This place is great fast convenient and open pretty late! I will definitely be coming again! (However they did actually say that they would give me a discount if I wrote this review………. However all of the thoughts up their are my own and “I did actually write this review” I’m just saying that if they did not prompt me then I would’ve been to lazy to write this.)

Very nice self service wash as a mom it helps me keep my car clean from all the cookie crumbs and dropped snacks

I have the monthly pass where you can get unlimited washes for the month and I love it. I can just roll through once a week after work and it keeps my truck looking clean inside and out. Highly recommend it if you like to keep your car clean but don’t always have time to wash or detail it yourself.

I was gifted a free car wash if I left a review and when I went to redeem my free car wash, my code was “invalid”. Disappointing to say the least, I was really hoping to use the car wash mostly to vacuum out water in my car for free anyways, but had to pay the now $10, when it used to be $8.

I usually leave food reviews but this place just happened to be one of the nicest auto washes Ive been to. Doesnt web your car and they even have any interior cleaner you need, car left this place cleaned than when I first bought it. About out to the staff here as well, willing to answer questions or help out when needed!

I’ve been in Charlotte for 3 years and this is the only cash wash I come to. Everyone is friendly and helpful, even when it’s hot as hell. Vacuums are always clean and the give you free towels to use as well.

I did not remove my bike rack before I went through the car wash. As a result, my car was not as clean as it should have been. One of the associates allowed me to run my car through the car wash again with no extra charge. I appreciated his professionalism and his extension of kindness.

Ive been trying cancel their membership for 3 months due to tire damage. You cant cancel by phone or in person...you have to issue a ticket online which they never respond to. The number on my receipt is disconnected and there are no other contact numbers. Poor quality and customer service. It sucks I have to keep losing money due to this scam company. Never again for me but if you want a poor wash quality and a hassle trying to cancel then these are your guys. TERRIBLE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!

The outcome on my vehicle is amazing they did an amazing job. I feel this Zip is better that the prior franchise. Kwon (sp?) was super professional and friendly. I felt compelled to let him know I was truly pleased with the cleanliness and shine of my vehicles. All the guys are truly professional and helpful. I had a great wash experiences. Strongly recommend this car wash.

Amazing car wash with enough stalls to vacuum no matter how busy. Definitely going to be using this one as my main car wash!

Zips on N Tryon is my go to when I need a fast, good quality car wash. The guys there prep the car well before entering the actual car wash. A must go to express car wash.

This Zipps had a very complicated entrance. Normally after wash, Zipps offers towels and window cleaner bottle to dry and clean windows, this Zipps did not. Cars were coming in through the exit to use the vacuums.

Went for the first time. Only didnt like that there werent towels to wipe down the car after the wash. But, I can just bring my own next time. Other than that, im ok with the price and I like that I can vacuum my car on my own.

This car wash breaks down all the time. Its so ruff on my that it popped my mirror. Of course Zips does not take responsibility. And the manager is only 15 from that looks of it.Needless to say after 3yrs , I canceled my membership and signed up with Sams Express. Sams express is much gentler on my car.

Purchased the $20 wash and while it was ok it did miss a few spots. The vacuums are really strong and easy to use. The location is also well built so you can get in and out easier. Overall it was ok enough to want to come back.

The membership is a ripoff Im charged twice for a month 34.95 and then a couple of days later $20 Ive sent two if not 3emails to the company about this...and to cancel my membership... NO REPLY!! ask for a refund an explanation of the extra draft NO REPLY... so now Im forced to go to the location and talk to someone because no one is answering the phone.

Did you change the hours to 8:00 a.m. in the morning? I used to get my car washed in the morning before work and now every time I get there its not open yet. Annoying when you sign up for a service based on one set of circumstances and the business changes it just to save an hour of Labor

Probably one of the best automatic car washes youll go through. Their best wash is a little pricey at $20, but its worth it! It has a good number of brushes, and they have buffing wheels after the wash, all automatic. The place has a lot of stuff crammed into a small area so it feels cramped. Totally worth a drop in if you need a quick but good quality wash

SCAM!!! Do not go here. I signed up for a promo for the unlimited monthly and am STILL trying to receive my refund for canceling after 3 months...I had to submit fraud to my bank. Zips Customer service connected me to a spam phone number for the refund. A joke. The wash never even removed much dirt. Warning to not go to any of the locations...

Great car wash! Free vacuuming! My car is white and it was still seeing because of construction near where I stay it was covered in red clay dirt it was breaking my heart how bad it looked.... be warned your side view mirrors will get moved side the cleaning brushes! I paid for the top wash for rain protectant he got every Speck of dirt off and it has rained at least once since then and my car still looks pretty good!

First time Ive used this carwash. It was alright but didnt get the majority of bug poo off my car. The end of the wash has a buffer section and the rollers look shoddy. The vacuums worked well, and the parking spots were sectioned off for social distancing. For $16 I feel I shouldve gotten a cleaner car.

The vacuums have great suction and cleaned my interior perfectly. The wash was nice and lots of 🧼 soap, but a little residue or dirt was left behind, but i did buy a basic wash.

Automated car wash but attendants make you feel welcome and add a modest, personal touch. Jerrick (not sure of the spelling) even put tire shine on my wheels when I ran out of my own. Also showed my daughter how to use mat cleaner. Nice kid. Definitely recommend.

Great vaccumes..only downside is the car mat machine is removed but its still a great spot to keep your car looking new.. definitely worth the money!

This place has gone down since the name change ... The last 3 times Ive been there my car has never really ever been clean. I get the $12 sevice (used to be $10) which is the mid grade wash with tire shine... I would be really salty if I did a more expensive wash. The guys forget to scrub the front and back of your car which they should do because the hanging rags or whatever they are, never touch the front or back/trunk area. The wash water also smells a little like sewage.... The vacuums dont have great suction. I dont think I will be back.

This place was horrible the wash itself was ok, $20 wash got my whip clean but thats it. The vacuum head kept coming off so I grab the one next to me once the driver left and it had less suction on it. Not to mention nobody (including employees) had on mask and I think it was a who can play their music the loudest competition. Needless to say I wont be back

My cars look nice but i was getting chips on my paint.

Took care of most of the stuck on grime, but did not touch the brake dust on my wheels.

What?? I have to give it one star rather than none? You can get a great $3 car wash here for $21.45. Unless you and three of your stoner buds can each cough up $5.40 each for approx 90 seconds of colored foam and lights, wait for it to rain!

My car wasnt clean. The attendant didnt prewash my car. The just sprayed the three front and I paid for the $16 wash. This wasnt the first time, but it will be the last time.
