I recently came into town for work, and this place was unfortunately one of the first places I stopped. I can’t speak on their quality of haircuts because I did not get one. But I can’t express the unprofessionalism enough!When I came in and sat down. I hit my little disposable vape, and was immediately RUDELY scrutinized by the individual up front. I have absolutely no problem following any rules given to me in someone else’s establishment. Therefore as soon as he told me that I can’t smoke in there, I apologized and put my device in my pocket. The he CONTINUED to berate me, and attempted to argue with me as if my non-tobacco disposable vaperizor was something that would offend me if someone was smoking in MY establishment.I do believe that he has a right to his opinion on the matter and I have no problem being asked to put it up. But I had to stop him, and ask if he HEARD me apologize. It would have seemed as if I’d stuck him the middle finger rather than properly responded to his initial request.Very rude and disrespectful. I immediately left and even as I was walking out of the door her continued to berate me. Will never be going here or sending anyone here.

Came here once months ago and they charge more than other barbers. Couple dollars extra is ok, but at least make sure quality shows for it. Could’ve went to great clips for the same cut. Decided to come and try again, and was a waste of time. Came almost 1hr before closing with my son. Only 2 people working and an empty lobby. They waited 5 min before whispering to each other and said to me they can’t cut my hair cause they were “full”. Full where? It’s an empty lobby.

We are new to the area and needed a good barber for my son. Im so glad we stumbled across Kutt Masters! I could tell my son felt brand new when Torrey finished with his cut. Will return.

Great place for a clean haircut. I regularly go to Rome but the other barbers do great work as well. Can be busy at times so expect a wait.

The man was so bad at shaping up hairlines he left marks all around my forhead and neck. This was awful AND painful.

Ive been taking my son to this shop for the last 8 years and as long as Im in the Charlotte area and Kut Masters is around, we will be there!! The barbers are helpful, not to mention friendly!! The best female barber in the QC hands down is Jordan!!!!!!! Go check her out. If you have a pushed back hairline, she will bring it out. If you need to fill in that bald spot, she can make you look like you have a head full of natural hair. Hair care is who she is and what she does. Shell give you Sharp lines and a meltdown fade. I guarantee you wont be disappointed.

The barbers here are really cocky. They act like theyre to good to cut your hair. They made me pay upfront for my haircut. Do not go to the older tall light skin guy unless you want him to create you a new hairline smh

My dad has been going to the Albemarle Rd. location to see DJ. I was happy to know that he went to this location and he got my pops looking right. No complaints at all. I also got an edge up in the back of my head. Kut Masters - hands down the baddest in Charlotte!

This place is a rip off. I went to get a hair cut is was charged $27 for some treatment that I did NOT ask for. I asked the barber was their an extra charge, and he said no! There are NO prices listed in the shop! (Red flag)I didnt need my hair rinsed, since I washed and conditioned before I got to the shop.I wouldnt have put this guy on blast, if he would have told me about his creative pricing model before I sat in has chair, and gave the the option to go somewhere elseThe worst part is that he didnt cut my hair the way we discussed, and he didnt come my hair back to normal after, the treatment. If you want to be paid like a pro, cut like a pro!Beware 2nd chair from the back on the left hand side!
