Made a U-Haul reservation at this location two weeks in advance for the day after Thanksgiving. I got there at my scheduled pick-up time and they were closed. Doors locked, lights off and no one to be seen. Obviously they modified their schedule for the holiday but didnt bother contacting me to let me know in advance. Incredibly unprofessional.

We own a locksmith and roadside assistance business and our vehicles and the vehicles of our technicians are in regular need of maintenance and repair. Jon has been our go-to mechanic for several years and is a trusted resource whenever we need advice about our own vehicles and the vehicles we encounter in the course of conducting business. His prices are always fair and the work is always top-notch. There is not much more that anyone can ask for in a service provider.
