Ive used this Proshred once a year several years for my company to do our annual purge of old documents. They are great and easy to work with! They brought a truck to our office to shred about 2 dozen boxes of filing at once. At every stage it is quick and painless, and the price is reasonable. I do recommend having your documents in boxes. I plan to keep working with them!

Used ProShred for shredding piles of personal paper and made couple of trips to the location. On both occasions Marcus helped me. His professionalism and pleasant attitude embodied Customer Service. He rolled out the bin, we emptied out the bags, boxes and he would take it in for shredding. Made it all simple and easy.Love the drop off service and would highly recommend them.

Proshred did a great job for me. I asked for service at my home and they sent a truck. Service was very quick. The filled up a container with my papers, rolled it to truck and I was able to watch a camera feed while the machine shred all my papers. Very cool. Darrien was the technician and he was very nice and knew what he was doing. It was nice to work with a Pro like Darrien.

Super service. Very quick and easy to get some old tax returns and bank statements shredded. Highly recommend.

Havent been serviced for 4 months so my box is overflowing. I called to find out whats going on and the lady had an attitude said they could service me in two weeks and no sooner. I was told i did not need to get upset. Very unprofessional. Acted like they didnt care to have my business.

What a great service! They scheduled a two hour window, called the day before to confirm it, called when they were on their way and arrived 10 minutes later. The shredding was quick and easy. The tech they sent was SO nice! Courteous, efficient, helpful and accommodating. In fact he was so great I wrote this to the company, “I just wanted to let you know I was DELIGHTED by the service tech you sent to do my shredding. If there were more people like him in the world it would be a better place. A way way way better place. Please tell him thank you for me, I really enjoyed working with your company and and will recommend you in the future to any one who asks.” So, yeah, I highly recommend Proshred!

Convenient location. $10 per bankers box full of paper. Price seems fair to me. However, the lady that helped me was rushed and unfriendly and promised to send the destruction certificate once the printer was working again, but didnt. I dont like it when people dont follow through. Have used them twice in a year and I recommend them.

Super impressed with Proshred residential onsite service. It was quick and easy to coordinate. Anngelica Tudor was polite and personable as she scheduled our appointment. Corey the driver was professional, quick and efficient. He called prior to arriving to let us know he was on his way. Overall highly recommend the service. Tops!

Haney did everything he promised, both in emails and on phone. George showed up on time,( a rarity in Charlotte), with a smile, explained everything he was going to do and allowed us to watch him do the job. Excellent service at a very fair price.

Our company has been using ProShred for several years. We have been very pleased. They have great customer service and the guys who come for the pickups are so nice and friendly. We are located in Harrisburg and they still come out to our location. After doing price comparisons, they are very inexpensive with no hidden fees that we experienced with other shredding companies in the area. Great company, highly recommended!

I called on Monday to arrange for a pick up on Wednesday. The person answering the phone said they were driving but took my information, set up an appointment and said they would call me back in 30 minutes, for what Im not sure. They never called back. I called again on Tuesday and my call went to voicemail. I left a message but didnt get a return call. They didnt show up for the appointment on Wednesday. Very poor service responsiveness. They might be cheaper than some of the other ones but they have to show up!!!!!

I needed to clear out some old filing and paperwork that would be too much work for a personal shredder, so I called Proshed and the salesperson (Greg) was great and set me up right away. Great service and guidance and I will use them again.

If you are looking for efficiency and professional accountability this is not the company to work with. I explained on my first call to Pro Shred that I had over 40lbs of architectural drawings that needed to be picked up and shredded. I received an email that I would be called an hour in advance to alert me that Pro Shred would be coming. Never got that. And they came at 5pm and it took 3 hours after our office closed for them to finish. The driver that came out was unprepared, unprofessional and rude to my staff. Because of the time it took we received an outrageous bill cost. I cant say enough about what a horrible experience this was.

I had a wonderful and fantastic experience using PROSHRED Charlotte to shred my documents. Greg, James and Darrien provided me with excellent customer service. I highly recommend using this company. I feel very strongly that you will not be disappointed.

We have used Proshred services for more than 10 years. Recently we had a need to purge about 10 years of documents from our offsite storage location. They made the process easy via emails not wasting my time on the phone to get it set up. Made suggestions that would save us time and money. Discounted the extra service without making us ask or check other options to get all the archives shredded. The driver was simply AWESOME. He called to ask if he could arrive early and then assisted us with the process of emptying boxes into their containers to load them into the shred truck. He shredded 18 containers of paper onsite in a very reasonable amount of time without a single complaint or losing his smile. He was professional and polite as everyone I have dealt with from the Company. We cant thank him enough for his help as we worked him very hard that day!
