Awesome facility! Neat and super clean. The process was really quick as well, Greg was in touch with me in no time to confirm my request. Walk in to a warm welcome from both staffs, Greg is amazing and resourceful. He gave us great tips on the units and help us find the right size we needed. Will highly recommend this facility, the drive thru storage units makes it convenient as well.

I am so impressed with Devon’s Storage on South Blvd. They units are very clean and the property is very secure! I They have the best customer service! They really went above and beyond to help me secure a unit the day I was moving. We were running behind schedule and the manager stayed later than closing time to get me signed up. I couldn’t believe how affordable the price was for a large 10x15 climate controlled unit near the gate. Had to leave this review to thank them for saving the day!

This is by far the cleanest and friendliest facility I have found in my search for a quality storage facility.In the time I have been a customer of Devons self storage. I have found that the facility is kept clean, and they do routine checks of the property which gives great peace mind. I have spoken with Greg and his team and they are extremely professional, transparent and bring a refreshing honesty to the table and tell you exactly how it is without blowing any smoke up your skirt.

We have started renting with Devon and is honestly worth the money, is convenient and is always clean the staff is amazing and super friendly. We have never had issues with them even when my husbands grandfather rented from them almost a year ago he recommended them, once he passed away they worked with us without any problems or hassle. Weve been storing our camper at Devon, on South Blvd., since December, 2020. Early Spring 2021 we noticed a change beginning to take shape at the facility, and we love it ! I always felt our camper was safe, but the grounds were not kept up and there were numerous broken down trashy vehicles left on site. Clearly an effort has been made to clean up the grounds, and its definitely noticeable. Gone are so many of those broken down eyesores, and the grounds have been cleaned up. Each time we are on premises we witness staff busily keeping up the grounds. And best of all, this place is so convenient for us and the best price around. Thanks Mike, Greg, and all the staff at Devon Storage.

Greg and Dan were absolutely wonderful!!! Excellent customer service and such a great facility. You can drive-in and and literally pull-up to your row and not have to worry about being outside/exposed to the elements. There are no elevators or taking corners to access your unit. Super convenient and fantastic rates!!! Climate controlled as well, so no worries about precious antiques.

Last minute changes in my living situation had me scrambling. I called up Greg and he helped me get set up even those they were closing in 30 minutes. They made sure everything was perfect. Bonus, I got a cool golf cart ride with Dan the Man.

I thought this was just an outside storage facility but they have a huge climate controlled building. If you need storage on this side of town they are a great option.

This is my second time using Devon self storage and I have to say, Melody is very sweet and accommodating. It is safe if you go by yourself at night. The facility is clean and well lit. Not to mention, they have a truck you can use to move your stuff at a low cost. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for storage. Oh yeah and the rates are good for the space you get.

Very nice facility! Fair pricing, clean, well lit and the staff are sooooo pleasant to work with. I started to book my unit online but had questions so I called the office. Melody the manager answered and was so patient and thorough in answering all of my questions. I think was eager to book immediately. Then, my orientation with Tiffany was just as pleasant and amazing. So thorough and patient. She set up my lock, access code, took me to the unit and answered all my questions. This place is the best!

If youre renting for at least 3 months, youll get 1 month free.The units I saw looked well kept as well. Really happy to see the units in good condition.Before choosing Devon self storage, I checked other nearby storage places to compare. The others were not as nice, as they showed signs of dampness/water damage on the walls and floors of their units. I was looking to store my mattress along with other items, so I really wanted a place that would keep my things dry/safe.If you’re looking for units in good conditions, I’d recommend checking out Devon

Ive used this place thrice since it opened at the old Pace Warehouse Club. Dont bother to rent inside storage. Climate control??? It isnt hvac. Large doors have been open almost constantly since the week after Thanksgiving 2020! I know`cause I just ended using them for the last time.

Melody was very helpful. She got me the right storage after I picked the wrong size when I set it up online. Then she drove me to the unit and let me look inside before I decided to take it. Very nice and friendly service. I would love to use it longer than a month but dont need to because of the good service.

I stored my vehicle at devons storage for over three years. Melody was great and I always felt like my vehicle was safe. Over those years I saw a lot and the location has improved dramatically with new pavement, gates, etc. Some people complain about price, but you always get what you pay for. The back gate is a great way to get vehicles in and out and theres water if you need a wash.

I highly recommend Devon Self Storage! Its clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and their prices are extremely reasonable. If youre looking for a great storage facility, look no further. My family has been very satisfied with Devon Self Storage.

Thank you for all the help. Melody is very helpful and kind. I called earlier today and got an answering service. And much to my surprise the person was able to answer my question. I had read a couple bad reviews about problems when canceling. The price was so good for the unit so I needed answers. The answering service person informed me the conditions may have not been met. And those conditions are a two week notice prior to cancelling. That may have been the issue. So I jumped in. Very impressed with Melody. Phenomenal customer service. Thanks.

Been here a couple of times. I feel like items stored here would be safe and secure. But, a friend did have an incident with an animal that got in her indoor storage unit. Im not sure how something even got in there. But, it did.

Went with a friend there and absolutely loved it could use some cameras since there was some people parked inside that night sleeping in their cars, other than that it was great!

Whats great about this place vs others is that climate control indoor storage is designed for you to drive up to your unit or the row its on. Extremely convenient.Update: moving down from five to two stars. I expected an indoor facility to have adequate security. Our unit was broken into and over 6K of valuables were stolen. Their (very limited) cameras have been of no help. Their facility has been the target of multiple break ins according to site personnel... why are clients never notified of these?

I love how close this storage facility is to my home. I received excellent customer service from an employee named Tiffany. She offered great assistance with getting me set up. Definitely can’t beat such great prices here!! I high recommend anyone in south Charlotte to check them out.

I used an indoor, climate controlled unit for close to 2 years. I have had a pleasant experience with the staff and management regarding my recent move. They were more than accommodating and allowed my moving trailer to be held overnight. I would absolutely use them for storage again if I ever find myself back in Charlotte. Overall the place is clean, safe, and I trusted them as an ideal place to keep my furniture while I traveled for work!

Be sure to put double locks on your units and motion detectors inside your property. Everyone has a code. Thieves abound.
