At that time we were told the wait would likely be up to 8 months or more due to the strains on the supply chain in our current environment. Purchased an Audi R8 in December. After a couple weeks noticed a wobble around 70 mph. Figured it was a wheel out of balance. The tire place showed me the wheel was bent. In fact both of the front wheels were bent and the passenger side tire had a plug in it and was obviously driven on a flat as the side wall was worn. The car is a 2015 out of warrantee (obviously) and I purchased the car knowing it was as is. I take the responsibility for that. However, as a business owner myself, I go out of my way to make sure my customers are happy. You would think spending six figures on a car this would have been something they would be more than ready to remedy. My salesperson said the check was in the mail a couple months ago but nothing yet unless its coming from Siberia. The money spent on a new set of wheels really isnt my problem. A couple thousand in the grand scheme of things is peanuts compared to making things right and doing the right thing. As I said it was as is but this was not my first big investment in a car and wont be the last. One thing is certain--- I will not spend any more money at this dealer.

Super experience! Looked at a vehicle and a week later purchased it. No pressures all, very professional and helpful. Tony in Sales helped with vehicle demonstration- he knew every detail about the vehicle regarding technology and how to do what. I purchased a Jaguar XK8 convertible in April and was assured a full inspection had been completed. After purchasing, I took it to my mechanic to have it checked out for possible issues as this is an older vehicle. The mechanic found oil in the coolant system and found the 2 back tires were from 2004 and the front tires were from 2012. These tires should have failed an inspection, especially at a dealer whos caliber is handling the best vehicles on the market. I called and spoke with Bill Taylor who helped by flushing the coolant system and replacing the back tires. Within a week there was oil again in the coolant system, meaning this issue was part of a larger problem the dealer should have seen and handled before selling the vehicle as this problem means radiator and hose replacement. I had V-12 motors and another mechanic look at the vehicle to ensure this was indeed the problem. My mechanic called the dealer and they refused accountability for the problem.In sum: Be wary of buying a vehicle from here that is not brand new, and have a second outside source look over the vehicle before buying.

The lot was full of clean foreign cars. I took my grandson to see a Maserati for the first time. Then he saw an Aston Martin Vulcan and was so happy. It is the featured car in one of his favorite games.The staff was friendly and accommodating.

This place is awesome! I found a car online that I really liked so called the dealership and spoke to Sal. He set me up with an appointment to come see the vehicle. I live in Raleigh so it was a bit of a drive but it was worth every mile the whole process was flawless! I was a little intimidated by going to this dealership because the median value of a vehicle they sell is about a quarter million dollars, but that being said the second I pulled up to the second I left I felt welcomed and not out of place. I bought an Audi A4 from them and the car is everything they said it was. When I arrived Sal was waiting for me and was able to help me out with every need! I am cautious about buying vehicles so I had the vehicle checked out at a local foreign cars garage in the area and Sal and the dealership had no issues with this which is nice and makes the peace of mind easier! Although Sal did advise that it probably was a waste of money because they are so good at what they do, which he was right because the vehicle checked out beautifully! Needless to say i bought the vehicle from them 2 months ago and haven’t had an issue at all! I spoke to Sal regarding the 2011 Mercedes Benz E63. Sal told me the car had no issues. I drove 12 hours for the car from Chicago to North Carolina only to find out the car had major oil leaks.We asked Bill, the used car sales manager to have their technician check the car. Bill refused to do that. Bill told me either I buy the car or go back to Illinois.I decided to not buy the car.This is the worst dealership I’ve ever been to.

I visited the dealership for the first time to get my Maserati serviced. It was my first need for service as I have only owned the 2014 car since last January. I was beyond impressed. The service area was impeccable, the people fabulous, and the environment comfortable. Jaylyn drove me to my office and he was so good he almost convinced me to buy the car we were driving in. No one likes to get their car serviced, but honestly it was a fabulous experience and I felt like everyone was honest with me and treated me with grace. I have a low mileage 2014 Vantage purchased from FCC about 3 months ago. Sal guided me through the sales process, he was professional and it was fair. My other dealings have been with the Aston service personal.Today I visited out of the blue to follow up on my Service Contract and find out if my navigation could be updated; Scott MacDonald was extremely helpful walking me through the process and taking time to answer questions. Geoffrey Flores replaced the chip, reset the navigation, again taking time to answer questions.Previous visits have been handled with similar professionalism - Robert stands out but in fairness every one I have dealt with at FCC has been very professional.Today stands out as no appointment was made and both Scott and Geoff are busy individuals. Can we give this place more STARS????? I initially wrote a review (A plus rating to note) and it was posted to the Maserati dealership. They were great too! Yuri was our sales representative. Honest, courteous and knowledgeable. Not to sound like a broken record.....the total experience was refreshing. I admire how they treated us. Like they knew us for years. Purchased a 2014 Maserati Quattroporte, and the entire experience was exceptional. Everyone was incredibly friendly and professional, include my salesman, the Sales Manager, the finance manager and even the General Manager, who came by and spent a few minutes with me talking about the car.The car was exactly as described. The dealer installed two new tires and even gave me a full tank of gas. They also arranged for a gentleman to give me some pointers on the features of the car before I drove home. All in all, the best car purchase experience Ive EVER had.
