Dont waste your time with these untrained people, they will cancel your account without noticing you.And you will just be surprised.Please dont trust them

They just canceled our company account without notifying us, and none of the employees received there pay when they should have. They do not hold themselves accountable for their actions!

Dont bother calling , they must have 2 people working call center ! I am calling in regards to my old company closing and needing my W2 and my wifes W2 and so far have been on hold for 30 mins! Time is short and its being wasted. They describe everything online but not what I am calling for . Will update if I get an answer and they sway my opinion . They state online they are open from 8am-8pm , so whats the hold up? Its now 704pm on Tuesday February 7th, 2017
