The Manager Christian and also Curtis always do an absolutely fantastic job! They always exhibit incredible energy as they move about the property.Both are extremely personable with all of the guest and I highly recommend you go see them if you need to witness great service in action. Nice car wash, but I wonder how they differentiate between cars while providing service. I took the $21 one (top wash + hot wax). Apparently, every other car seemed to get the same service. Not sure if everyone takes only the most expensive option or I got shortchanged.

Never more than 1 lane open, so even if you have a subscription you’re stuck waiting on everyone to try and process a credit card. Half the vacuums don’t work. Towels could be cleaner. Canceling and going to a place with multiple lanes open.

I love this location. It’s very convenient for me and my family to come here. The management team is phenomenal

The car wash is almost great, but when add the shine for the tires touches a little the edge of the bottom of your car and you have to wipe it out yourself. The service with the guy who process your payment is great but the manager/the girl that works inside of the office where you buy the supplies to clean the inside of your car, that girl is very rude. And not all the vacums work. Other than that is good. That explain my 4 stars for review.

Awesome place I came here all the time when it used to be WIki wiki. Had such a great experience here that I am in the parking lot leaving this review. First off they had a Black Friday special for their most expensive wash membership at $14.99. I wish I caught the man’s name but the way he was I’m sure he was the manager! He was very helpful, friendly, nice and threw in a few free wipes for me. I appreciate it. It is definitely clean here, the vacuums are so strong it pulled my mat up out my car! I love that, gets all the dirt and debris out! I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

I’m super picky about where I take my cars to get cleaned, and I only take them to Zips, and have Hernan take care of them. He is always very nice, quick and efficient, and does a phenomenal job. Scratched my brand new white car! Also the entire back window and back of the car was still incredibly dirty after it went through the wash - wiper lines were still very visible. Reached out to explain I spent $17 for an unwashed car and received no response from the company.

Free vacuums.. I never have to search for quarters again. Also their wash quality is awesome and moreover they have awesome lights, so if you go after sunset youll enjoy your car wash.

I have a membership at Zips! The owner/ manager is always out checking on the customers. The staff is comprised of the best of the best. They always smile at you. Jordi and the rest of the guys are fabulous. I really do enjoy getting my car washed here. I have even had an upgrade happen once because the gate didn’t open fast. That was awesome. There are vacuuming spots and a lot of them. The vacuums are strong and clean. Overall 5 star ⭐️ wash!

I had the best quick wash experience ever here at Zips Car Wash. Christian (the employee that helped me) was absolutely phenomenal! Professional, detailed, and courteous. It is hard to find people that take pride in making sure customer are happy and satisfied, but that is exactly what Christian is all about! Well done keep up the good work!

Not as cheap as the former wiki wash that used to be here but overall a good value. I had an exceptionally dirty car, and for the most part the wash got the exterior clean. The roof and hood are still not great (thus 3 stars) and Ive seen cleaner windows. They do have free vacuums and a floor mat beater, both of which are probably worth the price of the wash.Overall a good value, especially if you wash often. If you need a deeper cleaning get the monthly pass or go through like 5x.

Do not sign up for the unlimited wash plan. Im not one to complain, but Zips has one of the worst customer service departments Ive ever seen. They continue to charge me after recognizing I properly completed the cancelation form (over a month ago!) online. Im going to be forced to change my credit card number. Just unfathomably bad service. Stay away.

Took our van for a quick wash and vacuum after checking their timings. Google had their timings as open till 8pm on a Sunday. I arrived at 7:15pm and was able to get the car washed but the attendant stopped me from vacuuming saying that they close early on weekends. I pointed out that I had payed for the wash and it was only 7:20pm, and was still denied the “free vacuuming” service. Won’t be recommending or returning here for the future.

I usually prefer to wash my own vehicle, but when I dont feel like it or generally want to go focus on detailing.....never been disappointed!

The car wasnt fully clean, but zips made it right. The vacuums are great also.

Vacuums are down which is understandable but they still charged full price. Our car was clearly covered in bugs from our trip into town and the guy didn’t even bother to scrub. Our car looks just as dirty as it did when we came in and for as much as we loved this place when it was Wiki, Zips failed. Our tire shine has gaps, our windshield and front of our brand new car are still plastered with bugs and we couldn’t get a few ash because the guy was completely alone. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Today I went to Zips around 10am to wash my car. I needed help at the payment machine and the manager assisted me. She was really helpful. After washing my car I wanted to vaccuum but the hose wasnt working. I saw that the manager was swamped with customers needing help and realized that she was working alone. Shame on Zips for having a young woman working by herself with no help. We live in a time when anything is possible!!. I waited for her to finish helping others in the office and outside before I approached her. She fixed the problem and kept her nice attitude. I commend her on that. My car wasnt as clean as I would have liked but I will return for the good service that she provided. ZIPS NEEDS TO DO BETTER!!!

Usually the tire shine isnt working. My car isnt dry when I pull out. Car isnt as clean as the Wiki.

One of the best drive through car washes in the Tyvola area. Free vacuums are included in the price and memberships are best go to option here as you get unlimited washes and very useful during the rainy season. The only issue with the place is the entry is right next to the signal and sometime there is a queue of cars waiting to get in as they have only limited spots and there by end up blocking the intersection of the incoming traffic in that line.

