a little earlier than scheduled to be greeted by 2 beautiful friendly faces (Tanya and Nicole). Again, before I got comfortable in the waiting area, here comes another sweetheart (Abby) calling me to the back. I get comfortable, kick my shoes off, throw in my earpods and here comes yet another sweetheart(Claudia) to make make sure Im good while I wait on Dr. Sharma. Within 15 minutes of sitting in the chair, Im already numb and ready to go. They lay me back, open me up and get to it. Dr. Sharma was gentle, professional and thorough with his craft. I came out with all of my expectations exceeded. Long story a little less long, I am super satisfied and guess what?... I walked out in an hour and 20 minutes..GO TANYA.For each review that I read that calls this practice Unprofessional, I tell you like I tell my son, If everybody is crazy, maybe youre the one thats insaneThank you all and see you soon.
