I have a Hp Pavilion g7, that I purchased from Best Buy, but for some reason it kept booting back to the start menu. I took it bk best buy to have it checked and they quoted me at $300 for windows 7. My friend gave me this guy Kash business card from Mr Computer Express. Not only did he have my system ready in 3 hrs for $100, but he actually installed the complete Microsoft office and not the starter pack that initially came with my system. Unprofessional, rude and overly inflated prices for bad service. Left our computer disassembled/open for days with no part in stock. Broke our computer casing during component installation. Store is never open on time and they barely ever answer the phone. Extremely horrible experience.

I was having problems with the Dell latitude e6500 then explain everything between hardware and software so I traded in my old laptop for another one in the price was very reasonable