I don’t know why everybody rates this place so high. It costs the same as autobell but you have to do all the interior yourself. On top of that, the exterior of my car, especially the wheels, was still pretty dirty - very little effort put in on the pre-wash pressure wash and soap.

Watch your credit card business here. After discussing with Zips to cancel continuous charges, this company lied and said they would stop their continuous charges. I have taken things to the bank to shut off my card, forced to work for my money to be returned to me and wait for a new card to make all the changes associated with this Zips issue to continue service with genuine honest businesses I deal with regularly. Too much trouble and aggravation caused by Zips.

I like this location as it is close to where I live. Get decent wash here. Prices are comparable to any other car wash. I own a CUV and sometimes the front does not cleaned up properly. So one less star.

This place has always been top of the line when it comes to customer service. I’m a driver and come to this car wash nearly everyday and it’s always clean and accommodating for everything i need to keep my car clean and vacuumed . Hey wiki wiki, I wanted to share my first experience at the south end Charlotte location. I really love how Jo and Letta really welcome me to wiki wiki. I had purchased the unlimited wax and shine plan that same day because I felt like I was getting more for my money, compared to the competitors plans. And having my first new car I plan to keep it clean, keep it protected, keep it wiki wiki for as long as I own the car. And when I buy my next car i will be getting it washed and protected at wiki wiki. I will be recommending everyone I talk to go and get the vehicle cleaned at wiki wiki. Thanks

I used to love this place. It was a great wash. I always got the $10 wash...which is a wash and wheel shine. They must not up keep their stuff. The wheel shine was not just on my wheels. It was splotches up the sides on black which now looks splotchy awful and it didnt get the everyday grime off. Now i have to find somewhere new. I gave it 2 stars because their vacuums are great.

7.50 for a wash quickie wash is not bad. I really needed the access to the vacuuming center. They also have a power sprayer to clean off your car mats. Which works really good. My car still had some dirt on it when I went through the car wash but the staff was super friendly and let me run it through again. Its in a good location for easy access. I am sure I will go again.

(5 stars) This is my go to car wash in Charlotte. Prices are reasonable and the vacuums are included.UPDATE (1 star): since the purchase of Wiki Wiki by Zips Car Wash I refuse to go back. Despite the facilities being of quality, the customer support is awful and the membership a NIGHTMARE. I fell for the promo back in February like many others and have been charged over $240 since. I had contacted Zips multiple ways to cancel my membership after the promo ended and yet am still being charged. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am not surprised at how many others are experiencing the same thing. As of now, Zips refuses to credit my bank for the charges. This company is awful and I cannot justify going back.

I had my jeep washed at the zips in hickory today and my van washed there yesterday Im totally disappointed in the quality of service and the wash jobs on both vehicles. I guess having someone to run a brush over the bug covered front and the wheels was to costly for the new Zips wiki was a better wash provider.

The staff were friendly and helpful. One of the vacuum heads got stuck with trash and someone noticed me trying to clean it out and helped me. The manager made it a point to ask me if I needed anything while I was cleaning the car.

They do a wonderful job.

Great place to get car washed but some of the other Zips I have gone to did not have towels nor window cleaner so wasnt able to ger the full wash as I normally do.

Bought best wash. My truck looks the same as when I went in the wash. Some of the things in the wash didnt apply anything. The Buff and Dry never even touched my truck. Complete waste of money!

I bought a brand new car and started taking it to this place as the first place to get it washed. Even gotten a membership pass to get it washed daily. Soon after I started noticing fine scratches on the front and back of my car. They couldnt explain it. Ive only taken my car to this car wash. No others and I start seeing these scratches on a brand new car. This car had no scratches to being with. Im now left with a brand new car with scratches on it. They arent cleaning the wash system effectively ever night. Ive worked for a wash system like this before and this is due to dirt building up and left in the brushes. Those brushes need to be replaced if you all arent going to clean them correctly every night.

A decent mostly self service car wash.You pay at the drive through booth using the self service terminal (do get close), and then get whisked through the conveyer wash, with some staff doing some prep and scrubbing.If you need a vacuum that is free and self service in the bay on your way out.The seems pretty good, but does get pricey fast if you add extras, but you do get offered deals for adding another wash.So its great for a quick wash, but pricey considering this is mostly machine wash and self service.

Wiki wash is my familys new go to place to get our vehicle all nice and clean the service is great and the car wash is even better we always use hot lava with our wash to get a nice sparkly finish to our car and the kids they love going through it as well and they love the color of the hot lava wax they also have a vacuum area with two lage hoses with excellent suction that reach all the way around and through any sized vehicle to vacuum up all that dirt and grime from the inside of the car as well and the have a mat washing area where you can spray off those car mats and get them nice and clean its absolutely the best car wash weve seen YET!!!

Quick and easy. Not going to get your car showroom ready, but definitely gets it clean and shiny. With the monthly membership, the price makes a lot more sense. You can go through twice a day, and youre in and out in a few minutes. Convenient for sure!

Caring staff. Will re-wash without copping an attitude if all the bugs or dirt didnt come off first time through. Vacuums will suck the chrome off a bumper. Clean spacious area to vac & clean windows (but bring your own Windex!).
