This company actually comes up when searching credit unions for Charlotte, but they are in Monroe. I am giving them 1 star because zero stars isnt available. I called the number to find out for sure that they did not offer banking services. Someone named Wanda answered and told me they didnt provide banking services. I went on to ask questions about the services they provide and the fees. She mentioned a consultation fee of almost $100 dollars, but became rude when I asked what other fees there were. I told her other companies openly share the fees for their services. She angrily said she was not other companies, wasnt doing it today, and rudely hung up. I strongly recommend you never consider this company for business. They obviously have something to hide. Take your business to a company willing to openly disclose fees or at least give approximates, and definitely try to make sure they have courteous, responsible, respectful, professionals as workers. This ones representation did not meet the criteria.

Im so grateful for Wanda and Improve Credit. Wanda recently negotiated with Ford Motor Company to have an lien taking off my credit report. Wanda is currently working to lower my student loans and I just signed up for Improve Credits monthly credit check program. This program informs you of any tampering of my credit . An addition Wanda will advise me monthly on what to do to increase and maintain a good credit score and more! Writing the personal review to grade this company result As someone who researches I found this company to be true and certain in what they say they can do. I was designed a path to help me reach my credit goals and I purposed to stay committed to the process which I feel is very important. After a reasonable amount of time 3 months my scores went up and now they stay up. They will make sure you don’t fail, I tried it on my own and failed.

Your team has done a wonderful job on our credit repair, never would have thought that you could do so much in a relatively short time ( 3 Months). We have been able to receive better interest rates and borrow with more understanding. We have also told all our friends and family about the great job you have done for us, we are sure some have or will be contacting you.

The collection calls would not stop ,i was stressed out for months dodging everyone who said I owed them. Wanda was very knowledgeable about what she knew about credit and was very informative. She couldn’t really help me though and that’s why I’m giving the low rating I feel the 99 dollar consultation fee is kind of like the first of a bunch of hidden fees because after that fee and once your on the phone is when they tell you oh it’s 250 a month. So even if I was to use their services I would have to have paid the 99 plus the 250 every month plus the total I needed to save up to work on my credit in the first place. So just beware that the $99 just gets your a phone call and then you have to start paying other monthly fees. I’m sure it’s worh it for others but just wasn’t for me and the credit repair damage control I needed it’s better off just saving on my own . I felt like I wasted 99 dollars because I still didn’t get the help I wanted and I am still fixing my credit on my own.

I just called you and a guy answered the phone he didnt even announce what agency this was I had to ask is this a credit counseling agency then he said $99 to start so the first thing on the top of my head is your all about money and all you care about is the money you get. The second thing is when I asked him could you tell me anything more about your agency how about how long you been in business how about what your name is how about how many people you have working in your agency he couldnt tell me any of that his next question was whats your credit score. When I first started my journey I went through very difficult credit card companies working to get my debt under control. Shes acted arrogantly and came across as not trustworthy when she said she tried to call me. I told her I never received a missed call or a message and she said she must have dialed the wrong number. When asked why not email she didn’t give an answer. I hope for her sake she can sleep at night if this is the way she treats people. If I would’ve known this I would’ve stayed away from these folks.

Years ago I reached out to Wanda for help with repairing my credit. At that time I didnt use her service because I looked at it from only a cost perspective vs looking at the return on my investment.
