The barbers in this shop do an excellent job. I have been going there for 3 years since moving to Charlotte. The prices are reasonable and the shop is very clean. My husband also gets his hair cut there. We both are very pleased with the service!!

Customer service horrible👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾i was literally ignored and my son was skipped 3 TIMES...and on top of that, when I finally got acknowledged by a barber, the female was trying to get him to cut SOMEONE ELSE hair that came after me because hehad to go to work as if I dont have to be somewhere as well. Just no courtesy or respect. There are too many other barbers shops who can be friendly at the same time, just go somewhere else! Its funny how people are ok providing poor service that they wouldnt except themselves.

Brandon is a great Berber, and has great customer service. If someone else is cutting your hair you’re making a mistake.

I took a chance in November and I was impressed. As one with curly hair it can be difficulty finding a barber that cut the way I want. I havent allow anyone to cut my hair since I left Tampa two years ago but Kevin was great. He made me comfortable & being a female that can be hard. He was so respectful and engaging. He listened to what I wanted...I loved my cut. This is my new shop.

Great barber shop . They get busy but thats a testament to the work they do there. They offer appointments and if you are like me an too lazy to make one the great thing about this shop is there is usually a good amount of barbers there so wait times arent dramatically long like some shops with only 2 or 3 barbers there.Cuts are always nice! barbers Ive had very professional .

By far one of the worst haircuts I’ve received. I have dark and light spots all over my head. I understand that you have to clients to gain experience but I shouldn’t be walking around with patches of dark and light spots. I’d rather not go there anymore.

Barber didnt had any idea how to do asian hair cut!! In addition Regular cut was written 15 and then in the end when I asked him how much it is (I was holding the $20 bill in hand) suddenly rate went up to 20. Barber said its 20!! I was planning to tip him and not leave a review but trust is what I felt like coming here for review. They lost a custimer and all the references!!!!

Ive been coming here for years now, since I moved to Charlotte. I love this barbershop and Roderick, hes been taking care of my son and brother since the beginning. Its very clean and will lit. As a female I feel totally safe coming here, its not the typical banter and trash talk that goes on at most barbershops, I recommend Whos Next for those in the Steele Creek / SW Charlotte area.

Walked in and was impressed at the number of people working especially on a Saturday. Tons of stations as well so expect the wait to be short.Also Im typically skeptical about going to any new barber shop. But this was one of the best haircuts Ive received for my time in the charlotte area.

Pretty nice place to hang out. Lots of TVs usually playing sports or sports-talk. Clippers are cleaned out with compressed air... Loud but effective.Barbers care about the morning and are capable of all types of cuts.

Just moved to Charlotte two weeks ago, needed a barber who could do a razor cut on my head and face and not have me all messed up. Rod took his time and did me right. Nice shop and atomsphere

Literally the worst haircut Ive had in my life. if you dont have black people hair, they dont know what the hell theyre doing. the guy didnt use clippers at all. the white guy at the back did a good job with my brothers buzzcut though. I dont know if a buzzcut really counts

Had to wait for an hour before my turn came in. Also they dont maintain any token system which led to many going ahead of those who came in first. Also got intimidated by the barber who told me I was wrong to suggest wanting to trim a little bit more hair in the end. Thankfully this is my last visit.

Worst haircut I’ve ever received and they charge $2 extra if you use a card to pay. Also, some of the barbers were sleeping on the couch in front of me while I was getting my cut.
