Extremely impressed with Excellent Quality of Best Steamer. The professionalism, experience, knowledge and equipment is second to none. Instead of cleaning just the top layer of carpet that most companies will do but not address the thorough drying of the water to clean carpet, Best Steamer actually dries up / pulls out the water that gets trapped in the carpet padding. If water is left trapped in the carpet padding, mold will form plus the carpet gets ruined. These pictures actually dont show how bright the carpet is after cleaning.Best Steamer is worth the price!! The price that was given to me was very reasonable and didnt go over my budget. Van was exceptional when it came to his customer service. Also super considerate to close the front door seeing that today was a cold day. Van found time to squeeze me into his extremely busy schedule, which I was grateful for and appreciate so much.The cleaning of my master room was done in a timely fashion while using products that guaranteed the removal of stains that my carpet had. last but not least super friendly. Van did an excellent job cleaning my carpets! This is the first time I have used their services. The carpet I have on the stairs and upstairs are 20 years old. He cleaned and made them the best they have looked since they were new. He also was able to remove all of the stains.

Van is fantastic!! This is the second time I have hired him and he has done an incredible job each time. I hired him to clean my mothers carpets to take care of just dirt in general but also pet stains and orders because she has two dogs and fosters other dogs on occasion. Omg! I have never experienced such a wonderful and professional service like Mr. Van! He did an awesome job on our new home. The carpets look brand new and our hard wood floors are back to new and shiny! The previous owners had a dog and he got the smell out and treated the carpet. Awesome work and so caring!

Service is good (but not very well), but the price is extremely much. I have small rug, and when I asked how much to clean it I found his price is more than rugs price as new. The guy who did the service looked like he wanted to finish it anyway and leave. He also mentioned something ridiculous that color of the furniture will change the price!Again, their service was good, but it wasnt worthy even for half of money they got.

Saturday.....Mr. Van showed up on time. He was very cordial and had a big smile. I havent had my carpet cleaned in 6yrs and i must say they look new. He did an awesome job on my stairway and bedrooms. I am not one to give reviews but he is very good and i recommend his services. Thanks Van, Tina.

I am a property manager and usually call the other well known steamer company for my properties. I called Best Steamer after the price I was quoted by my the other folks increased by a lot.The rental house that I called about had more stained areas than clean areas and I really didnt know if It could be cleaned enough to make it rentable again.Van from Best Steamer came out and spent an incredible amount of time spraying a pretreatment on and them brushing or scrubbing the pretreatment in.
