Pan was not nonstick. I have purchased other Swiss Diamond pans and they are good. Terrible customer service and they refused to allow for credit or exchange due to their misinterpretation of many photos they had me send. Very insulting to a 79 year old cook who did not mishandle the pan. Poached egg is still stuck to pan even though I cooked it exactly the same as I have in the past in other pans.

Very negative atmosphere do not recommend stay away.I was in there for a job interview and the whole time we were walking around I was talked down to. I forgot the managers name but she did the same thing to the employee working there right in front of me witch made me feel more uncomfortable. I could not wait to get out of there and never look back. Im sorry that I couldnt remember her name.

As a cookware business, Swiss Made Brands Inc. cookware is one of the best I ever used. However, when comes to being a employer; please run. The owner is a male chauvinist, prejudice, and down right disrespectful to his employees who are of color. I was working for this very small company for almost a year and I felt as if I was the black maid. I was told when I was first hired that I would be the Operations Manager and I would have others working under me. That was a total lie. The so called director hired friends of his which turned quickly became the ones I had to answer to. Also, the company only had a total of 4 to 5 employees at one time of which none were of color except myself. In almost a years time, I saw 5 employees either resign or get fired for things that were false. When ever there were interviews for the various open positions available; I saw one person of color come in for a interview. The culture there was fueled by; unprofessionalism, biased, and racially motivated actions. Also, the owner would over charge customers for freight in the excess of more than 150%. When I would question these practices; my thoughts would fall on deaf ears. Any suggestions made on my behalf were always discounted. I was there just to do what I was told and dont question anything. My years of experience and my Master of Financial Management didnt mean a thing to this company. Furthermore, there was constant violations of the HIPPA policy. The office staff would constantly speak on private matters of other staff members. So I behoove you, if you are looking for a employer who; under pays you, berates you, disrespects you, lies, doesnt respect your rights, is a racist, scammer, and is not respected in the cookware industry, be my guess and work at Swiss Made Brands USA. If you want a real career with a company with growth potential, quickly pass by 200-Forsyth Hall Drive. Believe me I am not a bitter ex employee, I am just trying to prevent another unsuspecting person from falling in the sunken place they call Swiss Diamond.

This is the best cookware that i have ever tried. Swiss Gourmet Usa is the US Distributor of Swiss Diamond cookware, and every time i have had to call, their customer service is On Point! They always treat me well, and are very knowledgeable of their wonderful product. Since this is a review of the US subsidiary and not the cookware its self, I will save that for elsewhere, but stop by, call or chat with them, and they will be super helpful.
